    Rosevale Kitchen & Cocktail Room is the latest addition to the theatre district and is definitely bringing the drama. Interior design by globally renowned hotelier, incredible location, great service and food. Affordable price with jaw drop rooftop views. The best thing you can do in the Hells Kitchen district.

    The restaurant is fantastic! The food is delicious, and they offer a great 3-course dinner for $60. The rooftop provides great vibes and views, but the real gem is the second floor, where a live jazz band creates an amazing atmosphere. The cocktail room there is stunning, the cocktail menu is creative, and the drinks are incredible. A big shout-out to Emily, the bartender, who made my experience even more memorable with her friendly service and expert mixology!

    This cocktail bar is one of my favorite places in NYC. I’ve had the pleasure of visiting several times and I find myself consistently coming back for three things: the lovely live jazz, the attentive and accommodating wait staff and management, and the truffle fries. The lovely Dani has been my server multiple times and she truly has made each experience here memorable from herwonderful drink suggestions to her knowledge of broadway and theatre as a whole.I can’t wait for my next visit!

    We went here for Valentine’s Day in the cocktail room for dinner. The food and drinks were delicious, they also had live music. Also we had their Irish coffee and it was pretty strong but delicious.

    Lovely atmosphere and a unique selection of cocktails that didnt compromise flavor for individuality. We went during the day, but would definitely love to go back again on a night when they have live jazz which would work perfectly with the space :)

    Loved the ambience of this bar, it’s tucked away on the second floor above the main restaurant and you have to go up a winding staircase to get here. The drinks were okay, nothing too unique or special about them.

    Its like you landed in something from an old fashioned movie. Beautiful lounge with an amazing selection of drinks and vermouth, the latter is their specialty. Its comfortable, the jazz music volume still allows you to speak and doesnt overbear the conversation. Its intimate and a beautiful way to spend the evening.

    This place was awesome. High end with a great atmosphere. Patio looks amazing, but it was just a bit too cold for us in March to sit out there. Cocktails and food were great. Cocktails start at $20 and can go up to $50+, but we really enjoyed them.

    Last evening our group went to Rosevale Cocktail Room to hear Margi Gianquinto perform (singing standards from the American Songbook). Margi is always great and a pleasure for us to attend her performance at a new venue. As a group, we all enjoyed the ambiance and experience. The staff were all welcoming/friendly ... serving delicious cocktails and tasty food bites.The general consensus is, to have the playlist music match the live music to create a total ambience. Thanks to all at The Rosevale Cocktail Room ~ Keep the live music flowing!

    Came with family to sit at the bar and the bartender Emily was incredibly kind and asked picky members of the group what their drink palettes were like and returned with a drink that the group could NOT stop complimenting. Even after we left, they kept singing her praises as a professional.Will be making returns here when in the Times Square area. Great place for drinks before or after a show!

    10/1. My sister and I had dinner here on our last night in town, the food and service was AMAZING. Our waiter was great along with all of the other staff members that brought food to our table. It is so good to see a restaurant with team members that work together. A young lady (Im assuming was the FOH manager), checked up on us, was so sweet. We also received a complimentary pass for drinks to their upstairs lounge, the drinks were delicious and the bartender that took care of us was awesome! Will definitely be back and recommend to anyone visiting NYC.

    Enter by winding your way up what feels like a backstage pass to a show. Drinks, food, ambiance—curated rotating art installations that embrace the neighborhood—what a delight in the middle of tourism! All the elegance and service without the pretentiousness. We find ourselves returning every week, and I’m ashamed we haven’t left a review yet. Cheers to the return of midtown!

    One of the best cocktail bars in this area. The upstairs has one of the most creative cocktail menus I’ve ever seen. Appetizers were perfectly made. Great ambiance and service!

The ambiance was captivating, yet the bartenders aloofness slightly dimmed our enthusiasm for engaging conversation.     Loved the upstairs cocktail room and the well-designed drinks menu, which built a narrative around the drinks categories. At my server’s recommendation I had the Magical Tchotchke (with Szechuan pepper that left a fun buzz on the lips) and Negroni Bianco (refreshing without being too light). Definitely recommend.

    Chic, elegant and the first cocktail lounge that I’ve been to that doesn’t underestimate the importance of good vermouth!     An electric rooftop bar in the heart of the city. Rosevale offers amazing food to get you nice and full for their rooftop bar with an extraordinary view of Manhattan. They also have sectioned balconies outside to sit and watch the sunset or to enjoy a nice cocktail. I really enjoyed their speakeasy cocktail bar on the second floor as well!

