I came to The Copper Still on a whim looking for a chill place to grab a burger and some drinks. Does not disappoint. The burger was excellently flavored. Not too much lettuce or tomato on the bun. And the fries were so good I ordered another side of them when I closed my check. The servers were attentive and the drinks came very fast. Only minor complaint is that my burger came out well and I ordered it medium. That said, it was seasoned so well, it barely mattered. I would come back to check out their wings and happy hour. Fantastic happy hour with craft cocktail specials, and also food specials too. Overall drinks are affordable during peak, but off peak craft cocktails are $10 which is a steal in this ‘hood for a cocktail.Was able to get their chicken sliders not spicy so I was super happy! Cool vibes and good for hanging with friends without it being too loud or annoying people. One of my favorite East Village bars.

I love a well-crafted cocktail and this is a great place for them! Between the two of us my wife and I tried three different interesting cocktails and all were excellently prepared. My wife loved the Antioxidant and I had the best Espresso Martini I ever had and their Paloma was a cut above with their own in house grapefruit liqueur and a crispy dehydrated grapefruit slice garnish. Menu looked inviting with intriguing twists on traditional dishes although we didnt sample. Only drawback was the1 good music selection was a little too loud. A good Pub should be comfortable for conversation not an impediment.

The ambience is quiet and happy and they make you feel very welcome. The prices arent that expensive considering that youre in Manhattan. This place is a must visit

Great food, great people, and if you like whiskey, scotch, and bourbon youll find a great selection! Not your typical NYU frat bar. Ive lived in the hood for 10 years and watched they LES evolve.This place is becoming a mix between a local bar and an industry bar. The bartender was helpful and picked out an Irish whiskey I had never tried before. It was so delicious I ended up sitting there taking more recommendations over the next few hours. Love this spot.

Great Whiskey bar, sat at the bar so I could look at all the Whiskey bottles as I perused the Beverage menu. Our bartender had an accent, and he was very knowledgeable about different styles of whiskey and bourbons. Never had the food, but I would recommend this bar if you’re new to Whiskey and trying to get a handle on it, or even if you’re and experienced drinker you’ll be pleased with the selection

Great place to escape the loud college crowds that plague the area. Irish immigrant owned and operated, so naturally there’s an overwhelming selection of whiskey, over 300 bottles I believe. Terrific for bar food as well as entrees, much better than standard pub fare. Bar staff and servers are always knowledgeable and in good humor.

The Copper Still is probably my favourite bar in New York. There’s always a lovely buzz in there, on a Friday and Saturday you can be guaranteed to a have healthy crowd of people in there from the afternoon onwards. On the week days it’s always nice to pop in and chat to any of the welcoming bartenders (I have a soft spot for Colin) or the person sitting next to you. The grub is also 10/10. Guinness is great and the bartenders take pride in serving each pint of it. Now that I think about there’s nothing I can really say bad about this bar.On a sidenote - it’s an ideal spot for a first date.

Excellent service, the waitress we had was easy going, with great suggestions and made us want to stay longer than we had originally planned. Dont ignore the food here. The wings are some of the best Ive ever had and the deviled eggs are quite good as well.
