This Starbucks has now become my favorite Starbucks in NY. Drinks are great, the employees are nice and fast and I work from my laptop. I am self-employed and this Starbucks actually has power outlets so you can plug your laptop in and get some work done. I will be here again!!!

It was my Profound Pleasure to patronize this Starbucks Location, a few minutes ago. The Staff and the Manager on-duty were Professional, Polite, and Genuine. I was in need of a restroom and they obliged - despite the Current Public Health Emergency that we are all facing. In the meantime, my beverage was Properly Prepared (the way I had requested it). Their Customer Service Skills were impeccable. I Highly Recommend this Starbucks Location and will return here whenever Im in the area. Thank You!!

This is my favorite Starbuck far and away. They are the fastest Starbucks Ive every been to. The lines are long and its crowded but everything moves swiftly and efficiently. The staff is polite without being overly friendly or wasting time. Heaven in a coffee house.

Im not a person who would normally go into a Starbucks, I like to support independent coffee shops but, it was early(or late, depending on your perspective) and I just needed an iced latte and a place to charge my phone.The baristas were immediately attentive and in a positive, helpful way even tough I was not looking well after a night out.I was treated with kindness, respect and the appreciation that customers deserve.I bought my large iced hazelnut latte with half&half and went to the loungy area to relax, drink my coffee and charge my phone.Id been there for kind of an excessive time so I Informed the employees the longer I stayed, the more I would purchase... Because honestly I was tired and there was a comfortable atmosphere there. I eventually asked for a banana smoothie but they told me they dont have that on the menu. Instead of turning me down, they cleverly devised a way to form one based on a frap. IT WAS SOOOOO GOOD and I will never forget them for accommodating me. They never once pressured me to leave or ... actually anything. This experience seriously changed my attitude towards at least this Starbucks in particular.Ladies, if you get to read this, Id like to thank you profusely for your kindness and generosity.

Its was in the low 30s in New York City January Weather at Starbucks on 57th Street/10th Avenue. I was trying to get out of the Cold to warm up a little bit. The Store was playing some nice tunes and the atmosphere is welcoming to all who need to charge their device like Labtop, Phone and TabletsIm not a real coffee drinker but the smell makes you want to get some and the cookies, cake are also inviting. Starbucks has its on Vibe going on like no other

I come here once or twice a week at what must be their busiest time, because theyre always packed. But the staff is always friendly and hard-working, and they get drinks made quickly and without error. The one bad experience I had here was maybe a month ago, when I guess the manager, a short and loud woman, was working. She threw everyone off their groove, and I ended up waiting half an hour for my drink. Everyone else is great!
