I had the pleasure of dining at Sip, the downstairs bar at Sip&Guzzle. I had a reservation front and center at the downstairs bar and had the privilege of being served by two of the awesome bartenders David and Sam. The cocktails were expertly crafted and they were all really unique and very tasty. The food came out fast and hot, my favorite was the bikini sandwich which is actually only served at the upstairs bar. All in all, I would highly recommend this bar to anyone who is adventurous and enjoys Asian cuisine, carefully crafted cocktails, low light cozy ambience and friendly staff. The GM Alex was also very attentive to all the guests and made sure we felt welcome and were taken care of. I can’t wait to return and try everything that I didn’t get a chance to try this past visit.I didn’t take too many pictures so here are two of the cocktails that the bartenders recommended for me after we discussed my preferences.

Ten out of ten, We’d all go again.Sam took care of us throughout our stay at Guzzle and even went out of his way to bring me the Sherry Colada from the Guzzle menu making sure we had a seat at Sip which was a delicious end to the evening. Balanced and creative cocktail menus that won’t overwhelm anyone but should delight everyone. Small bites great for sharing that are packed with flavor. Staff is on their game and are knowledgeable and friendly. Also, featured in this photo, the thinnest and most delicious ham and cheese sandwich you ever did see, to bridge the gap between multiple rounds of drinks.

Review of Sip&Guzzle: A Must-Visit NYC GemStepping into Sip&Guzzle feels like crossing the threshold into another world—a world where every detail is designed to intrigue, delight, and transport you. This two-level restaurant/bar strikes the perfect balance between effortless cool and understated sophistication, creating a vibe that’s as dynamic as the city itself.Upstairs at Guzzle, the energy is electric yet laid-back. The music selection is spot-on, creating a soundtrack that keeps the mood upbeat without overwhelming conversation. The crowd is a mix of locals and in-the-know visitors, lending the space a natural buzz. It’s the kind of place where you can kick back with friends over creative cocktails and still feel part of something vibrant and happening.Downstairs at Sip, however, is where the magic shifts to a cozy, sexy, and romantic escape. Dim lighting, plush seating, and intimate nooks make it the ideal spot for a date night or a special celebration. The ambiance is sultry but not overdone. Now, food. The menu at Sip&Guzzle is a culinary adventure, blending familiar comfort with experimental flair. The standout for me? The Electric Chicken. It’s hands down the best fried chicken I’ve ever had—crispy, juicy, and spiked with a zing of flavor that lingers in the best way. The oysters were another revelation, served impossibly fresh and topped with an airy sea foam that transported us straight to the coast. Each dish surprised and delighted. The cocktails, like the food, are an experience unto themselves. Each drink is nuanced and inventive—crafted with care by bartenders who are as friendly as they are talented. I ordered the Rain & Moss Gin Fizz which was earthy and delicious. My friend ordered the Tomato Tree. Not a huge fan of tomato in my drinks, I wasn’t expecting to love it but ended up trading with my friend because it turned out I enjoyed it even more than my fizz. Perfectly balanced and lovely to drink, a welcome surprise for someone who typically knows exactly what they like. And perhaps the best part? The staff. From the moment we walked in, every single person we encountered was warm, helpful, and genuinely unpretentious. Charity was especially wonderful. Everyone there added to the inviting atmosphere, making us feel like regulars even on our first visit.Sip N Guzzle is exceptional on every level (literally)—ambiance, food, drinks, and service. It’s a place you’ll want to keep to yourself but can’t help recommending to everyone. Worth every penny. Go, and prepare to be transported.

  • Review 4 (2024-12-30 - Rating: 4)

The ambience is interesting and we ultimately enjoyed it. All the drinks we got were pretty good, especially the first I got-whiskey nigiri. Overall the drinks were unique concepts. The service was a bit on the slower side, but they were super nice about accommodating an extra guest for our reservation.Ultimately, though, the most detracting part of the experience was the price of the drinks. I truly cannot justify paying $30 for each drink. I guess its because its a pretty famous place and I get that, but its the number one reason I wouldnt go back.

  • Review 5 (2024-11-19 - Rating: 5)

BEST ambiance, BEST food and delicious drinks. Get the wagyu sandwich, fried chicken and the tomato tree drink!!! And definitely do not miss out on the soft serve … it’s my favorite 😍

Had a fantastic experience! Had gone last week and spoke to Kamila about trying to reserve a table at “Sip” for 4 people to celebrate my engagement with two other friends and my fiancé. She had said email her and she would see what she could do since reservations at “Sip” are very hard to come by let alone for 4 people. But she made it happen! She even got us a larger table so we didn’t feel cramped downstairs and a longer reservation time so we didn’t feel rushed. Everything was delicious and we cannot wait to go back. First class service for a first class bar!

  • Review 7 (2024-05-04 - Rating: 5)

Sip and Guzzle offers a delightful fusion of exquisite dining and vibrant bar atmosphere. The ambiance is simply outstanding, with its tasteful decor, warm lighting, and cozy seating arrangements. Each dish is a culinary masterpiece, crafted with fresh, high-quality ingredients and bursting with flavor. The cocktails are truly exceptional. From classic favorites to innovative concoctions, each drink is expertly crafted and perfectly balanced, making every sip a memorable experience. With its stellar ambiance, mouthwatering food, and expertly crafted cocktails, Sip and Guzzle sets the standard for an unforgettable dining and drinking experience. Even saw Jeff Bezos! He sat down next to us at Sip with some friends. 100% new favorite spot in NYC.

Review for SIP —Had a reservation for 7pm on a Tuesday and the bar was packed. Vibes were great and typical for a NYC cocktail bar scene. Between 3 people we ordered 9 cocktails. We all felt the cocktails were very weak (is this a low ABV bar??) and the amount was about 30-50% less than what we expected in comparison to other cocktail bars charging more than $25 per drink. Literally you could finish the drinks in two sips. I’m a lightweight as in I usually have trouble with more than 1.5 drinks, but I could have easily done 4 here if it weren’t for the very strict 90 minute policy. (We ended up with round 4 upstairs.) Maybe 20 minutes before our time was up, our server came by and said we have enough time to order another round…because the drinks were so weak and hey why not we ordered a third round. With our drinks came the check and they snatched up the credit card haha. They were nice, but it definitely felt rushed even though there were three other empty tables and no visible line. Anyway, we enjoyed the Chinatown No 5 (this was the only normal volume drink but it is a low ABV), the wagyu was interesting if you like peanut butter, toasted apple, mr miyagi (very good), some cocktail called rain (very earthy). The 40/60 did not live up the name, we kept waiting for it to turn into a different but it was basically the same flavor throughout. Sip is worth checking out once but I am not dying to come back or strongly recommending to friends, esp given the $ value as well.Review for Guzzle —Totally different vibe, and we honestly enjoyed this more and would recommend this over sip. We got a fourth round here - sun dried tomato was very savory and we all loved yuzu murgurita! Very refreshing. And the mochi fries were pretty good too.

