This place is like someones tiny red living room with a bar in it, in a subway. Very cool vibes. I got an alcohol-free drink which did cost $19 like some of the cocktails which always feels wild but regardless, youre there for the novelty.

Overall, I enjoyed this place. I got the Leather Tuscan and the other bourbon house cocktail, drawing a blank on its name, and would get them again.I am back next month to NYC and will be trying to visit here again if I can.

Matt and Jay were phenomenally attentive without feeling overbearing. I had the Tuscan Leather which was the perfect balance between dry and fruity.The space is comfortable and intimate without being overly loud or claustrophobic. Matt is master of his craft and Jay exudes charming hospitality.All in all, a delightful speakeasy. Note: I went on a weekday and cant speak to how full it is on a weekend

We did a quick search on a Thursday night in Chelsea NYC and we were 1/2 block away from this hidden speakeasy. We decided to try it without a reservation. Based on lots of reviews here, we were lucky to get in.Upon first entering and not knowing what to expect, it seemed like a somewhat bare room and no windows with seats, a bar set up and music playing. We initially wondered if we should have a quick drink and try another spot.Our drinks were good and the music selection was exceptional. The sound system in this room was amazing. needless to say, we ended up staying quite a while until they closed. The atmosphere grew on us and we were glad we found this place!

Pretty easy getting a reservation same day on a very cold Sunday in December. It’s a small, but cozy place. Great cocktails and attentive staff. Music was pretty good (90s and early 2000s top 40 or R&B/hip hop). Will definitely return.

Literally the most unique bar I’ve ever been to—situated inside an MTA subway station and churning out artisan libations in a sexy, intimate atmosphere. Their attention to detail and friendly staff (Gabriel and John are awesome) make this a must visit for any cocktail connoisseur.

Ive wanted to come here since hearing about it opening, finally found the perfect Thursday evening, a Girls Night Out! In reading more about La Noxe, I realized there was a connection to another place I used to be a regular at (Kinfolk). It was great to see familiar faces, the staff there was amazing. The speak easy ambiance was a great place to start off the night. The special cocktails were delicious! Will certainly be back soon! Thanks for a wonderful evening!

Not surprising this place had a long wait list the second they opened. One of the best and most unique bars Ive been to. The bar and space is everything you want it to be. The bar is truly is in the subway, and it embraces that (see the drink name below). At the same time, its chic in a very classy way. The vibe is intimate, but lively. Perfect for date night. My girlfriend and I had a great time!I got the Uptown Local and she got a chablis. Shout-out to Jay, the owner. He had the perfect wine recommendation for what she was in the mood for. Their specialty, the Uptown Local was delicious. It has tropical notes from the pineapple rum and coconut but has an oak-like mature finish. Perfect cocktail for any mood.Get on the wait list now because its only going to get longer :)

This was my first time at this speakeasy and I don’t regret it. My friend andI were the first to arrive. We were greeted by jack who let us know there would be a large party coming so seating may be limited however Jack still accommodated us. He was extremely attentive to us, explained the menu. Daniel served us drinks and was extremely knowledgeable of the drink menu. Both Daniel and Jack were so kind the entire night. I would go back for sure !

SUCH a cute, classy place!! The drinks are really tasty & we had the octopus, red lentil hummus, cubano, and mushroom arepa. The octopus is a MUST. And my husband is picky about cubanos and liked this one!! The arepa was a mouth-drying level of salty unfortunately. Also, NO expense was spared on the restroom - it should be on all those most beautiful restrooms lists lol!! (P.s. Im posting the photo of the entrance door with the Golden plaque on it, for those that might also have anxiety and be worried about not finding the door once you have a reservation booked. I am not showing the location.)

