Food was great. The Pancakes and French toast were well presented and very delicious. The latte was the perfect temp and tasted good. (I do wish this location offered flavored lattes such as caramel or vanilla.)

The pancakes, eggs, and greek sausage were all to die for.We came back to try the French toast but it wasnt as good as the pancakes but still delicious xD.The coffee was alright but wish they served it in a mug instead of a glass cup so it wouldnt be so hot to touch and get so cold fast (this might be my ignorance if this is a certain culinary style but not my favorite). The first time we were able to order a side of 2 eggs but the second time they told me they were trying to move away from that and sell more set menu items so next time it would be more expensive and come with the toast. Not the biggest deal but feels unnecessary. All said and done probably one of my favorite breakfast places, would definitely come back, and wish they offered breakfast all day every day instead of just for Christmas week!

Found this little gem by one of our friend recommendation as it reminded us of the little cafe style culture back in Sydney and Melbourne . To our satisfaction it was one of the best cafes visited in the recent times especially cappuccino , smashed avocado and one of the most satisfying dish was Shakshuka.Hot chocolate wasn’t that great but was just okay . Apart from that everything was great .

  • Review 4 (2024-11-14 - Rating: 5)

Really great experience, most definitely THE BEST COFFEE I have ever had. I kept telling my sister: “I can’t believe this is just espresso with some almond milk.” I mean they really nailed it, the baristas are skilled and the coffee is definitely dialed in to perfection. Julie, our server, took care of us and did a really great job, ensuring our order was made to perfection. I had the salmon rosti - really delicious. And my sister had the eggs + multi grain toast and a side of avocado. We will definitely be back! If you want a delicious, balanced breakfast and AMAZING coffee, this is the place. Thank you!!!!

Had a quick lunch at Little Collins. Their breakfast burrito is so good as well.Cant wait to try other dishes as well!

  • Review 6 (2024-07-23 - Rating: 5)

We had breakfast here on our trip to NYC. We had Sweet Uncle Fred and the Salmon Rosti. Both dishes were awesome - little on the extraordinary side. Definitely a mix up from your regular bagel or scrambled egg.The coffee was so tasty as well. Service is friendly, quick (even during rush hour) and helpful.Definitely a recommendation when you are in NYC!

  • Review 7 (2024-11-01 - Rating: 5)

Great breakfast food (we tried the benny and The Big Dill - both delish), good coffee, fun cocktails (especially Little Collins). Will definitely be back to try other options!UPD: BLAT is huge and yummy, steak quesadilla juicy and flavorful. Would be great if the had the “breakfast all day” option on weekdays as well as weekends though

  • Review 8 (2024-12-18 - Rating: 5)

The breakfast here was absolutely one of the best I’ve had! We tried the pancakes, which were incredibly delicious, and the green omelette and Mary’s Mushrooms—both were not only packed with flavor but also beautifully presented. I also ordered an iced latte, which was good, but the portion size in the cup felt a bit small—probably not ideal for hardcore iced latte lovers! Overall, a fantastic breakfast spot with great food and attention to detail.

  • Review 9 (2024-01-09 - Rating: 5)

Super unique spot we went to for breakfast. Delicious options between the banana bread, French toast, pancakes and burrito. Loved the menu options and the personal coffee pots. Staff was very accommodating to fit our relatively larger party in a small, vibrant, modern space. Would highly recommend!

  • Review 10 (2024-09-01 - Rating: 5)

Little Collins continues to be one of my favorite breakfast spots in NYC. I make it a point to come everytime I am in town and am never disappointed. Yesterday, the blueberry scone was a perfect combination of tart and sweet. And holy $&@! The Holy Shishito scramble was perfection. Only negative to report: I brought the whole fam this time and the wait for a party of four on a holiday weekend was intense… but worth it!

  • Review 11 (2024-08-15 - Rating: 5)

Cool Aussie/Kiwi owned Cafe, I can’t believe this isn’t the no.1 suggested place by google maps. Brittany (Aussie) was a great server and great to chat to. Food is banging and they do an amazing cold brew. Cool music (jazz) playing in the background to give a great atmosphere. The Baked Banana Bread is a must try.

  • Review 12 (2024-06-23 - Rating: 5)

During our family vacation in Manhattan, we decided to have breakfast at Little Collins. When we arrived around 10:45 AM on a Sunday, the place was bustling. We were informed there would be an hour-long wait, but we chose to stay, intrigued by the lively atmosphere. To pass the time, we walked around the area and explored the nearby shops.Jason, the host, assured us he would call 15 minutes before a table became available. However, we never received his call, so we returned to the restaurant after the hour had passed. By then, Jason was on his break, and we spoke with Olivia instead. We explained the situation, and she graciously prioritized our seating.Once seated, we were attended by our server Merriane, who was extremely nice and helpful. We ordered breakfast, and it turned out to be one of the most delightful dining experiences of our trip. The food was exceptional, especially the Eggs Benny, Holy Shishito, and Mary’s Mushrooms. The Flat White was also excellent! Despite the wait time, I highly recommend Little Collins for a wonderful breakfast in Manhattan.