  • Review 9 (2024-04-24 - Rating: 5)

I’ve been lucky enough to dine here 3 times and typically wait until Ive been to a restaurant a few times before offering my opinion. This place has not yet missed. Each time leaving was better than the last. The atmosphere -buzzy yet sexy, the food experimental yet familiar and the cocktails - adventurous yet comfortable, make this place a can’t miss. There is a “Sip” and a “guzzle” located on different floors and offering different menus. Pro tip: do a bang bang and try both but start upstairs for larger bites and downstairs for special spirits and insane desserts. DO NOT miss the tomato tree. The entire team knows what they are doing and it’s abundantly clear from the culinary wizard to the cocktail program and especially the front of house. Our table was greeted by Justin and Mike and they made us and the entire restaurant feel welcome like VIPs.

  • Review 10 (2024-01-29 - Rating: 5)

This new spot is incredible. I am a food lover and I have yet to experience any restaurant like this in NYC. The service was impeccable and the food- the FOOD. Each dish was absolutely insanely delicious, and the thought and execution behind each item on the menu is unlike any restaurant I have been to. Not to mention the drinks are as good as the food is. It is hard to come by a restaurant that can execute divine food accompanied by unique delicious drinks. I can’t stop thinking about the meal I had and I will be most certainly going back often. HIGHLY recommended- must try.

  • Review 11 (2024-06-06 - Rating: 4)

I’m only taking down a star because I think this place is way too expensive for what it is. That being said, the food is really good and they also have great service. The inside is really nice, very chic and retro vibes. I enjoyed sitting at the bar but you can ask for a table too. They’re very accommodating even though they are so busy

  • Review 12 (2024-12-29 - Rating: 5)

Can’t say enough good things about this place! Definitely one my fav joints in NY and can’t wait to come back to have the rest of the menu.Turner our server was absolutely great ! Took care of us throughout our entire experience of drinking and dinning both at sip downstairs & guzzle upstairs. This dude even brought our jackets to our table after we closed out in almost seamless perfect timing like dude come on.🔥Not just him but also manager on duty was great ! As well as the other service staff also super friendly and helpful. Just great team overall. From food to Bev to service would highly recommend and they are crushing it in all 3 marks!

  • Review 13 (2024-08-01 - Rating: 5)

Steve’s cocktails are creative and delicious (try his Negroni), and Chef Mike Bagale’s bites are delicious and beautiful… don’t pass up the fried chicken (served with nitrile gloves to keep your hands clean 😉). Best fried chicken I’ve ever had, knocking Roister from its perch at the top of my all-time list. Super fun vibe & decor.

  • Review 14 (2024-01-27 - Rating: 5)

Full disclosure: my long term boyfriend is the head bartender. I’ve been lucky enough to visit Sip & Guzzle twice for service. Once visiting both Guzzle and Sip, and the second time, grabbing a drink at the Guzzle bar then heading down for service at Sip.The vibes are both bars and unique yet somehow complement eachother perfectly. The dining room upstairs is also buzzing, warm and inviting! The food is STUPID. This isn’t your dad’s bar food. Everything is playful and experiential with absolutely zero loss of quality or technique. Everything I’ve eaten both upstairs and down is one of the best things I’ve ever tasted. Period. The drinks are DELICIOUS. Guzzle features plays on classics that are delightful and unique compared with a much of what you get from other NYC cocktail bars. Sip drinks downstairs are complex and give the drinker something to think about. But they’re approachable and not pretentious in any way. Very different than what we are seeing in the city. The staff is great. They’re warm, friendly and super knowledgeable. They want you to enjoy your experience and that’s clear. And they all look amazing in RRL & Co which fits the vibe and concept without being a costume. Really cool little detail that I’m sure not everyone picks up on, but ties it all together. You are definitely going to decide you must return asap, before you’ve even left.

  • Review 15 (2024-03-06 - Rating: 5)

After seeing all the social media buzz I couldnt wait for my first trip to Sip and Guzzle. Believe me it did not disappoint and actually exceeded my expectations! Upstairs at Guzzle my party of 4 sat with bartenders Steve and Marcio who could not have been nicer or more accommodating with our drink orders. They both really take the time to ask what you like and then guide you accordingly. Our favorite was the Miami Vice Negroni. We obviously had to try the food and it was INSANE. We had the Bikini (better make sure to add the truffles), the Mochi Fries (delicious) and then donned the gloves and grabbed the scissors and crushed two Electric Chicken (lights out!). The General Manager Brody brought over a Yamitsuki/Cabbage (even though we didnt order it) because its paired perfectly with the Chicken. Finally, Brody brought us downstairs to Sip. You feel like your entering a private club. We sat at the Bar (best seats in the house) and had the amazing experience of interacting with the bartender Ben who was truly exceptional. We love Ben from his days at Double Chicken but he is really at an elite level right now at Sip. We all crushed a pecan Old-Fashioned and the Spicy Paloma. Obviously we could not leave without trying Chef Mikes now viral Wagyu Sando. Definitely exceeded the hype. So much more we did not try but wanted to save some for next time. Sip and Guzzle will be a mainstay of the West Village for years to come. I could not recommend this place more.

  • Review 16 (2024-04-08 - Rating: 5)

It takes a lot for me to be impressed at a cocktail bar, but i actually sort of was here and the vibe at sip is sooo good. came here for sip. got the Wax On, Grandmas Apple Pie, and wagyu old fashioned. all so good!!! fave was probably the wax on (because love clarified milk / punch drinks)reservations are 90 minutes and it’s enforced if there’s a res after you. perf place to catch up not to loud. (prob would not come to sip for any food because it is pretty expensive)

  • Review 17 (2024-11-09 - Rating: 5)

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Amazing experience! This place truly stands out, not just for its ambiance but especially for the service. Danny went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and made us feel incredibly welcome. From start to finish, his attention to detail and friendly attitude made our visit unforgettable. If you’re looking for a place with excellent service, ask for Danny—you won’t be disappointed! Highly recommended!

