2nd time here, not from NYC so that should say something. Hidden low key gem in an otherwise touristy part of the city! Drinks are worth the price, bartenders are sincere, professional and take their craft cocktails seriously! I’ll be back!! -

This amazing little bar was recommended by work friends. We were not disappointed and the wait to get in on a Wednesday evening was WORTH it! We ended up going to the second floor and had amazing service by our bartender, T. The Negroni is on tap and one of the best versions Ive tasted. Rivals ones that I had previously in northern Italy. Our appetizer was a collection of mouth watering olives. We will definitely go back on our next trip to NYC! -

This nondescript townhouse in the middle of Rockefeller Center is a true gem. I suspect reservation’s to sit upstairs are a must but I can’t say for sure as we were someone’s guests. When you enter you are greeted by a doorman who will send you up a narrow flight of stairs. Pretty sure I saw a small elevator but check before you go.On the second floor is a open bar area seemingly standing room only. This is where the true host stand is. With a reservation we were ushered upstairs where we were seated at a small table. At 5pm on a Wednesday the room was empty, by 6:30 it was full. The menu is an array of small plates ranging from olives to a lobster roll. They offer an assortment of cocktails and mock-tails prices are typical for the area. It’s an elegant room before of after the theater or skating and certainly a place to visit if you plan to be in the area. -

Pebble bar was amazing! We had the best service and the martinis were to die for. Reservations are recommended but not required. Go early if not and enjoy before the reservations. Oyster season and the oysters did not disappoint also the steak tartare came with a surprise caviar topping that was a nice surprise. Highly recommend if in midtown! -

A nice little hidden bar in a busy area. Great for after work drinks, first date, or pre dinner drinks. Very different craft specialty cocktails -
Review 6 (2023-01-20 - Rating: 4)
Great place to catch up after work. Especially the top floor if you reserve. Bar scene is mostly corp. Drinks and dine are good. A great networking place on good drinks. -
Review 7 (2024-12-29 - Rating: 5)
We enjoyed the service and the atmosphere. The Negroni on tap was perfect. Carlitos whey was meh -
Review 8 (2023-06-22 - Rating: 4)
Attended an event at Johnnys. Loved the atmosphere and decor! It felt very cozy yet was spacious enough for the event for over 45 people. The drinks were also great - I really liked the mucho mucho amor. And the food was delicious - favorite was the mushroom tarte flambee -

Wonderful spot to have a first date! I dont think I wouldve ever come here if not for my partner, who invited me when we were getting to know each other.I remember opening the menu and asking if they knew the prices for this place, to which they responded that they did, and not to worry about the cost- just have fun.The lively music with intimate seating sure helped with loosening up that evening. You can order several things off the menu, as this is more of a tapas-style restaurant. Between the fresh oysters and deviled eggs, I was transported to culinary Heaven. If theres any con, it could be that the music was very loud and the seating was rather snug. If youre uncomfortable at the thought of sitting in a small space near other people with dim lighting, Id recommend trying something else. But for me, it gave me the perfect space to get to know my partner and enjoy high-quality bites. With enough cash, I would come here again and try the bites I didnt taste the first time. Maybe as an anniversary dinner! -

Great drinks and a nice ambience. It does get crowded and can get loud peak hours but so far drinks ive tried are decent. -
Review 11 (2024-01-27 - Rating: 5)

Review 13 (2024-02-29 - Rating: 4)
A friend and I had drinks and appetizers here, first time for both of us. The hostess was lovely and our server, Jennifer, was incredible! She was funny and witty, and very savvy with her knowledge of beverages. If there are deviled eggs on the menu I must have them! These spicy little chicks did not disappoint. What did disappoint is that halfway through a round of drinks We were told that another reservation was waiting on our table and we had to leave. With no advance warning. Our drinks were quite strong and so we basically had to chug them and leave. My friend and I both hit the restroom before we left and as we were leaving we looked over and were very disappointed to see that our table table was still empty. The reservation did not indicate any type of timeframe. -

The bouncer(s) are always obnoxious here but that aside, its a good midtown drinks spot if you come early. Drinks are great and bartenders are friendly. Key to make reservations beforehand though...especially with all the sass from the bouncers. -
Review 15 (2023-01-16 - Rating: 5)
Great place for an early cocktail after walking around in NYC. -
Review 16 (2024-04-21 - Rating: 5)
Unique cocktails that are amazing, a perfectly matched menu, ambiance on its own level, and staff that are professional. Im at a loss for words. This will be time and money well spent. -
Review 17 (2023-03-25 - Rating: 4)
Was a little nervous about entertaining someone here based on some of the negative reviews. However, I found the staff and service to very attentive and kind! We got a table on the 3rd floor for cocktails and a shrimp cocktail. The only issue i had was that they asked us to move to the bar after 1 hour and 15 minutes, saying that the next reservation was arriving. I did feel like that was a bit short. But we moved to seats at the bar and it was no problem. Overall, I would recommend, especially with the shortage of nice cocktail bars in this area of nyc. -
Review 18 (2024-11-22 - Rating: 5)
Super cozy and cute space with excellent cocktails and service. I didn’t eat, but several others did, and seemed to enjoy the food (the sliders looked amazing)! Loved the House of the Rising Sun cocktail. -

