Smaller store but fantastic staff and the food/drinks came out very quick. It doesn’t seem like they have the full good menu here but they had some good options! There’s also some good seating options!

Personally, I am not the type to ever make a review. But, this is probably by far one of the best Starbucks experiences. I’ve had in a very long time. I came here on Thanksgiving and I’m sure this staff has a long morning head of them but the way that they are carrying themselves with positivity and happiness brings me cheer! Nothing is harder than working in the city in general, but a staff like this is the reason that it makes it enjoyable for out of state visitors.

The place is small but has nice high tables. It lacks outlets to charge devices, but it is very close to central park almost 4 blocks away, so if you are at the park and you want coffee, this place is super close. Downside. Has no restrooms.

This is a nice Starbucks, close to the Love statue. As all Starbucks, it is the same menu in all of them. Here we have chosen for the Salter Caramel frapuccino, which is very good actually.There are some nice seating places inside the cafe, which overlook the crossroad and you can have a good talk with friends.Service is good and employees polite. The drinks came actually pretty quick, which was good.One of the better Starbucks locations in NYC.

I love this branch of Starbucks, the staff are really friendly especially my friend Jonathan, he was smiling from day 1, very helpful and patient even with the crowdness. He is always fast, and accurate for my order. If he wasn’t the one who prepare my coffee, he will ask his colleagues to help me and prepare my drink in no time. This is not only for me, but I saw him always dealing with kindness for all the customers. He knew his customers by name and always greeting them. This is the best Starbucks because I have nice friends there. They are dealing with you as part of their family not only as an employee wants his job to be done. Thanks Jonathan, my friend and thanks to all the barista and cashiers🌹

Starbucks has the best Chai tea latte of any chain in my opinion. The location was busy and the service was great, but there were no outlets available to plug in my laptop so I couldnt stay as long as i expected.

I love to go to that Starbucks on 56th and 6th Avenue. All the staff are welcoming, they are working as a team with harmony and positive energy that inspires me the whole day, their coffee is made with much care and love that you can feel. my drinks are ready in no time. They are very fast and accurate. The place is always clean and tidy. Visiting their place became like a routine in my day not only for the coffee but for everything and everybody there. This is a “positive reinforcement” in psychology. ❤️❤️❤️God bless.The barista and cashiers should be rewarded from the management for the great efforts and to encourage them to continue with their wonderful care

The Smith was GREAT! The food, drinks and wait service was excellent especially in this new reality of Covid 19. Tables were socially distant and wait staff and guests wore masks. It was a great time!

Best Starbucks experience I’ve had the pleasure to have had. They are so efficient and are so cordial to the morning rush crowd. No line is too long for these baristas and cashiers working at full speed and full efficiency. They don’t know my name but remember what I get every morning and I’ve only been there about a handful of times. Keep up the great work! Management, do something special for these guys!!

What an awesome experience at a Starbucks in the city. Its rare you find kindness and attention at a busy Starbucks the day after Christmas. With lines to the door and lots or orders coming in, Kamika took care of us with a smile. What an amazing experience at a NYC Starbucks on a very busy day!! Unexpected service and care at Starbucks!! Excited to be on the corner thanksgiving morning at 5:15am for the parade. Went and made purchases waiting for parade. Asked to use restroom and staff said no restrooms. However right behind me came a police officer and the officer was escorted to restrooms. Thats pitiful! We support Starbucks everywhere and normally would not complain but this is terrible for PR..there were a ton of people in town for the parade and this location was on the direct parade route. Terrible. Terrible..

Reliably the same but be alert some city locations getting rid of seats. Will be like the dodo bird access to electrical outlets curtailed long ago which in turn spurred a billion dollar industry in we work and similar office space shares. Now they serve free gourmet coffee and are paid for the seating in reverse order. Gotta love K A R M A.
