My daughter and I had the pleasure of having dinner @duewestnycTender skirt steak with shoestring fries and salsa verde was amazing I wanted more. My daughter and I also ordered 2 lobster mac and cheese which had bread crumbs and chives. Mouth watering. She ordered the bacon cheeseburger with shoestring fries as well.Happy hour was on so I also had the hush puppies which were piping hot and banging.The whole meal was excellent and we left stuffed but in a satisfied way and even took home leftovers.This gastropub has big screen tv’s, Trivia Night every Monday at 7pm and Happy Hour Mon-Friday 4-6pm.I love the quiet block in the west village that it’s located in. The staff is amazing and present and the chefs are on point with the food that comes out of that kitchen. Just delicious!!!

PHENOMENAL. We went for happy hour apps and drinks and had an amazing time. The oysters were delicious and clean. The vinegar relish that comes with the oysters was amazing. We also ordered the shishitio peppers, hush puppies, Lychee cocktail and the green witch cocktail. All amazing. The service was fantastic. Servers checked on us regularly. The decor inside is modern and nautical. 10/10 recommend.

Always love finding a new neighborhood spot to watch the football game, and this Spot has the vibes (and the chicken wings) to be my new go to Spot.Plenty of TVs to enjoy Thursday night football with a cocktail and maybe the best wings in the West Village. Quality chicken and super flavorful, you’ll need multiple orders. We also loved the Lobster Roll and Crab dip alongside the wings.

Feeling a nosh and came for the weekday 5-7 happy hour and left with a happy stomach. Ordered a few finger food and drink of the week which is a tasty and sweet bourbon cocktail called Sugar Moon. $1.5 oyster is fresh and tasty. Grandma’s hush puppies were crispy outside, fluffy inside and filling. The dining room was a little dark inside but its happening.

WOW! I was positively blown away by my entire experience at Due West. From the warm welcome and immediate seating, to the attentive nature of the wait staff, to the flavorful and delicious food and beverages, to the ambience and vibe - I could go into detail on every single one of these themes and it just kept getting better and better and impressing me as the evening progressed. And actually - I will go into detail because it was just that amazing:1. The welcome: we arrived around 7pm absolutely starving and hoping wed be able to eat as soon as possible. My friend and I were immediately seated (which was a relief because from what Ive heard, this place has a line out the door of eager patrons vying to get in, so YOU KNOW that means its a hot ticket). We were sat at a beautiful corner table and after a brief moment, and as non-drinkers, we were recommended some mocktails that turned out to be just as tasty as they were beautiful - which many NYC spots do not offer, but thankfully that wasnt the case here. The recommendation was perfect and exactly what we were looking for2. THE FOOD: I cannot stress this enough. Everything tasted like Jesus himself put his blessing on it. We had the small plates of fish tacos and the crab dip. Both were absolutely fantastic, but the crab dip truly floored me. I would order a swimming pool size offering of that crab dip. It was THAT good! My friend had a buttery lobster roll that he inhaled, it was sooooo good. And I had the steak frites which was so tender and cooked to absolute perfection! I was actually sad when I finished it because I didnt want the meal to end. Then we had the warm, gooey, chocolately churro dessert. It was like a hug in your mouth, i dont know how else to describe that experience. We accompanied it with two mini chocolate shots and it was just heavenly. We were full in the best way!3. The service: As someone who travels all over and dines at all types of places, the service was something that truly stands out to me: attentive, friendly, engaging, and welcoming! We were carefully tended to, followed up on, water refilled, warm conversation, friendly recommendations, and service with a smile. It honestly felt like we were amongst family.4. The ambience: It was a busy dinner period and everyone seemed to be receiving the same caliber of service and enjoying a lovely night out. The music was faint enough so as not to interrupt your conversations, but loud-ish enough to give the place a truly fun buzz and feel. Paired with the warm lighting, it works for both a date night or a night amongst friends!By the time we were ready to leave, we were already making plans to return with a bigger group and we even explored their website to see whether they host events (they do!) and we discussed the possibility of reaching out to host one of our birthdays! I cant stress enough how wonderful this experience was. I encourage everyone to RUN, dont walk, to Due West!PS. We also found out that the owners of Due West are opening another restaurant in early March called Main Street Landing down in DUMBO, Brooklyn and WE CANNOT WAIT TO CHECK IT OUT! Whatever these folks are doing, its clear that theyre experts and they care about the quality of products and services that they provide. THIS IS HOW YOU DO BUSINESS! Bravo!

