Came in to grab a coffee before waiting to get into theater next door. Starbucks worker was very pleasant and was taking care of people with her pleasantness. I like they even have a family wall of coworkers. Nice touch. Drink was great .

Nestled conveniently near Central Park and the subway station, this Starbucks has won my heart. The staffs kindness and warmth make every visit a delight. Special shoutout to Barbee, the cashier extraordinaire, who always goes the extra mile to perfect my order. This Starbucks isnt just a coffee stop, its a community where Im valued and my cravings are satisfied. Grateful to have this gem near my place!

Reviews about this location are positive and true. It’s no surprise to anyone about how challenging it is finding enthusiastic, well mannered, fun and service oriented employees these days. This location has it all. Every Starbucks location should require their staff to visit and experience the formula that this location has found. They will see how a positive and engaged working environment not only creates a great place for customers, but how their day at work will be so much more enjoyable.

Very friendly service. Very clean, gender general restroom. High stools like a bar setting facing out to street and long table in the middle for general SEATING. Not very big space. Give it a try.

I was greeted with the sweetest smile and kindest welcome that I decided to simply enjoy my coffee black.Register/Cashier/Barista:There was a young lady who was blonde, who made every customer feel a breath of fresh air in her kindness, welcoming demeanor, and obviously genuine smile. She took my order for a Pikes Place, Grande. Fast, efficient, but it was sweet, refreshing, and so, so nice. Thank you.If you know who was there that morning, and if youre reading this, thank you. You really gave such a real reason to smile that day, and more. :)Barista:Coffee was ready in a jiffy, didnt even finish putting my wallet back into my pockets, and a delicious, fresh brewed coffee was ready for me. The employees at this Starbucks are on the frontlines every day to meet the caffeine demands of UWS-ers in a .05 mile radius and they consistently deliver! I’ve been here at least once a week since July of 2021, and my order has always been completed correctly & on time.