Review 20 (2024-03-03 - Rating: 4)
It’s an interesting place in the middle of Rockefeller center area. The drinks and food were decent. I quite liked the deviled eggs. The banana foster drink was a little too intense for my taste but did taste like banana foster dessert. We tried the chips / dip and mushroom tartlet, the mushroom was pretty good. There was barely any lighting and it was quite loud, but other than that it’s a good bar. -
Review 21 (2023-12-23 - Rating: 4)
Great cozy bar. Bartenders were quiet but they made great drinks. -
Review 22 (2024-01-22 - Rating: 5)

One of the best place in NY to spent some beautiful hours. -
Review 24 (2023-06-25 - Rating: 5)
Fantastic bar, really cozy but casual setting which you don’t really expect from being in Rockefeller Center. Recommend the upstairs bar on 3rd floor- the 2nd floor bar was super loud.Bar menu is great- love the onion dip and the lamb sliders. But the cocktails are Ben better. The menu is full of classics and also new things I’d never tried. Love the penicillin and paper plane. -
Review 25 (2024-06-15 - Rating: 5)
Awesome spot - will 100 percent come back any time in midtown. Great drinks and small bites. -
Review 26 (2023-10-21 - Rating: 4)
Im not exactly sure how I stumbled upon this hidden gem, but Pebble Bar is a delightful and cozy establishment located near Rockefeller Center. Youll find this bar tucked away just behind the Radio City building. While the cocktail menu isnt the most extensive, everything I ordered was delicious. Even though Im not typically a fan of whiskey, the cocktail featuring Irish whiskey and banana won me over. The prices for the cocktails themselves were reasonable, but when you add tax and tips, it can become a bit pricey. -
Review 27 (2023-08-26 - Rating: 4)
One big downside is that the kitchen doesn’t open until 5 but the bar opens at 4. They should have a limited menu during that hour. Olives, nuts, chips and dip- all that stuff is pre-made and easy to serve. -
Review 28 (2023-04-11 - Rating: 5)
We came here on a Friday at opening time after having lunch in the area, and were able to get the first seats at the bar. The space is unique for the area, occupying a converted townhouse adjacent to Radio City/Rockefeller Center. The cocktails were all well-made, and focuses on classics or derivations of. The space was fairly full when we left around 5pm, but the entire lower bar area is reserved for walk-ins. A great option for a good cocktail in the area that is a welcome change from the tourist-focused options that appear on every block in this part of Midtown. -
Review 29 (2022-09-25 - Rating: 5)
Excellent salad, service, ambiance and just overall great spot. Very classy, I’ll def be back! -
Review 30 (2024-03-18 - Rating: 4)
Pebble Bar is a nice bar for happy hour, however the space is extremely small, so make sure to arrive early if you want a table or spot near a table. The cocktail menu has a good variety of drinks, some of which are quite fragile and tasty! My favorite cocktail is Bananas Foster. -
Review 31 (2023-03-14 - Rating: 5)
Celebrated my bday here! Had a fantastic experience, super attentive bartenders and great vibe. Cocktails were excellent. Will be back every time im in the city! -
Review 32 (2022-05-13 - Rating: 4)
Pebble bar is cool. Nice vibe, waiter and waitress were awesome. Docking it one star because it is unusually expensive. For thos prices I better be getting drunk with Cousin Greg and Pete Davidson. -
Review 33 (2023-10-28 - Rating: 5)
It was a private, fabulous, birthday party so we created our own atmosphere and enjoyed sliders and lobster rolls....perhaps a few too many. -
Review 34 (2024-01-13 - Rating: 5)
Great ambiance !!! came on a friday night and it was busy but not crowded which was super perfect for catching up. drinks slightly on the pricier side (above $20 unless you get wine)? but nothing surprising for nyc 🤣 spent over $50 for 2 drinksbanana foster looked so incredible (was a bit sweet but that’s ok)crimson and clover tasted somewhat like a whiskey sour. -
Review 35 (2022-11-01 - Rating: 5)

Review 36 (2022-05-29 - Rating: 5)
We did not eat there, but a few of us stopped in the bar in the 2nd floor around 8pm in a Friday. It was busy without being overcrowded. The bartenders were friendly and knew what they were doing. -