  • Review 13 (2023-04-18 - Rating: 4)

It’s a tasty cafe, perfect for a quick bite to eat if you have to head to the office. Staff is beyond phenomenal!Coffee is a little weak, even though I ordered a quad latte and not as smooth as I thought I’d be based on reviews. The smash toast was delicious! It hit the spot nicely. Highly recommend. The Shakshuka eggs, which were eggs in a casserole with tomato sauce and middle eastern spices with pita bread on the side, had too many condiments that the sauce tasted like all and nothing at the same time.

  • Review 14 (2024-11-28 - Rating: 5)

We went out for breakfast and had to wait 30 minutes, but it was well worth it. The staff were incredibly friendly. We ordered pancakes, a burrito, and a side of fries, and everything was absolutely delicious! I was initially unsure about the broccoli in the burrito, but it turned out to be surprisingly tasty!

  • Review 15 (2024-12-02 - Rating: 5)

A bright and lively spot for an incredible breakfast whether you have time to sit and enjoy a stack of pancakes or grab a banana bread to go!

  • Review 16 (2024-11-17 - Rating: 5)

I bought a Flat White and it was deliciously smooth. It was served at an appropriate temperature for immediate consumption (not scorching hot) in a mini to-go cup. I also got a blueberry scone that was more on the sweeter side, but bursting with blueberries. Service was great, too! This is a bustling place on a Saturday morning.

  • Review 17 (2024-04-14 - Rating: 5)

Was so impressed with the whole experience. We stopped in for breakfast had a short wait for a table *only 2 of us. We were able to order our drinks before being seated. The coffee and food were delicious. The restaurant seemed to work like a well oiled machine it is a tiny space packed with people, yet everyone working there was friendly, helpful and doing a great job.

  • Review 18 (2024-10-15 - Rating: 5)

Amazing food and friendly staff. Worth the wait if you need to queue. Came here a couple of times on my visit.

  • Review 19 (2024-11-18 - Rating: 5)

One of my favorite breakfast spots in the city! Great coffee, and my favorite Eggs Benedict.

  • Review 20 (2023-11-22 - Rating: 5)

A really wonderful spot for brunch and breakfast If there are only two of you. It is crowded and chaotic.I found the front desk individual cold and a bit dismissive that it wasn’t clear where to stand or to give a name (the check in is quite inset from the entrance. And with crowds it doesn’t seem clear)But once we sat we had a wonderful server who was kind, funny, and helped us choose the best items on the menu. The food was delicious and they didn’t rush us - what more can we want?

  • Review 21 (2024-05-24 - Rating: 5)

Love this place! Absolutely delicious breakfast and coffee options- we had the buttermilk pancakes, banana bread, and avocado bread everything was just perfect! Always packed with people so recommend to get there early! Loved how there’s both savory and sweet breakfast options and everything was made fresh

  • Review 22 (2023-02-12 - Rating: 5)

Cute breakfast/coffee place! Their take on avocado toast is a bit different than the traditional but was delicious. The orange juice also tastes fresh squeezed (not sure if it was). Sitting by the windows gives you a nice little view! Overall a great experience!

  • Review 23 (2023-03-31 - Rating: 4)

We enjoyed our breakfast here. The server was kind and attentive. The food was really well done - my husband really enjoyed his chorizo burrito. We share the ricotta banana bread, and my eggs benedict were good, although just slightly undercooked for my likingI really enjoyed my latte. We were able to be seated without a reservation, but it would probably save you a bit of a wait if you had one. They were quite busy. So many menu items that sounded delish.

  • Review 24 (2022-07-30 - Rating: 4)

Upscale breakfast , with small selection of items . More options on weekends . The menu was a bit misleading and complicated but when the food arrived, it was very simple . The sides of baby potatoes were delicious and so was the homemade mayonnaise. The broccoli egg burrito was very good as well as the omelette. The pancake looked much better than its taste . The actual pancake was dry and spongy . The coffee was good and the ice tea a bit bland . The decor is minimalist and clean and the service was polite . We waited 25 min but it was worth it .

  • Review 25 (2024-11-09 - Rating: 5)

Delicious coffee shop ☕️ and the staff is so kind! Can’t wait to come back for brunch

  • Review 26 (2024-04-08 - Rating: 5)

Beyond amazing coffee, good food. Convenient location. A bit busy so you might have to wait around during peak for a table to free up. No extra space for bags etc.

  • Review 27 (2024-01-06 - Rating: 5)

Everything here was phenomenal. My son is a picky eater and he cleaned his plate. He is still talking about his meal here. He plans to go back to NY just to come back and eat here again. We are from AZ..and hes willing to travel just to eat here again..yeah, its that good!!!