  • Review 18 (2024-10-13 - Rating: 4)

We really enjoyed guzzle. The food was very interactive and tasty, drinks hit the spot. Sip was a completely different menu and we didn’t enjoy the cocktails as much. The vibe for both was very cool. Prices were super super expensive we spent about $200 on four drinks and two small apps.

  • Review 19 (2024-11-30 - Rating: 4)

Sip & Guzzle provided a lively and enjoyable experience for our party of three. We lucked out with some of the best seats in the house—right by the bartenders and with a great view of the rest of the snug, energetic space. The vibrant atmosphere, filled with laughter and people clearly enjoying themselves, was infectious and added to the overall charm. We each ordered three drinks, and the selection was impressive, perfectly complementing the meal. The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the food. The foie gras and uni appetizers were absolutely amazing—so much so that we ordered three servings of each because we simply couldn’t get enough. The fried chicken and desserts were also delightful, though the pickled cabbage didn’t quite hit the mark for us.Despite that minor hiccup, the overall experience was memorable enough that we’re already considering a return visit in the same week. Sip & Guzzle is a fantastic spot for great food and a fun vibe.

  • Review 20 (2024-02-11 - Rating: 4)

Sip and Gizzle is a new spot that is essentially 3 different bars in one location. The first room is a waiting area with a standing bar for guests trying to get into the main area of tables, known as Guzzle. This is the section that I visited. There is also one more bar downstairs, called Sip, that you can put your name down as you wait in Guzzle. The drink menu at Guzzle was decent with some tasty cocktails. Nothing too crazy here but they get the job done. The volume inside is a bit louder so during busy times you might be shouting but the staff was super attentive and came by multiple times.Unfortunately the bar downstairs we were told only takes groups of 4 or less so we could not get in which was a bummer. From what I heard the drinks there are better.

  • Review 21 (2024-06-08 - Rating: 5)

Sip was amazing, All the drinks were great, The Royal with cheese is pricey but tastes great! The Chicken Sando and Honey Butter Meringue were to die for! Will back for sure!

  • Review 22 (2024-11-17 - Rating: 5)

One of the best restaurants I have been to in NYC. Not only was all of the food incredible the cocktails in both Sip and Guzzle were among some of the best and most creative I have ever tasted. Absolutely put this on your list if you are in New York.

  • Review 23 (2024-10-24 - Rating: 5)

OH MY GOD!!!!! What an amazing experience. From food, atmosphere, service and obviously the drinks, 10/10. AND might I just say, Daniel. Daniel, Daniel, Daniel was the most exquisite, knowledgable, warm hearted and personable waiter I have ever encountered. He made sure we were fine wined and dined and was always there to answer any questions we may have had or if we needed anything. All other staff that we engaged with were also extremely welcoming and attentive Overall this is definitely my new favourite spot to sip and guzzle in NYC.

  • Review 24 (2024-04-22 - Rating: 5)

One of the most incredible meals I’ve had in nyc in years and exceeded my very high expectations. I’ve now been to Sip 3x and Guzzle twice. Both are amazing spots for a date or to share a special meal with friends.Decadent food, drinks and vibes immaculate. The DIY uni hand rolls downstairs at Sip are out of control. One of my favorite things I’ve had at any restaurant. Generous on the uni (see pic).Royal with cheese (wagyu sando) is also wow. Best I’ve had outside of Japan. Comes with fermented pickles (pictured) which were perfect. I wanted to take the jar home.Five stars.

My new favorite speakeasy. This place has pretty good food which was surprising and the drinks of course of SG quality. Our server was super nice and knowledgeable. Even told us about the history and the other locations we were unaware in Asia.

I still can’t not stop thinking about the chicken sandwich and yuzu murgirita combo. Andrea was amazing and recommend this combo. I will absolutely be back with my friends and I can’t wait to try the cocktails and food downstairs! Great job to the owners and team of Sip&Guzzle!

  • Review 30 (2024-08-05 - Rating: 5)

Sip and guzzle is a cute neighborhood bar that had a dark and moody ambiance with good music, better bar tenders and amazing drinks, even the doorman was entertaining. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to have some fun. My only complaint is the small/tight bar area, but its new york so get used to it!

  • Review 31 (2024-11-17 - Rating: 5)

What a night! The food cant even be explained! The drinks were beyond great.... what a fantastic evening. Staff professional yet fun! Cozy environment ! . Just overall an experience to remember with a big smile!!!

  • Review 32 (2024-08-28 - Rating: 5)

What an experience last night! I was here initially at the Guzzle arm and had a great time vibing and I was curious to try out the area downstairs at Sip. Due to their popularity, it was impossible to get a seat and the wait time was close to 2 hours. We were generously given an immediate availability before the next reservation all thanks to Emily, who is their manager. Sip was absolutely amazing and a place to come back to regularly.

  • Review 33 (2024-08-18 - Rating: 5)

Ive been in New York for a really long time and S&G has been hands down one of the best New York experiences Ive had in awhile from cocktails, outstanding menu, vibes and all. I like to start at Guzzle for drinks and bites, then downstairs to Sip for speakeasy vibes, more drinks and bites. Youll want to try both menus. And then youll just be coming back on repeat.

  • Review 34 (2024-10-06 - Rating: 5)

Excellent spot. Theres two separate parts: Guzzle and Sip. Guzzle is the main floor and serves the regular stuff, while Sip is in the basement and focuses more on unique cocktails. The drinks from Guzzle were already great, but the ones from Sip were just on a whole other level. Some personal favorites were definitely the Chinatown No. 5, the Tomato Tree and the Miami Vice Negroni.Definitely a strong recommend for cocktail lovers.

  • Review 35 (2024-01-18 - Rating: 5)

Wow, this is such a special spot. The fried chicken is insane. You know it’s good when you wake up everyday craving it. Must order the bikini, wagyu sandwich, and Hokkaido milk soft serve! Treat yourself. The cocktails were all very complex and thirst-quenching. Can I get a reservation for next week please?

