Friendliest Starbucks I’ve ever been in. I’m visiting here from Va. Staff was constantly welcoming people. Everyone was working hard but also acknowledging people as they picked up their orders. Lots of smiling. Coffee and sandwich were great. Great job

The staff here are sweethearts + very hard workers. I see how they work together and why this spot is so busy.I really appreciate the young lady who rang me up on red-cup day. I wasnt going to get one, but around 1 pm I thought to myself, why am I not getting one? 🙃 And when I told her I couldnt resist, I have an unnecessary collection (and addiction) of Starbucks cups, and I almost denied myself this years, she laughed, too. It always brightens my day when ppl can have fun at their tough, difficult jobs like her. She didnt feel a need to roll her eyes or find the companys release annoying, she was just living her best life. Thank you!

I want to give a shout out to a fabulous employee, I wish I knew her name, but I am old and on vacation and had to sit on the floor , because I was so tired! A Starbucks employee brought me a chair and a water! I didnt ask, she just brought it to me! I will cherish her kindness forever! Such a little act of kindness goes a long way! I will continue to pay it forward, too! I will never forget you!

One of few locations that didnt have lengthy line for lunch. We needed a quick meal before going to Radio City performance so opted for coffee, pre-made wraps and sandwiches. Great, fast service and reasonably fresh food.

The staff is friendly and engaging. I came on by for some cookies and hot chocolate. The staff is super friendly. I just wish Starbucks as a brand would carry more gluten free and non caffeine options.

The workers can have an attitude here, but its always so rushed I can see why. Its located on the far end of the hall opposite the subway entrance (if you get confused searching for it). There are plenty of tables but it may be difficult to find a place to sit since its crowded with tourists and Rockefeller office people on break. One of the biggest, busiest cafes Ive seen in NYC.

The Google Maps location of the coffee shop within the building is not quite right so it made it a little hard to find the shop. My friend got us breakfast from here while we were waiting for Jimmy Fallon standby tickets with no problems. When you enter the building, you have to walk downstairs to get to it.

Saw the most beautiful girl at this Starbucks. Shes doing her medical residency and shes from Equador. Very sweet and friendly. Had her laptop and was at the counter. Was close to the 7th Ave exit. If midtown Manhattan is a city unto itself, the entirety of the Rockefeller Center complex would be one of its boroughs. And within every borough, there needs to be multiple Starbucks within walking distance.While many may gravitate to the large coffee slinging outpost centrally located next to the skating rink and tree, walk a little further down the path to find the better of the places to get a frap. Although the lines can get a bit long when every employee is trying to beat the 3pm slump, service moves quicker than the Starbucks that is deluged with tourists (to all tourists reading - there is no Starbucks here ;] )While some drink orders can be a bit rushed the baristas are always happy to fix an issue that comes up. The queuing can also be a bit confusing, as people just congregate in one small corner.