  • Review 28 (2024-07-24 - Rating: 5)

Dropped in for a quick breakfast. Expected the coffee to be amazing, and the food, but the service was really exceptional. Staff here actually care and do an amazing job.

  • Review 29 (2023-09-25 - Rating: 4)

The food was okay. Nothing spectacular. However, great service from the waiting staff. The hot chocolate and chai latte we ordered was not really warm. Given the cold weather and rain we wanted a hot drink but came in a lower temperature.Good ambience for a nice breakfast

  • Review 30 (2023-10-31 - Rating: 5)

It was crowded, but I got through the short line quickly and managed to get a seat. The service was excellent, quick and friendly. The restaurant was clean and well organized. The coffee was great. I had the Gyro and although it wasn’t a traditional gyro it was delicious. I highly recommend.Paul

  • Review 31 (2023-08-16 - Rating: 5)

One of the best brunch I ve ever eaten. You should try the eggs Benedict/Benny (ask for extra menu-brunch special) with cured in house salmon. It was also great the green eggs and damn omelette.

  • Review 32 (2024-05-19 - Rating: 5)

Good cafe. They have food and coffee. Seating area are available. I got pour over which made by machine and taste good. Credit card are accepted. Restroom available for customer. Staffs are nice and helpful. Good to stop by have some coffee.

If you are debating on going to Little Collins just do it! Such a great atmosphere and their coffee & food options were delicious! highly recommend. I got a dirty iced chia & the smash and it was yummy!

  • Review 34 (2024-06-30 - Rating: 4)

Amber served us. She’s so nice and helpful. Pancake was amazing. Shukshuka was fine, needed more salt. Thank you Amber :)

  • Review 35 (2022-11-02 - Rating: 5)

Easily one of the finest breakfast places, this place is usually packed in the mornings! Standing in the line not for too long gives you the time to finalize what you want to relish from their dining options! We picked the spinach omelette, eggs Benedict with bacon, a custard, a croissant and one of their very popular pour over coffee Sharbo Maro! A must try if you like a little flavor in your black coffee! And if you still have space left, do order their waffles, it looked amazing but we were too satiated with our food to order more!

  • Review 36 (2023-05-21 - Rating: 4)

It was a ridiculous time to wait for both to go for coffee and also for seating. We ordered French toast, pancake and benedict with a side of bacon and fries.🍓 The French toast is exciting and creative, yet because there are too many ideas, you don’t get one perfect bite. It’s still a good french toast, but because of so many components, it’s a little lost. I don’t get any of the crunchiness from that cereal. Pricey, but comparing some other places, it’s better to price product value.🥞 Pancakes are delicious, as they should be. I like the fresh cream and toasted hazelnuts.🍳Eggs Benedict was ok. One of the eggs was runny, which I hate when don’t cook the eggs long enough.🥓Side of bacon was perfect, a little salty. Some places bring you three pieces of bacon for $5, which I hate. They bring plenty of bacon, 6-7 pieces, for $6. Good value. The fries were very mediocre and over price for 🍟$9.

  • Review 37 (2023-11-01 - Rating: 4)

My friend recommended this place to me. I visited around 11 am, and the restaurant was packed. There was no table for two, so we sit at the window. The food is delicious. We ordered pancakes and a chicken sandwich, both dishes tasted great. The service is just ok, there was no additional service other than bringing the food.

  • Review 38 (2023-10-12 - Rating: 5)

I came here looking for the best eggs benedict in NYC. I noticed a few other people looking at the entrance as though it was their first time. I sat down next to a professional in nyc for diplomacy and had an excellent chat (front window seating). The food all looked excellent, the eggs benny did not disappoint. I hear the coffee is great too. Australian owned, apparently. Great service. Will return, highly recommend checking out once, at least. Wasn’t a fan of the potatoes, to be honest. Might try to sub them out next time (you can see in the pic)

  • Review 39 (2024-07-31 - Rating: 5)

Avocado toast - best ever had! Friendly service, too! I see why people wait in line! Delicious!

  • Review 40 (2023-10-19 - Rating: 5)

What can I say about this cafe that hasnt already been said by others? The food and service is impeccable and the quality of their ingredients, presentation and flavour of said food is fantastic. We visited firstly on a late afternoon and I had their fried chicken burger which was cooked to perfection and their fries reminded me of Belgian frites with their delightful seasoning and crispness. The second visit we got in for breakfast and I had their buttermilk pancakes. Divine!! Pecans, honeycomb, strawberries, cream and maple syrup over the lightest, softest pancakes.Their coffee is lovely, very smooth and they sell cute mugs and pin badges of their cheeky character. On the evening I had myself a whiskey sour cocktail and it was amazing and so well made! The staff are brilliant too, so attentive, and polite.Tldr? Just go here for breakfast and thank me later! Then go for food later and thank me again! It can get very busy though which is testament to their popularity.