I had the absolute pleasure of dining at Sip & Guzzle, and it was an experience that exceeded every expectation! From the moment I arrived, the exceptional service made me feel welcomed and taken care of in the most genuine way. The staff’s attention to detail and warmth added an extra layer of enjoyment to the evening. The ambience was spot-on — chic, sophisticated, and incredibly inviting. The thoughtful design, from the lighting to the decor, set the perfect mood for a memorable night out.As for the food and drinks — wow! Every single dish we ordered was perfection, with flavors that were both creative and impeccably balanced. The bluefin sashimi was absolutely exceptional — fresh, melt-in-your-mouth, and beautifully presented. And I can’t rave enough about the dirty mango martini! It was bold, refreshing, and delicious, the perfect complement to an outstanding meal.Sip & Guzzle is a gem that truly stands out in every way. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply indulging in an exceptional dining experience, this place is a must-visit. I can’t wait to return and relive the magic!

  • Review 40 (2024-09-23 - Rating: 4)

I personally didn’t find “Sip” worth the hype. The food options weren’t that great, though the Foie Gras was excellent. I very much preferred “Guzzle” as the drinks we had were amazing and the intimate atmosphere was cozy & sexy, two of my favorite things ambience-wise. I found “Sip” to be a bit too boisterous for my personal taste. It’s definitely a “scene” if that’s your thing.

  • Review 41 (2024-11-16 - Rating: 5)

S&G has a great ambiance with superb drinks and tasty bites. I got the yuzu murgurita which was a phenomenal drink. The plum salt around the rim was a unique touch that made the drink stand out. I’ve never had fries like the mochi fries. It reminded me of funnel cake with a spicy kick from the nacho powder on top. The gochujang aioli was great and I’d buy the sauce alone if they sold it. The chicken and cucumber was a nice combo to balance out the spicy chicken. Definitely will be back to try the chicken sando.

I lived in New York City for 35 years and this hands down is the best restaurant I have ever been to. The service was better than Daniel. Every dish got better as the meal continued. The Wagyu sandwich melts in your mouth like butter.

  • Review 43 (2024-09-16 - Rating: 5)

The drinks were a LOT of fun. amazing flavor profiles. i opted for their spin on a margarita. my date got the mango drink. all in all would def go back for the drinks.we were sat downstairs. very small and cozy. even though you’re sitting very close to the people around you, it still felt intimate.the food was good. i have nothing extremely positive or extremely negative to say about it. just like with the drinks, you can tell a lot of thought went into the flavor pairings and they had a lot of fun putting together the menu for us to enjoy.i plan on going back at another occasion to try some other bites from the menu.

  • Review 45 (2024-07-16 - Rating: 5)

Both downstair and upstairs are incredible. Now after visiting several times I can honestly say the SIP is just brilliant. Only for aficionados with a palate - or else I fear folks might not get the nuance.Guzzle when you want to rush. SIP when you want something very refined. Tokyo OG was always on my list to visit after friends raving about all the time. I can honestly say the NYC outpost does an incredible job

  • Review 46 (2024-01-16 - Rating: 5)

A special place and experience. The staff was extremely knowledgeable about everything being served and delivered the experience like a true 5-star restaurant. The cocktails were all unique, properly balanced and breathtakingly beautiful. The food, THE FOOD, was really exceptional; fun gourmet and delicious. The best part was the vibe. The downstairs venue, Sip, is the perfect date night spot or place to close a deal. The upstairs venue, Guzzle, you just want to hang out all night. Can not wait to go back and try more of drinks and food!

Finally an opening in WV that checks every box — food, service and ambience. We had a drink at the bar and had an excellent meal at Guzzle. Different from anything I’ve had in the city. Can’t wait to check out the separate menu at Sip, which after glancing at the menu seems like an entirely unique experience. Make sure to try a few of the different cocktails because each one seemed better than the next.

  • Review 50 (2024-06-12 - Rating: 5)

Really enjoyed our experience at Sip and Guzzle. This spot is quite loud but the drinks were delicious and unique. Service was amazing. Prices are definitely on the high end but worth it in my opinion.

  • Review 51 (2024-02-21 - Rating: 5)

Drinks and food were so good. The yuzu mugarita was thirst quenching and the electric chicken and pork belly were mouth watering.

  • Review 52 (2024-04-25 - Rating: 5)

Was able to get into Sip and Guzzle last week and let me tell you it did not disappoint. Started upstairs at guzzle where I ordered the Miami Vice Negroni which was possibly the best cocktail I have ever had. For food, ordered the Electric chicken which was fantastic. After finishing upstairs at Guzzle, I made my way down to Sip which by far checked every box for me. The ambiance was top tier and food/ drink took my experience to another level. Ordered the Wagyu old fashioned and Tuna Tartare which were both a homerun. The service across the board was timely and accommodating.Overall: adding this to one of my favorite bars in the city10/10 experience!

We ordered many popular drinks since this is my #1 spot to visit on my list. However, the cocktails we ordered were a bit underwhelming. They had a very fancy style but were missing key flavor components from the spirits. The bar setting and details were very impressive.

  • Review 54 (2024-04-14 - Rating: 5)

Had the best experience last week at Sip & Guzzle. Host was very accommodating and my server (think her name was Alex) was great. Food was a bit pricey but totally worth it!! Must try the Electric Chicken and the Bikini! Loved the Yuzu Mugarita. Couldnt get down to Sip :/ but will definitely be coming back.

  • Review 55 (2024-04-17 - Rating: 4)

Ive been here 3 times. Once at bar twice at Sip. The drinks here are definitely more expensive so my expectations were higher too. The drink at bar was good but its nothing crazy like you can get similar drinks at bars nearby. For Sip, Ive tried almost every drink on their menu. My personal favorite was the Chinatown drink. The presentation was beautiful and has a lot of flavors and it also gives you about two cups worth of drink and it reminds me of the Aviary drink. Everything else I dont think its worth the hype. Theyre good but for the price I was expecting Aviary level. The soft serve was really yummy! It is a cute date spot definitely recommend!

I’ve been to both Sip and Guzzle 2 times and each experience was above and beyond my expectations which were very high based on the hype and the pedigree of the chef and bar. Very unique and special…Simply AMAZING!!!!!!A real foodie experience and concept. The upstairs Guzzle is a buzzy , fun more casual experience…The electric chicken which is the best fried chicken cutlet you’ll ever have comes with gloves and scissors to cut(so fun), the mochi fries are a mix of cheetos and doritos…and the bikini waffle are must haves!!!Downstairs at Sip is a very cool hip speakeasy type vibe. The Wagyo Sando was unbelievavle… Tea Smoked Caviar …insane!Drinks at both Sip and Guzzle were both so unique and special!!I Can Not wait to go back!!!My new favorite food destination in New York!

