My partner and I came here on a lazy Sunday wanting to check out Manhattan West and were pleasantly surprised, to say the least! We initially tried Ci Siamo but theyre upstairs terrace was closed, so we crossed the courtyard and took the elevator up to Chez Zou, which was even nicer!The decor, ambiance, and music are immaculate! Astrid took care of us! She was very knowledgeable, attentive, and genuine. Highly recommend!

Amazing gem on the West Side of Manhattan; from the service, to the atmosphere and drinks, this place is truly a jewel tucked inside the Pendry Hotel. I enjoyed my negroni while my mon loved her Spritz.Shout out to our servers Natalia and Valentina who made the experience even more joyful.

This is my go to rooftop in my neighborhood. They have the best pina coladas. The licorice infused raisins in them elevate them. The cups keep it cold and are cure coconut shaped. The flaming pistachios are affordable and delicious. I had the Whipped ricotta and apricots that are delicious and the fries. The rooftop is an elevated. Beautiful rooftop that reminds me of the high line park. The music is fun. The crowd is sophisticated. Staff are trendy and attentive. The indoor rooftop is like a stunning Oasis. Im so lucky to live near here.

Work paid me to come here for some team bonding outing or whatever, and Ill bond with anyone if theyre paying so I was all for it.Drink-wise, the Island Boys and My Bubbles were both delightfully sweet, fruity, frothy concoctions.Bites-wise, the Moroccan Fried Chicken Bites were awesomely spiced, while the Kaluga Caviar Sliders were great. The Mezze platter was also off da hook (do kids still say that anymore?), especially the foamy Green Tahini that I couldnt stop inhaling.But then, I expect nothing less from the Zou House. The interior and exterior spaces are also both gorgeous, so you basically cant go wrong with anything here.

FABULOUS from the minute we walked in with the lovely hostesses, vibe, atmosphere, and aesthetic. The interior is gorgeous but it was a beautiful night so we asked to sit at their lovely outdoor roof. Comfy seating, large umbrellas, string lights added to the charm. Our waitress was personable and gave great service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Came to Chez Zou rooftop for drinks and was sent by a friend who swears by this place. This is a New York MUST!It exceeded my expectations in almost every way, from ambiance, design, vibe, music, etc. What really stood out was the service - Jose and Seth are some of the friendliest and best bartenders I’ve seen. Made some incredible drinks and I could spend all evening there!

Spot! Go to the 4th floor for the cocktail lounge. Great atmosphere, decor. Really really great drinks. Went out with a friend but definitely s cute spot for a date theres also outside balcony seating on the 4th floor. I had 2 cocktails both so so good and the waiters was soo helpful in making recommendations. Definitely will be back

They have some truly amazing cocktails. Jose our bartender guided our selection amazingly. the Fresh Prince is one of the best original cocktails I’ve had and pairs perfectly with the Mediterranean style of their menu. They also make the standard cocktails with great aplomb. The ambience was stellar as well, the inside is dark, moody, and intimate but we choose to sit outside given the perfect weather in late summer

What a cool spot! The cocktails are 🔥. Well balanced and innovative. They also have a open air terrace . Unfortunately was closed this week due to the weather.The staff was great. Helped me select the right cocktails.Had the Red Right HandBlack Strap Rum, Coffee,Campari, Kashmiri ChiliSo good. You smell the coffee as you sip and at the end you get a little hit with the spice. Also had a champagne with clarified pickle juice. Wow!The Moroccan fried chicken was outstanding. One of the best in the City. The drunken pistachios, watchout when they set it on fire.Really good spot. Definitely coming back for happy hour.

Currently my favorite bar in New York. Ive yet to find a spot that I personally like better. Also, important to note, Seth the bartender has a huge role in that. This man is a master in his class and one of the best interactions Ive ever had in the hospitality industry. I only drink booze-free cocktails as I do not consume alcohol. The level of effort, enthusiasm, and attention to detail Seth put into my experience here was unreal. He took the time to explain all of the non alcoholic spirits they had, their origins, aroma & taste profile, and what they mix well with. He then asked what I wanted out of a drink, and when I gave my taste specifications, he went to work, preparing some of the most delicious non-alcoholic cocktails Ive ever had. They were so rich, complex, unique, and bursting with flavor and honestly I couldnt believe they were booze free. Seth can carry an excellent conversation without ever losing passion for what he is doing and made sure my friend and I had a perfect experience. The atmosphere, design, vibes, and just everything about this bar is magnificent. The outdoor space is large and beautifully designed. The music that plays throughout the space is awesome and appears to be hand selected. Every single thing about this place is top tier and exceeded all of my expectations of what a cocktail lounge should be. Well done to all involved with this place. Youve got a massive home run on your hands.

Came here for cocktails after checking out the edge at Hudson Yards. The room was bustling, ambiance and design on point, the drinks were layered and innovative. I did not order any food, but plan to next time. Highly recommend.

Beautiful setting but mediocre cocktails. We had two each and both of us had this bizarre experience of sort of choking down a drink that just had some bizarre flavors. Many other beautiful cocktail bars in town with better composition on the drinks. Music was excellent.The place can be hard to find if you’re from out of town.

A rooftop bar with a nice atmosphere. Its on the 4th floor, so its a building view, but the atmosphere is nice and the cocktails are delicious. It’s difficult to find the entrance, but you have to enter through the entrance of Zou zou’s restaurant to take the elevator!