  • Review 41 (2024-07-09 - Rating: 4)

Very good service. Very good coffee. Shakshukla was good as well. Couldev been a little better. Overall recommend

  • Review 42 (2022-11-09 - Rating: 4)

Went here for the eggs ben but it’s only available on the weekends, so we tried their pancake and green egg, nothing so special with the buttermilk pancake except that they plate it nicely but i like the spinach omelet. The food were a little pricey for the portion. Busy and loud atmosphere. The food presentation and interior was great. Their coffee was okay.Service 4/5Food 4/5

  • Review 43 (2024-04-12 - Rating: 5)

Great place! We got breakfast here and it was so good. The service is really nice as well. The atmosphere here is also very pleasant, just right for eating. Though I recommend coming here as early as possible, because by 09:30 there was already a huge line at the door. Overall, I really enjoyed my breakfast here and definitely recommend Little Collins

  • Review 44 (2023-05-05 - Rating: 5)

I ordered take out from Little Collins a couple of times and it wasn’t the best.decided to try in person and it’s completely different. Food there was so much better. Lattes are lattes, still very good but food is much better at the restaurant. For coffee I recommend the honey oat latte, it’s super creamy and smooth, not artificial sweet and with good coffee quality. From everything I’ve had there, the Shishito toast and the Shakshuka have been the best I’ve had so far. The eggs are perfectly cooked and the bread is nice and crispy but yet soft. It is towards the expense side, especially for these types of meals. But if you are willing to splurge on brunch then this places is fine. It’s a great place to enjoy a simple meal

  • Review 45 (2024-09-13 - Rating: 5)

This was one of the best coffees i ever had! Loved everything.

  • Review 46 (2023-01-12 - Rating: 5)

This was my favorite restaurant in New York. For the food you get, the prices are more than reasonable. I had the strawberry pancakes and they were so good. My mom got the French toast and loved it. I would go out of my way to eat here again on a trip to New York.

  • Review 47 (2022-10-19 - Rating: 5)

Brunch here was 10/10 really loved the window seat & all the menu options! Very different choices and loved everything we had. Especially the coffee! The “green eggs & damn!” was definitely missing something though

  • Review 48 (2023-08-12 - Rating: 5)

Very cute spot for brunch! Food was very creative and beautiful, and ingredients were so flavorful and unique. Loved the lattes too! Would recommend both the French toast and the avocado toast.

  • Review 49 (2024-04-20 - Rating: 4)

Great place for delicious brunch. A bit small portions but I tried the big dill and was very delicious. I didn’t like their coffee taste but OK was perfect!

  • Review 50 (2024-09-04 - Rating: 5)

This is one of our go to breakfast places in NYC. They are always pretty busy because their food is top notch. We havent had a single bad thing (or even average), and we have tried a good bit of the menu. The staff is pleasant and their coffee is good too. I cant recommend highly enough!

  • Review 51 (2024-08-18 - Rating: 5)

Delicious brunch at Little Collins in NYC! This charming spot served up a truly exceptional Eggs Benedict - the poached eggs were perfectly cooked, the hollandaise sauce was rich and tangy, and the English muffins were toasted to a golden brown. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, with friendly service to match. The menu offered a range of creative options, but the classic dishes were executed flawlessly. If youre a brunch lover like me, add Little Collins to your must-try list. Cant wait to come back and try more of their tasty dishes!

  • Review 52 (2022-06-02 - Rating: 5)

This is the 2nd time coming here and Im never disappointed. The proof shows also with the long line both times for this place. I got their special for the weekend -- eggs Benny with smoked salmon and oat milk latte. They are fast, clean and awesome. This is becoming my go to place when in the city.

  • Review 53 (2022-05-27 - Rating: 5)

We had delicious breakfast with decent porrtion. The Big Dill menu was exceptionally good. We had cappuccino and flat white. Both were nice.Would love to comeback someday.

  • Review 54 (2022-03-14 - Rating: 5)

Adorable brunch/lunch spot. I’ve been meaning to stop by since they relocated from midtown. The pancakes with caramelized sugar/strawberries/bananas to die for (light & fluffy), Avocado Smash is hearty on a thick cut of toast but didn’t stand out flavor wise. Lemon poppy muffin was yummy, would have been better served toasted. The hot chocolate & pour over coffee was amazing. No reservations. Long wait times during peak lunch hours but you seem to be able to order coffee while you wait. Very reasonably priced

  • Review 55 (2022-11-13 - Rating: 4)

A line out of the door, the smell of caramelized sugar + vanilla + coffee, and the mouthwatering snapworthy brunch food - welcome to Little Collins, one of the most popular trendy Aussie cafes in NY.If the line sounds scary, how about grabbing a quick flat white and a delicious pastry, like a double baked Pistachio stuffed croissant or a Rose Guava cheese Scone in 2 mins?Whatever you chose, this place is definitely worth a visit. Bit pricey overall but It has some great brunch options to please everyone - so much so that even if youre full, itll make you hungry all over again!Really liked the buttermilk pancakes with topped with a dollop of cream, maple, bananas & strawberries - just hit the spot! The schnitzel sandwich with hummus & Sriracha was so-so, more on the dry side. It would have tasted much better with a garlic herby aioli instead.Their coffee is also lovely & definitely elevates the experience.Be prepared to wait as they dont take reservations - its quite brutal to wait in line while you see people inside dig into their appetizing plates, but oh well!