  • Review 59 (2024-04-21 - Rating: 5)

Lived up to all the hype.1. Food (especially the steak sandwhich) was incredible2. Drinks were amazing (im not a big drinker but was blown away with freshness of each drink)3. Vibe was a 10I went for a work dinner with a party of 5 and it was way better than the standard places we usually go. The place/experience really made the night. Definitely would be a good date spot. The ambiance is authentic and quality is top tier. My only knock was that the chair i sat on was more of a stool and didnt have a back to it and it wasnt the most comfortable. Other than that, insanely cool place, highly recommend it I will definitely be back.

What a special experience!!! Everyone should go here. It’s elevated - cool, and the going to be the new hot spot. Make sure you order the chicken at guzzle and the caviar at sip.The drinks were awesome. Great date spot. Can’t wait to go back.

  • Review 62 (2024-04-25 - Rating: 5)

Ive been to Sip&Guzzle twice now, and both times were absolutely fantastic. The first time, it was just me and my boyfriend, and we had such an amazing experience exploring both the upstairs and downstairs areas. The ambiance was like a little piece of Tokyo right here in NYC. The staff were so attentive and really made us feel welcome. Downstairs, the fine dining experience was perfect, especially the caviar dish—it was truly unforgettable. The second time, we went with my boyfriend and some friends for drinks after dinner. We were having such a great time upstairs that we didnt even want to go downstairs when they suggested it after about 45 minutes. The mochi fries were a highlight for me, even though I was already full from dinner. The staff were so caring and really knew what they were doing. Its exactly the kind of place we needed in NYC.Overall, Sip&Guzzle is a hidden gem, and I cant wait to go back. Its like a little escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and memorable night out.

This place is incredible. Creative, good food and amazing drinks. ANDREA is the best bartender/human of all time… she runs the Guzzle portion. So good and so so cool.

  • Review 65 (2024-12-08 - Rating: 5)

Sip and Guzzle is a culinary gem that delivers an unforgettable dining experience. From the moment you walk in, the ambiance sets the stage for a one of the most unique environments in NYC. The cocktails are nothing short of exceptional—crafted with precision, creativity, and an evident passion for mixology. Each drink is a masterpiece! The food is equally impressive. Whether it’s the succulent appetizers, the perfectly cooked mains, or the indulgent desserts, every bite is a testament to the chef’s expertise.Sip and Guzzle is a must-visit for anyone who loves food and drink. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or just treating yourself, this spot promises to leave you wanting more.

  • Review 66 (2024-08-11 - Rating: 4)

Went to guzzle for dining (had a reservation) and asked them to put us on the waitlist for sip. The cocktails at Guzzle were quite mediocre and not worth the price. Food was pretty good, but mochi fries were not that chewy and a bit disappointing. Service was fast but impersonal — very clear they need to turn tables around.I really enjoyed the bikini sandwich, but it’s really a shame that the sandwiches all come with extremely sexualized stickers of anime girls. It would be perfectly fine if the sticker was just a woman in a bikini, but these anime girls are drawn to look extremely young and posed in sexual positions. With Guzzle alone, I’d rate this place 3 stars. Going to Sip elevated my experience. The grandma’s apple pie and China town cocktails were incredible, and the service was far superior and more personal.

  • Review 67 (2024-07-24 - Rating: 5)

Liked the drinks. Just a bit on the pricey side.Didn’t order food besides the soft serve.Really really miss that soft serve although it was the most expensive soft serve I’ve had. Will come back.

  • Review 68 (2024-12-16 - Rating: 5)

Being in the service industry, it’s known how difficult it is to get the basics right. Much less, the technical aspects that make a dining experience truly different.Sip and Guzzle not only did this, they went beyond. Turner took care of us, from the reservation to the end of our meal. Curating a seamless, and elegant experience that truly allowed us to relax and enjoy our time.If you have the chance, come and try one of my new favorite restaurant/bar of NYC. You will leave full, happy, and buzzed. What more do you need?

  • Review 69 (2024-12-02 - Rating: 5)

Sip and Guzzle is by far the best bar in NYC. While upstairs and downstairs are unique, individual concepts, each is perfectly executed and brings different exciting elements to the table. Everyone who works at S&G makes sure you’re taken care of in a timely fashion and takes the time to make sure you have a great experience. Nothing but amazing things to say about this place!

Super sexy & vibey atmosphere. Two completely separate experiences to go back and enjoy. Staff is super friendly, great to talk to about how the drinks are made. Cocktails & food out of this world!

  • Review 72 (2024-05-22 - Rating: 5)

I have now been here twice, once for sip and once for guzzle. I think in my honest opinion sip had much more elevated experience. I would go back and splurge on a wagyu sando. Their drinks were delicious, I tried the grandmother apple pie and tomato tree (loved the flavors). Also loved the tartare. Guzzle had way more of a laid back atmosphere, and the food was a bit more hearty/interesting. I tried the electric chicken and fried mochi and ice cream. Tried a yuzu drink. Overall good but I think I prefer sip atmosphere / vibe and offerings. I would go back to the sip section, but unclear if I would go back for guzzle.

  • Review 73 (2024-03-12 - Rating: 5)

Sip is the bar portion of the place, and Guzzle is the restaurant portion. You need to go through Sip to get to Guzzle. The service was excellent. We were asked to change tables to accommodate a larger party, and they gave us free champagne as a thank you gesture. We were repeatedly thanked throughout the service. Our server was friendly and informative. The service pace was pretty good. The food was unique and delicious. The mochi fries were our favorite. The chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Definitely a must-have. We didnt feel the same way about the hamachi. It was good, but Id rather go to a sushi bar for it. The ice cream was a miss. Not only did it hide its strawberry sauce at the bottom of the container, which was difficult to get to, the whole dish tasted more like old school vanilla ice cream. The atmosphere was a bit hectic. It seemed like they were still trying to figure stuff out. We saw workers bringing in boxes in from the outside. It was a bit weird to go through the bar to get to the front of the house, etc.Overall, definitely worth checking out.

