They have a very nice atmosphere. Queer-friendly. They have bottomless cocktails drag brunch for $25/pp on Saturdays and Sundays 1pm & 3pm. Bathrooms downstairs. Little loud, but friendly atmosphere. Strict reservations needed and a 90min seating only whether bottomless or per plate. The humus plater is a hot veggie plate that is amazing and the sliders are good as well. Got the sweet and sour cocktail and wine. Wine is Happy Hour pricing at $10 between 4-7pm every day. Each day has a special too.Daisy is a very nice and caring server!

No pulse on the first floor bar. Disappointed. Was hoping for interaction since I sat at the bar. I own a business so would never sink a business especially on first visit. Mostly ignored on at first floor bar. Good ambiance, upscale but I came for martinis and dinner. Was going to call it but decided to check the rest of the space. Glad I did. I’ll give them another whirl on another night. Martini was decent, stirred not shaken, I’m sure they would have shaken if I requested but didn’t want to be too pretentious. I had the coconut shrimp down stairs. They were good but would be better with a more interesting sauce like mango salsa or something other than tarter. Went upstairs for dinner with wine. Much better vibe upstairs this night. Had the short rib and a nice pour of cabaret in the second floor rear bar. I was early before six so probably a pre-theatre crowd. Would like to check out a local Hell’s Kitchen crowd off season. Upstairs front has upscale martini lounge vibe. There’s a third floor which was closed. Overall: good vibe, nice martini bar ambiance with upscale bar food, reasonably priced for theatre district. Personally: Would be nice to experience mire of a Hell’s Kitchen local vibe off season.

Had the best time! We got the bottomless dinner special. It’s def worth it! The happy hour espresso martinis were amazing. Our server Kevin was WONDERFUL! They were so kind and super knowledgeable about the establishment. We’ll absolutely be back!

Best Martini Deal in the city (free fries with every martini)!!! We had a great experience at the Dickens. Fantastic customer service, kewl environment, and great drinks and food. The price was also very reasonable. I would highly recommend stopping by the Hells Kitchen Gem!

I can’t say how enjoyable my experience was at the Dickens. I came to the martini Bar where I was met by Carlos before entry and he was so sweet. He directed me across the to the other side of the floor where Jean the server and Anthony the bartender were working. They are so fun and created an awesome space for me to feel welcome as I was dining alone. Such a good vibe and the service was great. PULL UP!!

Very busy bar at holiday time. They said most people made reservations. We waited a bit but found seats at the bar. There are three floors here. Great craft beer and wine selection... They did warn that no one in a Santa suit is welcomed. Apparently there has been lots of trouble in NYC bars with folks dressed as Santa.

We made same day reservations and got there 15 minutes early and the front hostess had acted a little annoyed we were there early (but the website recommended we do that), but she sat us fairly quickly after that.We also have to say that the waitress, Daisy was super great and helpful. They were constatly checking on us while keeping other tables checked on. They were working in a very full bar and it still never felt like we were forgotten. Great restaurant in the heart of the city, which offers good food, great bottomless drinks options for brunch and dinner, and a laid-back atmosphere. For $25, you get unlimited drinks for 90 for dinner on Mondays to Thursdays between 4 and 11 PM, which includes flavored margaritas, frozen classic margaritas, moscow mules, frozen rum punch, highnoons, and certain wines. I had the NY Strip Steak, which was good and was served with a spinach puree mashed potato, which was a very unique and enjoyable twist on mashed potato. My favorite drink of the bottomless option was the frozen rum punch, which was very strong and smooth.They also have a rooftop upstairs, but that is only for bar service.

This restaurant was a big surprise for me. From the outside, it looks more like a bar/lounge but the actually restaurant had a really decent menu. The music was really good too. The overall atmosphere of the place was nice. We ordered a bunch of different items off the menu. The Quinoa Burger and the Dickens Big Mac were a hit and the Chicken Avocado Wrap is worth mentioning as a great dish also. The truffle Parm fries are really good as well.Something to take note: the restaurant has a 90-minute bottomless dinner. Its like a bottomless brunch but its whenever you want. If youre in a party of 2 or more, everyone has to participate in the bottomless dinner....no exceptions (unless youre pregnant). Make sure that your group agrees on it before you sit or there will be a tough decision to make. The drinks include wine, bubbly, high noon, frozen margaritas, well drinks, and flavored (cucumber) margaritas. The plain margaritas are better than the cucumber ones. In order to get the bottomless, you have to order an entree or a small plate thats valued at $17 and above. Oddly specific but okay.The best part about our visit was the service. Daisy was our server and she was attentive, kind, knowledgeable on the menu, and simply pleasant to be around. My entire party made quite a few comments about how awesome she was during our service. We would definitely go there again for the same deal.
