We were staying next-door at the Empire Hotel for the World Series. I Had great service at the Starbucks. Employees greeted me when I walked in the door both days. Jennifer took my order both days. She was kind, upbeat, a fast worker and just had a fun energy about her!The entire staff just had a great positive energy !!

Shout out to ⭐️MATT⭐️ at this Lincoln Center location! ! Not only did he make me the most delicious coffee, which is a slightly particular order since I’m likely not considered a true coffee drinker, he also was extremely attentive, friendly and fast! Sitting down I saw him keeping up the friendly and efficient attitude = 5 stars.The four stars is only because the music is very high volume! I’ll stoop be coming back

For straight coffee Starbucks is not your go to, but for any coffee inspired drink it is simply the best. Their juices and teas are good too. There is great customization and the service is quick. The app is great and I love my rewards.

People like to bash those that are the largest and most visible, but Starbucks got that way for a reason. Still the best food products and sandwiches of all mass market coffee shops, some of the highest quality and variety of coffee types, and by far, the best Chai latte and Fraps anywhere.

Rating Starbucks and other chain establishments is hard, and especially in the case when you just order a small (or should I say tall) cup of coffee. That being said, this Starbucks meets the grade for all the basic necessities for your normal caffeine intake - clean store, quick line, staff that seems to work quickly (my coffee took a quick second, but its always a quick order). Nice clean bar for milk and sugar. Good place to stop in though theres not much in the way of seating to stay a while

This has been my usual Starbucks since September 2018 when I got a new job. Just wanted to say that this location has the BEST customer service. Everyone is always very friendly and helpful, even at ungodly hours of 7am.

Came in at 7am on a Thursday for my morning break. Staff was extremely welcoming. The lady on the register with short hair knew all her regulars by name and what they wanted to order even their pets. I only visited this branch of the chain very early in the morning, so I cannot comment on the business or lack of seating. The food and drinks are the usual quality from this chain, there is a customer toilet, and the staff were talkative and helpful. Access this by local bus if necessary, and it’s just a short walk from Central Park if you fancy a stroll.