  • Review 56 (2024-03-03 - Rating: 5)

Amazing avocado toast and french toast. Fresh OJ is a must! Staff was very friendly and inviting as well. Although there was a wait we were seated and served very quickly.

  • Review 57 (2021-10-14 - Rating: 5)

Obsessed with the scones and cappuccino! Shishito scrambled egg on sourdough is also so delicious! Love this place, even though I have to go out of my way to make a trip here. But when that scone is on my mind, wild horses couldn’t stop me from coming here.

  • Review 58 (2024-12-27 - Rating: 4)

Unfortunately the food has become too Americanised. A lot of bacon, fried chicken, burritos, quesadillas and guacamole on the menu. Please bring back more veggie/Australian forward food like the corn fritters.

  • Review 59 (2024-12-13 - Rating: 5)

A bustling but cozy spot for breakfast. Its a small tight space, so best for parties of 2-4. Service was attentive and efficient. The place was packed when we arrived on a rainy weekday morning, but our party of 3 was accommodated within 10 minutes, and our order came out quickly. The coffee drinks were excellent, and breakfast portions were huge and tasty.

  • Review 60 (2024-12-24 - Rating: 5)

  • Review 63 (2024-10-03 - Rating: 4)

Overall everything was fine. Nothing special but nothing bad. Very crowded but service is very fast which can be good on a workday. Marinated mushrooms were my favorite bite. Great addition to breakfast.

  • Review 65 (2022-10-10 - Rating: 5)

This is one of my top brunch spots in the city. The coffee here is great! They offer special roasts which are just incredible. The brunch menu has many vegetarian options and the food is consistently amazing too. The only downside is that the wait times are getting longer everytime we visit. But if you come after 3pm you can find many spots.

  • Review 66 (2023-02-27 - Rating: 5)

Went there for brunch on Sunday. It was really packed but worth waiting. Good quality menus. Yogurt pana cotta was delicious! Must order ….

  • Review 67 (2024-04-19 - Rating: 5)

  • Review 68 (2018-09-22 - Rating: 5)

Walked by this shop and noticed a lot of traffic and went inside to try. First of all, it is sun-fried, washed, all natural process. Very different from roasted coffee, taste very smooth! Had a similar coffee tasting experience at Houndstooth Coffee in Austin.Overall, fantastic coffee with higher price tag ($5 for a latte)

  • Review 69 (2022-04-25 - Rating: 5)

Very delicious breakfast and one of my top recommendations in NYC. Besides the great food I also like the atmosphere. It’s not a hipster cafe but instead the guests are completely mixed. You see blue collar and white collar workers enjoying their food. If you‘re a tourist I‘d recommend a time slot after 9am, because earlier it’s more crowded by people enjoying their breakfast before work.

  • Review 70 (2024-11-12 - Rating: 5)

Had a wonderful experience here! The ambiance is cozy, and the service is friendly and attentive. We tried the green omelette, which was perfectly seasoned and deliciously fresh. The Marry’s Mushroom was a delightful surprise with a rich and savory flavor, and the Sweet Uncle Fred banana bread was the perfect sweet finish—warm, soft, and full of flavor. Highly recommend this spot for a relaxing meal with unique and tasty dishes!

  • Review 71 (2024-08-13 - Rating: 5)

Absolutely the best breakfast in New York.Bordering on breaky fine dining we came here every day we was there.Food is delicious and lovely coffee.Staff polite, attentive and professional especially Jason.Best to arrive at opening time on Saturdays as becomes very busy quickly.

  • Review 72 (2023-02-09 - Rating: 4)

Great food! The whip on the pancakes is like a refreshing ice cream, the fried potatoes are crispy & delicious, and the mushrooms are super delicious & well seasoned also. Blueberry & maple pecan scones are perfectly crusty & tasty. Service can be a little slow, BUT it seems to be because they get very busy & everyone is actively working. Would absolutely return!

  • Review 73 (2023-09-17 - Rating: 5)

One of my favorite avocado toasts in Manhattan. The Smash & Holy Shishito were great. Also the coffee. Great service. There is a wait line.

  • Review 74 (2024-11-03 - Rating: 5)

Ive gone here twice now since being in NYC and got the eggs Benedict and a cappuccino and it was the best dish Ive ever had breakfast wise, its a very busy location but worth the wait!

  • Review 75 (2023-08-13 - Rating: 5)

The service was excellent, I wish I got our server’s name (had a red owl tattoo) because by far the best service we had in the city all weekend. The food was absolutely incredible. Three of us shared Le French roast, Holy Shishito, and the corn fritter special. We also had iced dirty chai lattes with oat milk. I would 100% recommend coming here for brunch, even if there’s a wait, it’s worth it!