  • Review 74 (2024-04-08 - Rating: 4)

We had the mochi fry, the wagyu tartare, and the electric chicken. For drinks, I got the pecan-something drink. The wagyu tartare came first and it was delicious! The wagyu was so juicy and soft and the bread they chose is the Asian kind so i’s very fluffy and nice. The toppings on top were also tasteful. The mochi fry is so unique I’ve never had anything like it. It’s crispy but chewy on the inside, it’s a must-try at the restaurant and I’d go back just for these two plates. They gave us scissors and gloves to cut into the electric chicken. I have beef with the pair of scissors they chose but anyways the chicken was quite spicy and maybe too oil-y. But I enjoyed the dishes. We got the honey butter meringue soft serve dessert and while it was good (the bottom was melty and the top was more foamy), I don’t think it’s worth $22… drinks and a dessert should not cost that much but it is nyc after all.

Such a great spot! The main floor is a cool dark theme bar with good music. The real treat is downstairs at their speakeasy type bar space. Its definitely more intimate and the drinks are so unique but super tasty! The ambience was great for feeling like youre in a private world. One of the better speakeasy in the village.

Excellent NY outpost of a popular spot in Tokyo! Loved both Sip (downstairs) and Guzzle (upstairs). I could spend all evening here! Oh wait, I did 😋 Sip is a more of a seated affair in sexy woodwork adorned walls meant to look like a ship with bougie bites and elegant cocktails. Guzzle upstairs is more of a lively NY bar atmosphere with a fun comfort food menu and dangerously delicious drinks. Shingo and Steve, bar industry veterans, have opened up a lovely new destination in the West Village! Food by Mike Bagale, formerly of Alinea.

  • Review 79 (2024-04-10 - Rating: 5)

Amazing new spot, great cocktails. Two totally different vibes upstairs and downstairs. The attention to detail is truly remarkable, highly recommend to try a the drinks and food!

  • Review 80 (2024-01-17 - Rating: 5)

Sip & Guzzle brings the excitement of Tokyo into the dark and moody atmosphere of a West Village location. The cocktails are spot on and incorporate a wide range of flavors from around the world. The food here also takes elements from Japan and transforms them into culinary masterpieces. Be sure to come hungry and try a handful of the dishes. Our favorites are the electric chicken, mochi fries, and the Hokkaido soft serve.Sip was the favorite amongst our group, these cocktails are designed by Shingo himself. The menu we tried was the soft opening drinks and I’m looking forward to seeing how this evolves in the near future. They take walk ins for the bars (Guzzle upstairs & Sip downstairs), but I’d personally suggest aiming to get a resy for Guzzle so you can secure a table to enjoy the tasty food menu. You can also order at the bar, however you’ll have to be lucky to secure a seat.

  • Review 81 (2024-02-13 - Rating: 5)

I had such high expectations from all the hype surrounding this place and I was so happy that my expectations were met, maybe even exceeded. Sip & Guzzle is now one of my favorite bars - ever. It’s been a couple days since I’ve been and I’m already been planning my next visit.I was able to try a most of the drinks and I think there’s something on the menu for everyone. If you’re looking for something easy to drink, my favorites were the Wax On and Natural Unnatural Wine. Both were milk clarified and you could barely tell there was alcohol in them. The Drunken Grandma’s Apple Pie was also easy to drink. If you’re looking to explore something different, I recommend the Tomato Tree and Whiskey Nigiri. I’ve had other clarified tomato water drinks but this was one of the better ones imo. Also I’ve never had a drink like the Whiskey Nigiri. Both are plays on traditionally savory flavors and I think were my favorites.I also quite liked the Geisha Vesper, which was highly recommended by the staff. It’s probably the best espresso martini type drink I’ve had and it’s even made with my favorite variety of coffee.I also had the Wagyu Old Fashioned, and while old fashioneds are my favorite drink, I could only taste peanut butter. Still good, but I wish I tasted more wagyu tallow. For food, I highly recommend the Tuna Kooridashi. It was essentially a shaved ice with tuna and a bunch of other toppings. Of course, I really enjoyed the Hokkaido milk soft serve as well.I loved everything about this place except maybe the wait times. I came in at 4:20 and got a res for 7:30, but wasn’t seated until 8:15. It was truly a whole evening event.

  • Review 82 (2024-01-27 - Rating: 5)

Amazing spot! LOVED everything about it. Upstairs, Guzzle, is a great, buzzy, high energy bar. Drinks were great, food was fantastic! Highly recommend the Electric Chicken, and the Bikini. So good, so fun, so different. Downstairs, Sip, like a sexy little nightspot. Drinks were the best, most innovative I’ve ever had. Go for the Tomato Tree and the Wax On. The Wagyu Sando was outstanding. Truly melted in your mouth. The Tea Smoked Caviar…OMG!! Staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Bartenders were fun and entertaining. Loved Sip and Guzzle. Can’t wait to go back!

  • Review 83 (2024-02-17 - Rating: 4)

Sip & guzzle is undeniably one of the hottest new bars with a pedigree of experience by the founders and an ex-alinea chef making the bites. immediately, it was packed when I walked in at 5:30PM on a Friday- it was hard to even find a spot to put down my drink while I waited for our reservation. we had a reservation at guzzle, but were disappointed that there was no way to order the drinks from the downstairs sip menu. it’s super confusing/ there is a bar (sip) upstairs and guzzle (the restaurant) and a sip downstairs with a different menu. it makes no sense in my opinion- you should let your guests order from whichever menu if it’s the same place. also, there’s no way to get a reservation at both sip AND guzzle that are timed perfectly apart. We got the comte- which came as a wafer sandwich. it was good, but not really what we expected for better or worse… it was hard to share between four people. we got the mochi fries, which fell flat in my opinion. they were good and tasted like doritos, but for like 4x the price. Also generally, sip & guzzle is very overpriced for what it is. the electric chicken came with their scissors and whole set up, which we found to be wholly unnecessary… it was a cutlet, that could have been easily cut by the chef. it wasn’t like a rotisserie chicken where you had to carve the meat. we were told by the waitress that we should get the cabbage (for ~ $20) to go with the chicken- it was a good combo in terms of flavor. the chicken itself was delicious, but a super small portion… we basically all got one bite. I got the lychee martini and tried the pecan old fashioned- for a place that is supposed to be known for their cocktails, i was a bit underwhelmed. they were good, but nothing mind blowing. to finish, we got the hokkaido strawberry soft serve… the ice cream itself was creamy and delicious, but they top it with a lot of salt. it was fine for the first bite, but a bit overpowering. also, the strawberry sauce is like buried in the ice cream… it should have been more evenly distributed throughout or drizzled on top.overall, the vibes are very fun and the staff is great. however, if you have a hard time in loud places, i would not recommend… it’s very hard to hear and talk in the restaurant. I felt a little disappointed in our experience overall, and felt that this was a place that was overrated and blown up by social media.

