    Nice experience. I ordered the carbonara, which was absolutely delicious—rich and perfectly cooked. We sat on the roof, enjoying a stunning view that made the evening even more special. For appetizers, we tried a meat platter that I forgot the name of- consisted of an interesting whipped sweet cheese with meat that was a delightful surprise. Highly recommend!

    “It was my first time visiting this restaurant, and I had dinner and cocktails on the rooftop. The bartender, Ramiro, was very kind, introducing the dishes and drinks, which made for a really great time. The atmosphere, music, and service were perfect, and I’m so glad I found this place.     I was being told by my husband who stays in hotel fredrick on his official trips, that it’s one of the best Italian restaurants in NYC.I personally would say it’s good enough but won’t rate it as one of the best Italian I have eaten.I had ordered bruschetta, ravioli and pizza.Ravioli was average & not quite upto the mark for me in taste & flavours.The decor and ambience is inviting and staff is cordial.Its good enough option , but to call it as one of the best I need to try few more options maybe

    Accidentally found this fabulous place. We needed something good for lunch. I had no clue where we were going. I just liked the setup of the tables at the terrace.Finally it was quickly proven that this is a top Italian restaurant.Caprese was fabulous. Even the bred and the home made like olive oil was fantastic.Since we stopped for lunch my wife had a spaghetti carbonara and I had the lobster spaghetti. I wanted to try a Sauvignon Blanc with the pasta but the sommelier recommended sg. that I was not familiar with but definitely suited my dish.Tiramisu is a must try.All dishes were fabulous, wine was excellent, service was professional. What else could you ask for? Perfect place, try it and you will not regret it for sure.

    I recently celebrated my birthday dinner at Serafina, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the start, the staff was incredibly accommodating and patient, even as I adjusted the number of guests several times before the big day. Their professionalism and understanding made the planning process seamless.On the night of the celebration, the service was nothing short of impeccable. Clemente, our server, went above and beyond to ensure our drinks were always topped up, and everyone had plenty to eat. His attentiveness added a special touch to the evening.As always, the food was absolutely delicious—Serafina never disappoints. The flavors, presentation, and variety made the dinner truly memorable. Thank you, Serafina, for making my birthday so special. I’ll definitely be back!Highly recommend for any occasion.

    Amazing truffle risotto! Worth the $. Other greats were the chicken parm and the orrechiette. Tiramisu is a must for dessert! Great experience with a live music for Mother’s Day. Staff was friendly and worked exceptionally well with a packed house.

    I recently had the pleasure of dining at Serafina, and it was an unforgettable experience.     We were treated like VIPs here! Had a lovely time and ordered so many wonderful things. We dined on the rooftop and it was such a lovely night to do so. Even if we had dined inside we would have been happy because we peeped the decor and every inch of this restaurant was so cool. They have a wide menu with pretty much anything you could possibly want on it, so I feel like it may be really easy to find something you like here. My sisters pasta portion was HUGE too, we kinda had a cheeky laugh over that! Overall, I loved my experience here and would def go again.

    Great dining experience and a really cozy atmosphere. We got a table at the rooftop and even though the view was quite okay I must admit that the indoor seating areas looked quite cozy too. The staff was kind and good at checking up on us, without being too much. Could definitely visit again the next time Im in New York.

    Had a pleasant experience here celebrating a friend’s birthday. The location is nice and the inside is beautifully decorated. One of the better locations I’ve found as I’ve been to the a few of the locations. The staff were friendly and attentive along with the food coming out quickly. The drinks were made strong which makes it worth the high price but the food I would say is definitely over priced which is the only reason why I deducted a star. The food is delicious but you’re really paying for the name, the location and ambiance when it comes to Serafina so you have to go into it knowing that you’re going to pay a premium for that. Other than that, we had a great time.

    Me and my friends went to this restaurant for a special occasion a few weeks ago. The food and service was very good. I ordered a pasta dish and enjoyed it thoroughly although it was quite heavy and I was able to take it home to eat later. My friend also ordered the a pizza which he liked.

    The lobster ravioli was impeccable! I used the bread to slather the rest of the bisque left on the plate, and nothing was left behind. I also had the amaretto sour! It was delicious!     If you are looking for one of the best Italian restaurants in New York City that makes the best dishes and deserts, then I highly recommend Serafina restaurant. The waiters are attentive, helpful, and provides excellent customer service. The set up of each of the tables are classic, organized, and very impressive. Moreover, the meal that I ordered was very delightful. I highly recommend the Serafina.