We shared a breakfast burrito and the pancakes and we loved them both! Decaf coffee was also great.. I almost had lost faith in finding good tasting decaf!

  • Review 78 (2022-10-03 - Rating: 4)

Food was great and quite filling. The line for the restaurant was really long it was crazy!! We got it to go and didn’t have to wait more than 15 minutes. Had great coffee here as well

Went only for coffee as it was near our hotel. Among us, we got a latte, cappuccino, and a dirty chai. Everything was very super solid. Excellent coffee ☕and great atmosphere. There was a long, thin table for those of us who were just having coffee

Charming place to meet friends for coffee or a light meal near Grand Central. Staff was attentive but not intrusive. Coffee and salads were tasty.

  • Review 83 (2024-09-29 - Rating: 5)

This is hands down the best brunch spot in town! Absolutely incredible service, the food is exquisite (literally the entire menu) and the founder is frequently around which demonstrates his commitment to excellence. Have been there a 1,000+ times and will be another 5k if not more! P.S. don’t sleep on desserts, French toast is the one to die for

  • Review 84 (2023-02-12 - Rating: 4)

Nice place for breakfast. A bit expensive, we spent 40 dollars each. The qualitys good. During the week theres no queue, avoid the weekends.

  • Review 85 (2019-09-15 - Rating: 4)

The Smash is the BEST for sure, but I wished the Service would be a bit down to earth, they act like if they own the Store. The latte def a good one but $5 for a large size looks more like a small but all good. The PICK ME UP is not worth it, it should be called DONT pick me up, no taste at all, you get a slightly taste of tabasco, no salt taste, its not worth it for the Price, I am pretty sure everyone could do it better at home. The only reason to come back to this loaction would be to get THE SMASH, great taste and super filling, def a must.

  • Review 86 (2019-04-05 - Rating: 5)

A nice little gem next to our residence. The staff are very nice and take their time with you while you figure out the menu, which has a few options, which makes it more enticing to try them all :-) from the coffee to the oats, really great flavors. It’s full of potential and hopefully they keep the quality the same. Will continue to try the menu and experience something new, which I’m sure they will keep changing.

Great Australian coffeeshop, awesome brunch, always busy and might need a bit of wait to get seated. Chorizo baked egg is my favorite

  • Review 88 (2023-01-11 - Rating: 4)

Decent coffee with pretty latte art on oat (!) flat white. Staff is pretty nice, except for the person behind the counter. The place was quite busy and lively around noon.

  • Review 89 (2024-10-03 - Rating: 4)

Its a nice place, but its always crowded with a long wait. The food is good, and I liked the presentation. 👍

  • Review 90 (2022-06-13 - Rating: 5)

The pancakes were incredible! I can understand how there is a queue here and you should expect to wait to sit down and for there to be slow service. But its worth it for those pancakes. The hot chocolate was also one of the best Ive ever had, so creamy with a beautiful froth pattern, same goes for the latte. If you have time to wait I would recommend it.

  • Review 91 (2021-02-11 - Rating: 5)

Little Collins has one of my favorite breakfast/brunch options in NYC! I wish their location was bigger so you could actually sit down peacefully. Usually it’s very crowded and loud.Still worth it, it’s so so good!!

Had brunch with a friend - we both had coffees, Eggs Benedict, and Gyro Halleumi. The food was good, decently priced, and good service. It was a bit busy when we went but we didnt have to wait too long nor were we rushed to leave.

  • Review 94 (2024-09-29 - Rating: 5)

Super busy brunch place with great coffee, food and excellent service.

  • Review 95 (2023-11-18 - Rating: 5)

I was surprised how backed place was for breakfast, I had the Big Dill sandwich, it was really well made and tasty. Oat milk lake was perfect, service can be a little bit rushed, what didn’t change the quality of the food served! Going back to try other options. Photo shows only half of the sandwich ;)

Normally we write long reviews of cafes and restaurants but this one is short since were pretty sure we reviewed the Melbourne sister Cafe. Anyway its the best coffee youll find in the USA. Bold claim but this is because little Collins is an Australian export and Australia knows its coffee.Theres also a tasty menu of pastries and food including the current Australian trend of smashed avo.The prices are good and the only downside is the venue is small, well worth waiting for a seat though.

  • Review 97 (2017-10-18 - Rating: 5)

One of the best coffee I had in town. This is a third wave coffee shop, so you can find light roast bean... and this is pretty good!!And the food is excellent!!!!!Thanks a lot for this good moment!!!

  • Review 98 (2022-01-29 - Rating: 4)

Cute little cafe/eatery. Food was tasty and the coffee was freshly made. I enjoyed the open bar/ barista concept. It was interesting to see the workers make the coffee and the latte art.I found the place to be on the pricier side.Service was mediocre - had to ask two workers to check on my coffee order. I wasn’t impressed with my pour over coffee coming near the end of my meal while my partner drank his coffee alone…

  • Review 99 (2023-02-17 - Rating: 5)

Great little cafe for breakfast and amazing coffee! Had an hour to kill before a flight and this place was well worth the visit! Loved seeing vegemite on toast on the menu!