La Noxe was a superb night highlighted by the superb customer service and an excellent conversation through the barkeep that reccomend great drink after great drink. the atmosphere was relaxed but at the same time reserved and convenient, i highly reccomend on account that there was music from Brazil on loop from the get go. let me know what u think if u visit. i will probably go back

Had a fun time grabbing drinks and tapas at La Noxe. I had to be on top of the reservation system to be able to secure a spot for a Friday evening, and even then I still only had limited choices and ended up opting for a 6pm. Loved the vibes, reminded me a bit of Le Baron in Paris, just for the earlier evening. Drinks were good and the tapas were fine (the food was probably the weakest part of the experience, but its also not the main reason you go there). The service, and our server/doorkeeper especially, was excellent, and I was impressed by his ability to keep house and tend to everyone. I would really love to be able to go there for the late night disco, but I dont know what that entails to get in. If anyone knows how or has the hookup, please reach out. 😎

Gorgeous speakeasy under the subway. The owner is lovely and the bartender makes great drinks and is full of friendly conversation. Felt like I had stepped into Havana, literally, from the old records to the steamy glass and warm orange light. The chef is from Venezuela and the fresh Venezuelan menu pairs drinks and bites perfectly. You can watch straphangers enter the subway from the window. The drink pictured is the banana daiquiri.

The first time I came here was around 7pm on a week night. I didn’t have a reservation and they were at capacity, so we ended up going to another bar. This was my second time trying to come to this bar and I made reservations for 8:30pm on a Wednesday night. When we got there, the bar was at about 50% capacity, so we could have walked in, if we wanted to. The drinks we good. I got the secret garden with mezcal and kale juice. It wasn’t strong or too sweet. Overall, I enjoyed the vibe of the bar and my drink.

The drinks were goood, but because it’s so tiny - you’re kinda of slouching a bit to hear your friend. You’re not really able to enjoy yourself. A charming (and quite literally) little cocktail bar located within Chelsea, and just on the outskirts of the madness of the area (especially on a Friday night).First things first, if you found this place because of an influencer, let me correct the biggest flaw with the video you watched; the entrance is not in the subway station. The exit is, and to me that is even cooler, to go from the vibrant and NWR-inspired lighting to the harsh subway station lighting is surreal and very dreamlike. (Doing your own research and discovery is rewarding).The atmosphere:Low key, very intimate and cozy. Red and sunkissed orange lighting flood the 30 occupancy room and give it a vibe. Minimalistic sofas and tables. A simple bar with metal stools (not uncomfortable at all, but compared to the table seating, this is something that could be upgraded). This place has a vibe in mind, and is not trying to be anything other than what it is. The tables are best for parties of 4 or more (double dates, friend groups). If youre a party of 2, it is a crapshot to see if you are given the standard table, or the smaller ones which looked to be more cramped. The bar is where I would recommend a party of two make their reservation, as you have to get lucky with the time slots otherwise.The offerings: in a word; splendid. The bourbon based beverage I ordered was a delicious choice that gave me smoked cherry leather hints and that is high praise. My friend, she has a tendency to be picky with her cocktails and is more of a white rum fan, but opted for a tequila based beverage,and she loved it. For food we ordered and shared the shrimp cocktail and the bruschetta. The shrimp cocktail was to die for as it came with 4 jumbo shrimp, and a very horseradish forward cocktail sauce which will please any seafood fan. The bruschetta was out of this world. An amazing spread of three healthy pieces if combination of francese bread covered with tomatoes, garlic, basil and a delightful ricotta cheese.Highly recommend this place as compared to other locations, the reservations are without hassle, service is intimate, and while it may not have the name prestige as other cocktail bars, this one has no pretenses to what it is and allows the quality to speak more than the name.

Everyone has said the drinks are expensive, but they cost only a little more than at your average decent Manhattan bar, at $19 apiece. And they’re worth it! The house cocktails are excellent, the staff are professional and fast (Jacob was really great to us) and the atmosphere is just right, especially if you want to be able to completely hear the conversation you’re having. We initially came for the vibe and the location (what a cool speakeasy), but stayed for the INCREDIBLE drinks. They were delicious, refreshing, and after having tried 7/8th of the menu, had true variety. We felt like the waitstaff went above and beyond in being friendly and made our experience phenomenal.
