Tucked just up the block on 32nd street from Penn Station, this Starbucks is an easy stop for coffee and rest. The staff are unfailingly friendly and the coffee is “S’bucks” strong. In the afternoon I’m able to find tables or benches to ease the wait for nearby trains. The Manhattan prices are what they are: you’re paying for space and atmosphere.The tall tables and benches discourage loitering (which helps keep folks moving here), but the nearby outlets are quite convenient for a charging pitstop. Pretty consistently clean and peaceful, considering the chaotic bustle and screaming noise of nearby midtown.

After being let down through DoorDash for items that were not delivered to me, nor getting a refund back, you turned my day around with your kindness. I truly appreciate your kind gesture! As a tourist from Switzerland I can actually see how busy it gets and I don’t mind waiting a little longer for my coffee. Some of these people that complain about waiting during the busy hours are ungrateful and inconsiderate to the hundreds of drinks and food items the staff there has to prepare. Learn to be patient Americans.

Absolutely love this one! One of my favorite spots to just go in, sip on my cappuccino and eat my pumpkin bread. It’s so big and spacious. Staff is very friendly. Plus that playlist is always great!

I absolutely enjoy visiting this Starbucks location! Immediately recognized and greeted with smiles every time! The Team at Starbucks are always professional, keeping a positive mindset during these crazy times. Mind you, business is extremely slow but I contribute what I can to keep them employed and love the Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappe! On your next visit to MSG or surrounding area, please stop in at this location, 32nd between 6th & 7th.

A nice size Starbucks. The bathroom tends to be locked here, but happily Manhattan Mall is across the street if you need to use the restroom. The workers are very nice. Its usually crowded in the mornings, but it usually clears up by the evening/late evening. I have no complaints about the drinks or food. Its always well done.

The staff is amazing, the service is great. The staff is very welcoming, the place is very cozy. Its great to be greeted with a smile so early in the morning. I stopped in here for a quick cold drink. The location was nice and spacious. I loved that there was plenty of seating even though it was crowded.The food line-up is what you would expect at an updated version of Starbucks. The space is clean and pleasant.I was immediately acknowledged as I entered, although the staff could use a bit of an attitude adjustment. Nonetheless, they were efficient and got my order correct.