  • Review 100 (2021-08-17 - Rating: 5)

Although it’s delicious, don’t stop just at the avocado toast… I had the basil-spinach-feta omelet and it was amazing. Can’t wait to try the big dill or chorizo baked eggs. Also NOTE- there are 2 locations, the one off of 3rd/44-45th has more seating. The photos in Google maps are a bit mixed up with the 51st location. See below for the right representation

  • Review 101 (2021-11-24 - Rating: 5)

Legendary place with great ambiance and delicious food. It gets really busy on weekends. One of the best overnight burcher musli Ive ever had. Very scrupulous about the vaccination requirement which is a big plus.

  • Review 102 (2023-04-11 - Rating: 5)

Breakfast in Midtown doesnt get any better than Little Collins. We went three days in a row once we had discovered it. Our waitress was so friendly and attentive, despite it being busy, we didnt get her name but she was studying Mental Health and was from Queens. The food is great if you like coffee, French toast, pancakes, eggs and Avo on toast. Were going to keep coming back here.

  • Review 103 (2021-10-17 - Rating: 5)

Wow! These pancakes were Heavenly! If the presentation looks presentable, the taste is off the charts amazing! So good!Everyone is super helpful and friendly, but be prepared to wait a little if you dine inside. We waited 15-20 min for brunch on a Sunday morning.

The Holy Shishito was delicious and had a nice mild spice. The latte with oat milk was perfect! The ambience was comfortable yet chic and modern. If you get there early enough, you can find a seat. We were able to get a table for two at 9:30AM on a Saturday morning with no wait time, but by the time we got our food a line had started to form outside.

The gem that is little Collins is extraordinary. The small quaint little establishment does not seem like much when you see it from the outside. However, once you open those doors it was lovey explosion of culture. The service was outstanding, and everyone was friendly. The food was amazing as wellIt is an amazing place to get a quick small bite. Will definitely return.

  • Review 113 (2023-07-23 - Rating: 5)

The food was really good. Get the pancakes. Ingredients was fresh even the crème brûlée whip cream. The bread on the smoked salmon dish was a bit tough though but still everything was a 10/10.It was a 30 min wait on a Saturday at 1pm but we got seated in 5 mins. The little cookie that comes with the tea/chai latte so cute & delicious. The presentation was on point! The service was a 9.8/10. We were waiting for our check but you have to pay at the front after. Will return!

A very busy coffee shop with amazing coffee! I visited NYC for 12 days and a had coffee here almost every second day! The place is always busy, yet the quality of their coffee stays the same, doesnt matter how busy they are. If you are an Aussie or Kiwi visiting NY like me, this is the place for a great cup of proper barista coffee, just like home 😉

  • Review 115 (2024-08-02 - Rating: 5)

During our stay in New York, we had the pleasure of having breakfast at this delightful spot. The quality of the food is excellent, with a wide selection of fresh and tasty dishes. A special thanks to the staff, always friendly and attentive, and a special tanks to Justin who made the experience even more enjoyable. We cant wait to return!

  • Review 116 (2016-10-28 - Rating: 5)

This place is a godsend for anyone looking for good coffee in the area. The Australian cafe offers a great cup of joe (as it should, the Aussies know their coffee) as well as some basic Australian quick fare. Seating is at a premium, there are only a handful of seats in the tiny space. So if you manage to snag a spot, make the most if it: the Avocado Toast is solid, but give the Spanish Omelet a try - you wont regret it.

  • Review 117 (2022-12-20 - Rating: 4)

10/10 recommend the chorizo burrito! The salsa verde is not what you would think, it’s thick and creamy with lots of cilantro. The french toast is very good, you definitely need a blackberry and the frosting in every bite. The lemon poppyseed muffin is also decadent.

Little Collins its one of my favorite spots to have an espresso in NY and maybe in the world. They put all the love, dedication, and science to pull that perfect shots; I wish to live closer to get an espresso every day.I had the chance to been in coffee shops in London, Mexico, Canada, Italy, Spain, and definitely, Little Collins has a lot to offer on every single shot. The inspiration for this place comes from Melbourne, and you can feel the good vibes and get transported to another location. (Melbourne its on my places to visit in my bucket list). If you dont like espressos, you can ask for a drip coffee, latte, cappuccino; all their beverages have tons of love. My wife loves the espressos, but she has a special love for the lattes, and Little Collins is on her top tier. With that on the table, you can have an exceptional espresso shot every morning, or you can have brunch with a very Australian avocado toast and latte.Little Collins its

  • Review 136 (2024-07-30 - Rating: 5)

It’s a cafe but this is one of my favorite spots for brunch on the East side. Not a big brunch with lots of friends but for one or two it’s perfect. The food is always great! They make my favorite avo toast in the city - with pepitas to give it some crunch and just a touch of chile for heat. The banana bread with berries and cream is awesome as well as is their shishito pepper egg toast. And this being an Australian place, they know good coffee so you’re covered there as well. It can get a little hectic on weekends but it’s definitely worth it.