  • Review 84 (2024-02-05 - Rating: 5)

Drinks & Food 10/10Ordered the espresso martini and margarita upstairs at Guzzle, and that already impressed me so much. 2.5 hours later, once we got a table at Sip, my brain chemistry was altered by their drinks. The whiskey nigiri completely blew me away, from that very first sip. The cup is shaped in a way where one side resembles a sake glass, two sides resemble a white wine glass, and the final side resembles a red wine glass. Crazily enough, as the server mentioned, sipping from each side brought out different notes and flavors. My very first sip, I was taken by the umami flavors, the mirin, and the soy sauce blended so well with the whiskey it was insane. I kept on wanting more. The sake side gave off more open flavors, while the white wine side added savory elements. I will dream about this cocktail. We also got the wagyu old fashioned, which was also a beautiful complex combination of very distinct and contrasting flavors that somehow complemented each other and did not clash whatsoever. The peanut butter really stood out, and once you wash that dried wagyu piece into the drink and take a bit and a sip, it just really is elevated onto a whole other level. For the second round, we got the soft serve, which I 100% recommend. Hokkaido milk-based, with flakes of salt that really enhanced the sweetness. It also came with Hokkaido white strawberries, which were BEAUTIFUL. We also ordered the drunk grandma’s apple pie and gimlet over rice. The gimlet was super refreshing and light, while the apple pie tasted truly like apple pie, a little too sweet for me. Both were solid drinks, but I do not think comparable to our first round.Atmosphere 10/10Sip & Guzzle have two very different vibes. Sip is indeed a lot more vibey and elegant, with great jazz playing. Dim lighting, cozy yet elevated vibes. Comfortable chairs. Really love the vibes there. Guzzle is definitely a bit more rowdy and casual.Service 10/10Stellar service. Everyone is very knowledgeable and friendly, learned a little more about how the team works and how people are affiliated with the team. Very happy to have obtained a reservation. Would come back once the hype dies down so the wait is not obscene.

  • Review 85 (2024-04-28 - Rating: 5)

My rating is for the lower floor bar (“Sip”) which is very different vibe and has different cocktail menu from ground floor bar (“Guzzle”).Atmosphere 9.5/10Amazing underground upscale cocktail bar atmosphere. Intimate setting, awesome design and details. Great layout with a stylish back bar at the end of the room.Drinks 9/10The cocktails were perfect. Simple ingredients, but thoroughly paired. Beautiful presentation - very “neat”. My only 2 critique points are: lack of coasters and digital-only menu.Service 9/10Walk-in waitlist is very long - prepare to wait >1h on a weekend. Reservation highly recommended. Drink prefer took a bit long. Prices are on the higher end for NYC, but appropriate, considering the experience. The place is owned by legendary bartender Shingo Gokan (who also owns multiple bars in Shanghai and one bar in Tokyo), and his taste for cocktail bar design + drinks, is top notch. I had the pleasure to experience him personally mixing the drinks - which was incredible.Fun fact: the bar initials “S&G” coincidentally match his name initials ;)

  • Review 90 (2024-01-30 - Rating: 5)

Sip and Guzzle is what New York is all about. When you first walk in, Guzzle (the top floor) is a cozy but chic bar giving all the best, local west village vibes. They kept the layout of the original Cornelia Street Cafe and filled the room with colorful Japanese art, putting a twist on the historic location and reviving it into what I know will be NYC’s newest hotspot.Which is exactly what they had done with both the food and drinks…From a playful take on a Ham and Cheese sandwich with their Tokyo Bikini, to an ode to Pulp Fiction with their “Royale with Cheese”, Chef Mike Bagale is creating a new meaning for the word nostalgia.More playful dishes like the fried chicken that we got to cut with a scissor and eat with gloves, gave me the excitement I’ve been longing for in a new restaurant opening. And as if the food wasn’t enough to make me dedicated to being a “regular” here, the drinks certainly will. From the Mr. Myagi to the Sixty Forty (Martini meets Manhattan), the drinks also embody that same feeling of a new era of tradition.Sip (the downstairs cocktail lounge) offers a very different feel than Guzzle and transforms you into what feels like the best kept secret of the West Village. From the shoe shining at the entrance to the Japan crosswalk audio in the bathrooms, no detail went unnoticed in Sip’s effort to make you feel like you stepped into a new world. The tea smoked caviar with fried chicken skin is an absolute must and tastes just as exclusive as this place makes you feel. The cocktails down in Sip, like the Whisky Nigiri, are truly made with such craft and you can taste the careful detail in every sip.Top that off with the best soft serve of my life and I think it’s safe to say I loved my experience at both Sip and Guzzle and cannot wait to be back and try more.

Drinks⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Pricy⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Service ⭐️⭐️⭐️Guzzle is so far good. This is about Sip:Sip got the most interesting and the most weird seating policies ever :You never know how many mins you got until you sit down: 90mins can be squeezed down to 60mins because different table have their own secret time limits - like a surprise to you maybe? Haven’t figured it out though 🤣Maybe next time to understand the table secretC’est la vie - Always something new to learntips here: you need to tell the desk table that you need “90mins table” before you been seated, or you might surprisedly get a 60mins bc you did not ask before 😆Also:always make sure to check your request with more than one waiters/ waitresses since they might not agree with each otherThe surprise part is: you might not know you can Sip your drinks or you have to Guzzle it 🤣But drinks are good

Walked in on Thursday evening and luckily enough, we got seared at the bar.The area filled up quickly and its first come first serve. Reservations highly recommended (yes they took reservations!) if youre in a large group or want to have some food too. I heard their food selection is pretty decent!I personally like stronger alcohol (Im a whiskey drinker) and this place didnt disappoint. Ive been to many places where I emptied several drinks without the tipsy feeling. Sip-Guggle is different. You can either go with sweeter cocktails like yuzu margarita or their twist of Manhattan.Bartenders are really friendly and will give you recommendations.Highly recommend this place. Be ready to have your wallet bleeding tho.

Turned an ordinary evening into an adventure, drinking imaginative cocktails with spot on execution, and sampling everything from Japanese snacks in anime wrappers to the best wagyu sandwich anywhere. Set in a buzzing low lit west village den. An experience that we will all remember and return to.