    Need a place to stop in and eat and this restaurant was on my wife’s to do list in New York City. Kind of off the beaten path in New York City by stock Exchange. Not a lot of people down the street kind of quiet small restaurant with lots of seating in a bar. Menu is mostly pasta with some meat apps and salads. The Wagyu beef burger, medium, rare with fries was very tasty and juicy, and made exactly how I wanted it. The calamari was semi crispy, but very tender and not tough the sauce that came with. It was noted as spicy, but it was not really spicy more like spaghetti sauce

    Awesome thin crust pizza cooked in a beautiful wood fired oven. The crust comes out perfect - crisp and not burnt, while the dough is still soft enough. Fresh basil and olives on the Margherita style. Delicious. Best appetizer is the meatballs topped with ricotta and their signature sauce. Penne alla vodka is creamy and al dente but without the excess.

    We liked Serafina a whole lot. We were guests of the hotel and went there for breakfast buffet everyday and a couple dinners. Quality and freshness were spot on. Pastas and steaks were done quickly and to perfection. The staff was friendly and accommodating to whatever we needed (we have two little ones and a big double stroller they stored for us).

    I enjoy coming here once in a while. Their pasta is always so delicious. I always get the Calamari with the tomato dipping sauce. Servers are great. Only issue is the bathroom is on the 2nd floor, not accessible. Otherwise Id definitely go back for the buratta pasta!

    We were spending a couple of night at the Frederick Hotel and were given 2 free drink tickets upon arrival. After a show on Broadway Friday evening, we made it back in time to use those tickets before heading out the next morning.We both went with espresso martinis (one made with tequila) and we decided to try the chef special appetizer (and so happy we did because it was delicious!!!)Charred octopus over house made burrata — an absolute must! Service was very attentive and overall great and we sat on the enclosed patio which had great outdoor, pretty vibe.A great ending to our NYC trip.

    Food is delicious. Tables are a little close to each other for my liking but the place is not that big so they have to make the best of the space and once you sit down and start to eat and drink you dont even notice it. There is also an outdoor covered veranda type seating area as well as upstairs seating Real jumping atmosphere upstairs and the restaurant overall gets lively. Dont like that you have to walk upstairs to the bathroom but its all good. Like I said the food is excellent! Got a leeche drink that was delicious. Thats what counts for me food and drinks and both were top notch.

    I really like this restaurant and the service has been very good each time I have gone. The appetizers are great as are the desserts. I had the salmon this past time and it too was fantastic. One slight caveat, I have always gone here with others and Italian is not my favorite so I prefer less fancy, so your mileage may vary.

    Loved this restaurant! Would definitely recommend! I had the bolognese and it was absolutely fabulous. Everything we had was amazing! The service was quick and efficient, they cleaned plates off the table quickly and we did not have to wait long for our food after we ordered. The only downside is the bathroom situation, it can get congested since there is only two bathrooms with one stall.

    I have been two times to this location and I will be going back, the food has always tasted amazing and the service and environment are outstanding and pleasant, the dished that I have ordered so far and that I recommend are the Farfalle al lemoncello (my favorite) Buffala pizza, Tagliolini al pollo and the spinach and goat cheese salad and I added salmon to this last one.

    Quite a large place. They have outdoor options, inside, and a second floor that can host a larger party; they had a company party up there when I went. There are several around the city, but the one on Broadway had excellent service, and the drinks were great - I got the Serafina Champagne cocktail. I ordered a braised rib tagliatelle from their daily special menu which was amazing! Honestly, I struggled to order because everything looked so good. Ill be back.

    I love octopus, so I was very excited to see that it was a special appetizer the evening we ate here. It was generous in size and cooked perfectly - no easy task! My spouse very much enjoyed the appetizer of toasted bread with melted parmesan and prosciutto, too. As a pasta entree, I had the bow tie pasta with shrimp. The amount of shrimp was very generous, and the pasta cooked al dente. The sauce was a little overpowering for me as far as the lemon flavor is concerned. Too much so which at least made it easier to not make a pig of myself. Spouse ordered chicken parmesan. The penne pasta served with it was cooked too al dente for him, and the chicken was flattened so much that you could not taste it past the breading, sauce and cheese. We arrived early evening for dinner and got a table immediately with quick service.

    I go to Serafina Tribeca whenever I am in the area, and I sit at the bar (downstairs or rooftop). Ive brought so many friends along because I like their service like no other place. Ramiro and Eduardo serve me at both bars and they make me feel like the best guest ever. I truly appreciate that for me and for those I bring with me. Highly recommend Serafina Tribeca for anyone.

    Great place for a big or small meal. Its a bit pricey but the quality is fantastic. Options for drinks are very good. The vibe is great. Three desserts are also very taste. We had a small issue when the Apple tart arrived without the gelato, we asked and they said it doesnt, even though it was written in the menu. They found it to be true and brought it for no charge. --- The other item was the cheese for the salad, we asked for it in the side, and they did bring it but it was literally a slice of cheese... We expected grated or something like that. They were very quick with the service and staff was friendly.

