I frequent this location to work on my laptop. The crew is always really friendly. I think alot of them are performers or art students. Sometimes they are singing. They have a great vibe and make the experience pleasant and lively. Im there early so a great way to begin the day.Kudos to this team 👏

During this time obviously very important to stay inside. But when you need your coffee because you ran out and the only option is one of the few Starbucks still open was perfect. Store looked like it was following all protocols, sanitary cleanliness, wipe downs. Staff still very friendly.

Love this Starbucks! I came in with two heavy grocery bags and ordered a large cup of soy milk ( yes, just soy milk). I asked the barista if he could put it in a paper coffee cup instead of the usual plastic cup used for cold drinks. Not only did he do that, but he also put it in a bag and taped the top closed, so it would not spill!! So sweet!

RUDE NASTY CUSTOMER/ EXCELLENT PROFESSIONAL SERVICE ALERT** . This location (141 Amsterdam Ave) is awesome. It’s the only place left open in this neighborhood and the workers are fantastic. I want to point out an incident that just happened today that really spoke to the professionalism of these amazing baristas. I was waiting on line and there was this older woman in front of me giving the barista a hard time. She kept giving a nasty attitude and saying “well you need to explain that again” and “I don’t know what that means- say it again ugh come on let’s go” and with each rude snide comment the customer was saying, the barista KINDLY AND POLITELY answered in the sweetest tone. THEN when I was waiting to get my drink, the same nasty customer was standing there complaining out loud that she wanted her muffin- I actually had to turn to her to be like “it’s coming, you can clearly see them heating it for you, relax”- THEN when the other nice barista came over with her muffin- the nasty customer went to SNATCH it- YES this b*tch actually put her hand out trying to GRAB the muffin saying “GIMME GIMME I’ve been here too long” literally like a TODDLER- in my head I’m like ::b*txh it’s been 5 minutes relax:: and the man nicely gave her the muffin with a sad look in his eyes like why is this happening and I shouted at the woman for being extremely rude and then I tipped the baristas for their patient kind service. (I don’t know if this woman was just extremely RACIST or a natural evil b*tch who’s mom never taught her MANNERS, but these baristas at this Starbucks location deserve a MEDAL for their professionalism in such a horrible situation).

I ordered through the app and all I needed to do was stop in and pick up my order. It was ready and waiting. Only thing is I asked for my pastry to be warmed and it wasnt. The cashier warmed it up after I asked.

This is a very good Starbucks it is the perfect place to quickly grab a bite to eat or to enjoy a hot coffe with friends the prices are a little high but they have a great selection of beverages (hot or cold) and snacks like cookies scones and cake pops to sum it all up it is great (and they have free WiFi so yeah AWSOME) one thing I should note about this store is that if you are planing on getting your morning coffe here bring a snack because you might have to wit awhile before being served.

I love this location! I like the cushioned benches that make up most of the seating. I love that its on a less busy street in Manhattan. I love that they still have the Pride decorations up. The employees are nice whenever I come into this location, too.