We went here twice for breakfast, only a short wait each time and the staff are very nice and make sure you’re sat as soon as possible. French toast, pancakes and the burrito all went down very well, the coffee comes in these cool individual cafeterias to keep the second cup full warm. I’d definitely say to wait for a table if you have to.

  • Review 149 (2024-02-21 - Rating: 4)

New York City being what it is, space is at a premium. When a restaurant is good and gets a lot of traffic, you can feel those space limitations. But despite that, the food here was great! We went on a Sunday morning, but despite the early hour business was brisk and there was a little bit of a wait. We were not disappointed when we got our food however. They did a great job! We had a B.L.A.T. and the Creme Brulee French toast. Id be happy to recommend Little Collins to anybody coming to the city and looking to catch a breakfast.

You know you’ve found a great place to eat when no one minds waiting to be seated. Definitely worth the wait! You can tell everyone is happy to work there, great team work, great customer service, never felt rushed. THE best chai latte I’ve ever had. The Holy Shishito sets the bar high for how brunch should taste, the best eggs. Went with my dad and he was very happy with his beverages and food and said, “it will be hard to top brunch this morning”.

  • Review 162 (2024-07-04 - Rating: 4)

Very busy in the morning and quite a long wait if you came just for take out coffee. But the ambiance is nice and lively, their avocado toast is the best ever. Too bad they dont have their oatmeal cookies anymore, they were the most delicious I had in my life.Updt: came back during lunch time when it is less busy - still took a while to get my cappuccino. The oatmeal cookie was modified vs how I remember the original, a bit too sweet. But great texture.

We just went today for Brunch and loved it.Will & Gonzalez were top notch employees! From checknin to check out...we enjoyed. 💝 Best fresh squeezed OJ...the Pancakes were delicious with the vanilla bean whipped cream was best I ever had! So much Avocado on the smash..worth the $. Flavors balanced w the feta and chili in it. 😍 and best truffle thick fries! 🤤 1st time here but definitely not the last! Will bring more friends since it is not a few walk from where I live. Might even be back for some cauliflower soup and veggie/salmon salad I was eyeing on menu for an early dinner.I cant have the French toast because its literally soaked in egg with my allergy but I really wanted to try a slice because either havent found a good one except in Florida 🤣 but they wont serve it unless it is french toast. I just got out of hospital and was with family so it was a great meal. Will be back.3 of us spent about $100. 2 oj, 1 coffee, butrermilk pancakes, fried shrimp sandwich, truffle fries, avocado smash. Everything was so good. Google isnt allowing me to add photos at the moment?

Great coffee.Little Collins is named after the coffee street in Australia. I smell sunshine!Taste: fruity, you can for sure get a taste of the beans given they were sun-dried. Personally, I am a fan or sun-dried beans instead of roasted which brings out the smokiness. They also sell coffee beans at the shop, beans were home grown in California (also sunshine :)) migrated from Ethiopia originally.Coffee cups were so cute (see picture below). Flat white only has one small size, given the nature of the drink with less milk than a latte! For drinks outside of flat white and espresso, you can order small and large sizes. The shop is small, but cozy. They serve food as well.

Food and coffee did not disappoint, well worth the extra few dollars.Pancakes were light and fluffy and the toppings full of flavour. French toast was perfection.4 stars as whilst the food and coffee was great, it seems they didnt putnour original order through so had to reorder 20 minutes later. Others around us seemed to get food quite quickly so think we were just unlucky.

Me and my pastor both ordered flat white and they were so delicious. We ordered them to go, but the young Asian waitress with glasses and short hairsuggested her assistance with the menu, she was so sweet and nice. With this kind of assistance we would stay and spend more time but we were in rush. I don’t know her name but please take care of this kind of worker, she was so sweet and welcoming. Great place, I’ll definitely come back to try some food and meet your nice waitress.

I was here with a friend on December 7th and had a great experience. The breakfast burrito was beautiful. It was refreshing to see how comfortably and buoyantly the staff operated in such a busy cafe. Well done all! Very easy 5 stars.

Great coffee. Unfortunately, asked to go but was made to dine in. Really expensive for a dish you can make at home.

Sweetest cashier, cutest place, wildly busy/30 min wait for a table at 10am on a Monday morning. Just opted for a black drip coffee to go, it was delicious 🥹

Could not recommend this hire. The food is extraordinary. The coffees are proper Australian coffees and the staff is friendly, kind and considerate. It is worth going here

Great breakfast place, too busy though so expect a wait time for dine-in but definitely worth it. One of the best coffee places in NYC.