    Came here for a birthday dinner with a few friends. Standard Italian food, not necessarily high-end. We ordered drinks, pizza, pasta dishes, and the burrata. Had to ask repeatedly for bread for the table (the first time, they delivered our bread to another table who came in after we did). Nice atmosphere and clean restrooms. All in all, I would come here again but it is not my first choice Italian place in the city.

    This was the perfect setting for a work team happy hour/dinner. The decor and seating was comfortable and inviting, the menu offered options for everyone (including vegetarians and people on gluten-free diets), and the service staff was very attentive and responsive to our requests. The only downside was that the entire restaurant only had one bathroom for the bar/restaurant, so there could be a wait.

    Great cocktails and wines. The staff was friendly, the food served quickly. However Ive been here a few times and every now and then something comes up. A couple times they overdressed the salad and there were pools of dressing on parts of the plate. Another time I never got a spoon to eat my spaghetti. Additionally, when I placed an order in the morning to be ready at a certain time (which I was told would be possible) this was actually 25 minutes late with no explanation.

    This is hands down one of the best Italian food restaurants in NYC. Every dish is to die for specially their tuna tartare appetizer. The cocktails are also that of a high end restaurant so do not be shy to try while waiting for your food. The one & only complain I have is the fact that they removed one of their best dishes from their menu which was the grilled octopus. My partner & I came here at least once per month specifically for their tuna tartare & grilled octopus. Now that it is no longer on their menu we are not as excited to go eat here anymore. Please bring back the grilled octopus.

    Great location. We sat on the rooftop which was very pretty. Service was fast and efficient. We tried a special for the night which was amazing. I had the penne vodka which was great and tasted authentic. I also had a glass of prosseco which was also great.

    Kitchen closed at 10:30pm on a Friday night…. For a branch restaurant, the quality of the drinks (Bumblebee & Butterfly) blew me away, and the food was sooooo tasty!!! WOW. We had ordered the pappardelle short rib and the lobster ravioli, which were AMAZING!!!! We were seated on the quiet, chill rooftop very quickly a little past 10. The waiter had amazing recs…. We also got a Berry Amazing with bourbon and the butterfly drink.Take a picture of the Empire State Building in the background while you’re there!!!

    One of the best fish dishes Ive ever had is the Bass. Its wrapped in thin potatoes, served over zucchini and leeks, with a Pinot grigio herb sauce.     As industry folks, it was imperative I write this review. I just had lunch with a dear friend; a sweet waitress named Laura took care of us. She was fabulous and knew when to give us space to talk, while still being attentive. But the real show stopper is the Head chef Luis.For appetizers we inhaled the burrata & octopus, and the filet mignon carpaccio with truffle sauce: INCREDIBLE. The octopus was SO AMAZING we ordered a 2nd one.For entrees we bathed in the the short rib papparadele and mustard crusted cod. Without question the food is award worthy. Ive been here before, but today Luis sprinkled magic in his food. Not sure who Luis is, but he needs an applause.Its the food for me at Serafina :) And of course the lovely Laura and Maitred who made today special. Thank you for allowing our meeting to elevate.     Went to Serafina for brunch and overall had a great experience. Came with my 1 year old and surprisingly wasnt the only one bringing a baby. They had a designated area for strollers by the bar and high chairs as well. Food wise I would say it was a bit expensive but portion sizes were good for what you were paying. I got the avocado toast and it was ok, dont know if I would select it again but the eggs were cooked with a perfect runny yolk. My wife had the steak and eggs and her and the baby def enjoyed it. I would come back next time but not for brunch, to try some of the Italian dishes.

    Good food,almost same price as the others(which is good in nyc),steak is good with the sauce,oyster and clams were good as a daily special,carbonara its pretty good just need more meat in my opinion,creme brulee was to watery and the espresso we needed to ask for them 2 times. Good service overall. I would rate 5 if it wasnt for the portions and the espresso ( and the creme brulee). Plus we were waiting for the uber by the cold door outside and various time the head waitress came and asked us to close the door,only one runner came and told is if we would like to wait inside.

    This coal oven Margarita pizza is of high quality. The crust is thin but moist, the sauce is fresh and flavorful. The cheese is fresh and just the right amount on the pizza. It is topped with fresh basil. In my opinion they are a bit skimpy on the basil, still it is the best pizza available in Tribeca.

    I always enjoy a visit to Serafina. The food is consistently good. My one complaint is that I have a hard time with a company as large as Serafina charging at 10% COVID recovery fee. I work in the medical field and we don’t upcharge our patients for PPE equipment or for lost time when we had to shut down for 4 months in 2020. While they did refund the fee after posting about it, I think they need to make sure it says this everywhere customers are going to book and visit.