Not as nice of decor as the Tokyo location, but the drinks are just as good. The whiskey nigiri is probably the best cocktail in NYC.Depending on the angle you drink from, the flavor dramatically changes. Its delicious and a work of magic. Its well with the 28/30 dollars a glass.Im convinced its because of the shape of the glass.

We were lucky enough to get a table at Sip downstairs. The champagne grasshopper was my favorite cocktail. The wagu royale was my favorite dish of the night. I’ve had sandos like this in Tokyo and somehow this was better. The smoked caviar blew me away, I’ve never tasted anything like it. The strawberry yogurt was absolutely insane. They ship strawberries straight from Japan every other day. On the way out we somehow got super lucky to get a table at guzzle so we could try the electric chicken. It definitely didn’t disappoint. Theres technically three sections to this place: the bar where you enter, the dining area and the bar downstairs. The food is fun and innovative albeit a bit on the pricier side. The cocktails are some of the best in the city. A perfect date spot or a perfect pitstop before a show.

  • Review 109 (2024-10-18 - Rating: 5)

Food is incredible - the bikini sandwich, and the ice cream are my faves. The most interesting cocktail list in New York: the Yuzu Murgarita upstairs and the Tomato Tree downstairs are absolutely phenomenal. Staff is all super friendly and try to be as accommodating as possible. The best place to get a drink in Manhattan.

Amazing food, service, atmosphere and we loved the drinks. Such a special place!

  • Review 111 (2024-11-19 - Rating: 5)

Wonderfully eclectic place with phenomenal cocktails. Do both experiences (Sip & Guzzle) if you can when you book there. Highlights for me were the chicken, the wagyu sando, and the milkshake. Wagyu old fashioned was also very very tasty.

My dinner at Sip&Guzzle was an experience to remember. The contrasting atmosphere between upstairs and downstairs made the evening feel like a spontaneous night in Tokyo. The atmosphere was expertly crafted to transport us out of New York City, even if only for a few hours. We started upstairs at Guzzle; I don’t know if people do it the other way around but I think the way we did it was perfect. Guzzle gets the vibe going and gets you into the right mindset. Once we walked down the stairs to Sip we DID NOT expect it to look identical to a speakeasy in Japan. The smell coming from the bar was nothing I’ve ever noticed any other place I’ve ever been. There was this amazing aroma that set the tone and was like an undercurrent that just pulled us in. It felt a little bit like we got invited somewhere unprompted and almost forbidden. Three items on the menu will live in my dreams until the next time I get to eat it. The bikini waffle (at Guzzle) was light and flavorful, the wagu sandwich (at Sip) was the best bite of wagu I’ve ever had and the Hokkaido milk soft serve was the best possible way to end our meal (we got both the honey and strawberry - it’s impossible for us to pick which one we liked better). We had the best date night here and recommend it to anyone looking to have an uninhibited night with their person.

I love Sip & Guzzle. Everything was delicious. Im a very picky eater but I loved everything on the menu. We started at Guzzle. The electric chicken was perfect in every way. The bikini was delicious and I dont even normally eat ham. The Mochi French Fry was great and comes in a really cool squiggly shape. The yuzu margarita is the best drink Ive ever had in my life. Then we went to Sip where we got a Royale with cheese, made it a happy meal, and also got soft serve with potato chips. The food is as beautiful as the space and the service was flawless. This restaurant is a really special place and I cant wait to go back.

Impeccable service and the food was to die for. The real stars of the show were the cocktails in guzzle (the upstairs portion) which were just as good, in their own way, as the cocktails in sip! Highly, highly recommend.

  • Review 122 (2024-08-18 - Rating: 5)

Great cocktails and delicious food! The only downside for me personally was that because it had extremely loud music and so it was quite hard to chat. But some people might like that.

Could be the best bar in NYC. Spectacular food, ambiance is impeccable, extremely creative drinks that we haven’t seen anywhere else. The Wagyu, Hokkaido soft serve, and really everything in the guzzle menu is 10/10. I can only hope they open another one uptown

We went to Sip & Guzzle on a Wednesday night as a party of 3 and it took us about 2.5 hours to grab a table in the basement at Sip - so my first piece of advice is to come early and put your name down!We thoroughly enjoyed the drinks we ordered (Gimlet Over Rice, Wax On, and Tomato Tree), which were playful, yet delicious cocktails reminiscent of the drinks from the Tokyo SG Club. We also ordered the Yamitsuki (lightly pickled cabbage in kombu oil) which had a delicious, refreshing taste and wonderful crunch. All in all, a great evening and we’ll definitely be back to try the other cocktails at Sip (as well as the electric chicken everyone is raving about), and we’ll also try sitting at Guzzle next time.

  • Review 141 (2024-04-21 - Rating: 5)

I had the best time at S&G - the vibes downstairs are immaculate, the food insane, and the drinks creative and delicious. The star of the show was the wagyu sandwich - I dont even usually eat meat, but had to make an exception for this, and it was incredible. S&Gs drink menu is of equal caliber, with inventive spins on traditional drinks. I had the cold brew martini and couldnt stop at one!The service was great, the staff made sure to really bring us into the experience and provided great recommendations. 10/10 experience, definitely will be going back!

  • Review 142 (2024-04-22 - Rating: 5)

I usually don’t write reviews, but this place was so stellar, it would be unfair not to - Went to Both Sip and Guzzle, Guzzle is upstairs - the waiters at both are incredibly friendly. From the food to the drinks, to the atmosphere, I cannot say enough good things about this place - few places in Manhattan can hold a candle to this place - I have been to Japan myself and I can tell you that the Wagyu sandwich and the other dishes, as unimportant as it may be in a place with such good drinks and such a great vibe were a 10/10! I can’t wait to go back. Highly recommend this place in ALL ways.

  • Review 143 (2024-04-27 - Rating: 5)

Don’t miss this place. Awesome setting and vibe and bartenders who are very obviously passionate about their craft. Came in for one quick drink before dinner and have had 3 amazing cocktails now. Big thanks to Tim for personalizing incredible cocktails for us.

Went back to Sip & Guzzle a second time and it did not disappoint! Had a few drinks upstairs at Guzzle before heading down to Sip for the unbelievable food and beverage experience. Tea Smoked Caviar, Royale w/ Cheese and the Electric Chicken are some of the best dishes you’ll find anywhere in the world!! Cocktails upstairs and downstairs are unique and delicious, and the staff is so attentive and informative. Could not recommend this place enough!!