    This place is a hidden gem in a neighborhood of varied choices. If you’re looking for a classy vibe, above and beyond service, and great drinks - stop and just come here.Hosted my husband’s surprise birthday (private event) in the Blue room upstairs. After some initial slowness in communication, the events coordinator Samantha was quite efficient in locking down the details and service requests (catered food, BYO cupcakes etc.) They were also able to accommodate a last min start time change which we so appreciated.The Blue room is beautiful, comfy (like a posh library) and perfect for a date or intimate small gathering. We had 13 guests and it was just the right size.Service, food, and cocktails were excellent and attentive all evening long. Special shout-out to Tensi (spelling? Sorry) our dedicated server who accommodated all of our needs throughout the night with a happy and helpful attitude. We couldn’t be more happy with how laid back yet accommodating the staff were (everybody) and non fussy about extra requests. Thank you for a memorable and perfect birthday celebration!

    After seeing a show, my wife and I wanted to go somewhere for a cocktail and stumbled into Rosevale. As the bar on the ground floor was closing, we were asked to go the bar on the second floor. The second floor bar was busy and had a great vibe. We were promptly helped and enjoyed a couple of their excellent signature cocktails. Shortly after we sat, we were treated to an excellent jazz band and vocalist. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back.

    Overall rating: 4.6I’ve been trying to go here for a few months, and finally got the chance last weekend. Admittedly I saw a cool tiktok for an espresso martini showing the making of, & have been wanting to try it.It turns out, it was actually a fancy whiskey mulled cocktail with crème and Hershey. It was good, don’t get me wrong. But it was not how it was marketed in the video. It was one of the options for two at $50. We also ended up getting an espresso martini which was also good.I went on a date and that was the best setting. I was originally going to go with a friend but glad it didn’t work out. The place is so intimate! The one hesitation I have is I ideally want to sit at the bar, but there’s no option when making a reso. I think that seating is only for walk-in, but it would be nice to be able to sit at the bar.Also they had live jazz music which was soo good. With the two cocktails we had, the price was ~$71 ea 😳. Yeah, yeah, it’s a hotel. To be expected.I would be interested in coming back again. The area is HKish which is hard to find this setting.

    Stopped in here to grab a few cocktails after a show. The space is magnificent to say the least. Service was friendly, and drinks were very good, but the value prop just isnt there. To level set, we are no strangers to spending good money on food and drinks. However, the cocktails here were served with HUGE ice blocks or copious amounts of ice which give the impression that there was a decent serving in the glass, only to find that the cocktails were made with what appeared to be 1oz or less of the respective spirit plus the mixer ingredients. Again, beautiful place and certainly a must see, but just be aware that have a pour neat or a glass of wine is likely the better choice here. Prices for cocktails were $22+ per.

    Couch seating makes for very comfortable cocktail consumption. Intimate, tasty, innovative, and I discovered Richie Nuzz here- not just a pretty face but a pretty sound. Quintessential wedding/romcom jazz music and songs; hes as smooth of a singer as he is a trombone player. Desserts were good, and youll swoon as Richie sings happy birthday to you. Surprisingly, not so crowded its uncomfortable or too loud between 8pm-11pm on a Friday. But after this review it might be. It gets busier after the late dinner seating or the late theater seating. Its altogether a good show, as are most things in the Theater District.

    Incredible cocktail bar with speakeasy vibes. They have live jazz bands wed-sat which was an entire vibe.     Amazing spot for nice cocktails. They had a live jazz band that started at 9pm. We were seated directly next to the band and it wasn’t too loud, you could still have a relaxed conversation and listen to great music. Negroni happy hour was a steal at $13/drink.Caution: stick to reservations via Resy and not Open Table. Rest is the primary booking here, and Open Table may allow you to make a reservation that’s actually not available. This happened to us and someone else during our visit. The staff was kind to find us and accommodation, but better to stick with Resy to not get yourself in this situation!

    This is a must-see restaurant. This exquisitely themed restaurant should be on everyones list. The staff was not only friendly and welcoming, but also attentive without being overbearing. I visited this restaurant during restaurant week and, needless to say, I was not disappointed. I ordered the Chicken Piccatta while I was at Rosevale. The chicken had a lot of flavor and wasnt dry. Finally, I had the brown butter blondie, which was delicious. The nut-to-brownie ratio was perfect (if you have a nut allergy, I recommend any of their other amazing deserts). Overall, I had a great time and will definitely return!