I recently visited Due West in West Village for brunch, and it was an excellent experience that left me wanting to return.We started with their signature cocktails, and both were standouts. The Nitro Boost, their creative take on the espresso martini, had a bourbon base and cold brew twist. It was wonderfully light with just the right balance of bitterness and sweetness—a must-try for coffee cocktail fans. The Daytime Beacon, a prosecco and tequila-based drink, was refreshingly bright and perfect for a mid-day sip.For appetizers, the Tots and Caviar was a delightful surprise. The generous portion of caviar paired beautifully with the crispy tots, adding a touch of indulgence to a comforting dish.Moving to the mains, we enjoyed the Steak Frites and Eggs and the Lobster Mac and Cheese. The steak was cooked to medium well as ordered, though the fries leaned a bit salty for our liking. The lobster mac and cheese was hearty and satisfying, with a rich, creamy sauce that hit the spot.The ambiance is cozy yet chic, making it an ideal spot for a relaxed weekend brunch. The friendly service and well-crafted menu make it clear why Due West is a neighborhood favorite.We’ll definitely be back to try more from their menu!

The atmosphere is what you would expect from a high end Manhattan bar without being pretentious. All the drinks were well made and well thought out but the Manhattan on tap was definitely the best. Make a reservation, you won’t regret it!

Good number of TVs showing different college games (they have YouTube TV) and an overall fun vibe for a Saturday afternoon. Cocktails tasted really good.Cons: I think the cocktails taste really good because they’re not that strong… you can definitely have a few without feeling much. Prices are not cheap, but it’s the WV so nothing out of line.

The menu is short and simple which I always appreciate, yet sort of all over the place, which is what may have thrown me off. Definitely my fave spot in the West Village. Assoon as I walked in and saw that Biggie painting, I knew I was home! Music here always makes me happy and nostalgic. The atmosphere is always fun and inviting. The staff, especially the owner (Camilo) and manager (Carlos) make you feel like family…even when were annoying and indecisive on what to order. Highly recommend for a girls(or guys) night out or date night. This place is a gem!

I loved this restaurant. It is pretty and comfortable, the staff couldn’t be nicer, and the food and drinks were amazing. We came when brunch was being served and had the short rib empanadas and the leek salad to start along with a DW Sour cocktail which was beautiful, tasted great (and packed a punch!) while my husband had their version of a Michelada. We followed this with a Ruben sandwich and a fried chicken sandwich. The Ruben was a bit too fatty but I especially enjoyed the chicken sandwich with the avo and pepper mayos which had originally accompanied my empanadas. The staff were really great, and for what it’s worth I liked the aesthetics and cleanliness of the bathrooms. Definitely 5 stars all around.

This is a dream come true in the Meatpacking district. Cocktails crafted by a master, a crowd that looks like they stepped out of a Hollywood movie and around the corner from the nyc staple Carrie Bradshaw’s neighborhood and apartment, the staff will make you feel like a thousand bucks. The food was sophisticated, simple and delicious. The atmosphere was sexy sleek, but still a party. So happy to have found this spot.

My home doesn’t have white tile, dome lights, or three tv’s, but my other home does. Due west is a west village beacon. Yes, it’s got football playing, but it managed to evade the typical sports bar atmosphere. The energy is high but well contained, like a hot air balloon. The drinks are well crafted and STRONG! You get more than your moneys worth. But mostly, the staff is this bar’s crowning jewel. Never have I found a place with such kind, encouraging, and fair employees. They are worth more than most townhouses in this neighborhood, and that’s saying something.

Due West is a can’t miss in the village. Great atmosphere, classic interior design makes it feel like you are in a place from the past, while the tastefully located TVs let you enjoy the place even during a game. Comfortable seating and a diverse age crowd. An eclectic menu and great selection of drinks. The house Manhattan is a perfect choice. If you want to feel like a local while in the village I really recommend this gem. We liked it so much we also stopped for brunch the next day which was a show stopper.

A dozen of the oysters and chicken and waffles was amazing. Great experience here! The staff was very attentive with friendly service — ask for Grace to serve you. All the food was amazing (had the bass and fried cauliflower) and our table was raving about the drinks. One of my friends said the burger is in his Top 5 is all time. Highly recommend this spot!