Really great bar for the area. -
Review 39 (2022-03-14 - Rating: 5)
Seems like the kind of place where a real man wouldnt intimidate a woman or publicly embarrass his kids online. Seems like a place where you can be secure in your masculinity without stalking or belittling the mother of your kids. Delicious. Top notch. 10/10 recommend -
Review 40 (2023-07-30 - Rating: 4)

A wonderful bar, excellent history, superb staff, and of course, fabulous drinks. One of the better Old Fashioneds that Ive had the pleasure of drinking, and the Steak Tartare and Caviar was delicious too. If youre looking for somewhere a little fancier to have a drink or two, this is highly recommended. -

Perfect spot to grab a drink before SNL! Great ambiance, inventive cocktails, and an intimate space on the second floor. Hostess was great at eyeing down a table the moment one became available. -

Review 56 (2024-01-28 - Rating: 4)
Our female server was so pleasant. We told her we were tight for time due to a show and she made sure we ordered the right food and drinks. Several mocktails but pricy. ($15). Hard to find since it is sort of hidden b/w high buildings. Entire staff wasvery friendly. Good vibe for a dark and vibrant place. Good romantic or date atmosphere -
Review 57 (2022-03-14 - Rating: 5)
Kanye has always been overrated. He is a disgrace for the way hes acting. -
Review 58 (2023-12-25 - Rating: 4)
Loved the private entrance via elevator. The place reminds me of a hideaway from the 1920s. There were plenty of sofas and a few tables and chairs, even a fireplace, for decoration only. It was a really cozy setting. The wait staff was good and attentive. The drinks were great. The bartenders were very accommodating and fixed whatever you wanted. There was a great variety of passed hors doeuvres. The Lobster rolls are highly recommended! They were delicious! There was even a pianist to go along with our DJ.My only issue, and its not a reflection on the management, was that the venue might have been a little too small for us. I think the place is good for about thirty people, but our corporate office has about forty or more people, so it was a little tight; however, I do recommend this venue for small gatherings or parties. -

Review 61 (2024-01-07 - Rating: 5)
My friend and I came here for New Year’s Eve and had an amazing time! The drinks were delicious and the hors d’oeuvre were just right and kept flowing throughout the night. The manager Ryan could not have been more cool and gracious. Lameek was especially helpful when my friend wasn’t feeling good and he truly saved our night. 10/10 would recommend based off the staff alone. -

Recommend for a post-work cocktail in a trendy setting. Pebble Bar is an oasis in the cocktail bar desert that is Rockefeller plaza. Cheers to the delicious Night Train, their take on an old fashioned. -
Review 66 (2023-06-17 - Rating: 5)
A friend and I came after work to the 2nd floor bar. Good place to grab a cocktail or craft beer, in a cozy space that gets busier and noisier towards the middle of the evening. Friendly service. The other private floors mentioned on their website are probably much classier. -
Review 67 (2023-07-11 - Rating: 5)
Best lobster roll I’ve ever had -
Review 68 (2023-03-06 - Rating: 4)
Was a nice bar near our hotel. The second floor was a little cramped and it was hard to find seats. The drinks were a little pricey, but it’s New York. The ambiance and the taste of the drinks were excellent though! A really cool place to check out if you want to spend that cash $$$$. -
Review 69 (2022-11-25 - Rating: 5)

Review 71 (2022-12-03 - Rating: 5)
Went on a Friday night at 9 pm with a reservation. With a reservation you are seated on the third floor which is more of a sit down restaurant vibe. Second floor was also cute just smaller. Doorman was super nice and our server was fantastic. Its hard to find great spots in this area- will definitely be returning! -

Review 76 (2022-07-11 - Rating: 5)
We walked right by the entrance. Cool space, fancy cocktails, the bar tenders are very sophisticated. It was a bit of a raucous scene the night we went, but it seems like its usually pretty upscale, like meeting a date or a business acquaintance for an after work drink. -

Review 88 (2022-03-08 - Rating: 5)
Beautiful old fashion of New York, the vibe remembers me of back to the future (the style of the rooms) or even American Psycho (the kind of people so full of themselves to realize that they are with other people). The best part is that you can forget that you talked with them and just annoy a good cup while relaxing. -

I happened to go to Pebble Bar on a Sunday afternoon and was pleasantly surprised. We sat by the tall tables on the 2nd floor, which was quite empty when we got there around 6pm but got really busy around 7pm. It is a small but well decorated place with good vibes. The servers are polite.Cocktails were well-made with good flavor. Tried the GINNI FALLON and the CIDERHOUSE MULE. Both quite good, the Ciderhouse really had a ginger kick so I would recommend it if you really like ginger.SPANISH:I ended up at Pebble bar by chance on a Sunday afternoon and was pleasantly surprised.
