Is it me or is the staff here uncommonly friendly? Idk what theyre doing here but theyve got a good bunch.Other than that its a bigger starbucks with lots of seating, and outlets! Tables in a few places so you can bring your laptop and be comfortable. And its a smart corner location with desserts nearby so it makes sense to grab a small bite and come and sit down here

New espresso machines in all locations dont serve hot water. Basically warm espresso. They changed it for me and added hot water. I like the traditional espresso machines.

The staff here is incredibly friendly. They are always cheery and greet me when I come in...and the baristas treat my daughters and friends with kindness. All Starbucks all over the country are low on inventory - so cut these folks some slack. Theyre young and they have fun working together. Its a great place for the old folks to hang outside and for the kids to go after school. 👍🏻

Above Beyond service from sweet barista that was wearing glasses . Had my latte in no time ! They allow service animals . Good Wheelchair accessible spot and also this is an access location for the aira app which if you know someone with a vision disability you might want to check out that too . They even provide braille large print menus upon request ! Well done Starbucks . Wish that was the norm everywhere . A girl can dream .Btw this Starbucks is hiring if you need a Jay Oh Be ;)

I would give it a 5 but the day I that I visited on a Friday afternoon it was not too busy and they only had one batista making drinks two people in front one stocking products one at cashier it was not too busy only one customer a head of me I ordered one Frappuccino and chai latte I basically waited almost 30 minutes there was confusion on one drink and two employees wasted time with customer instead of just fixing right drink and moving forward I basically go to Starbucks where I work order three drinks when they are busy in the morning and the longest I ever waited was 15 minutes

A fine, clean, well served, establishment. That allows all personnel use the restroom. Keep up the good work. There are table hogs at 2d Avenue@80street,NYC, came in went to sit down and A Woman said, Im waiting 4 someone, and sure enough, I had my coffee & donut, finished, walked by the unsat chair, and said to the lady, When is the person coming, 2morrow . Those 2 black men in Philadelphia could have been killed by the Police if they would have stand up 4 their rights, if they would have peeped a word.

I came here today for the first time and let me tell you how friendly the staff is!!!! The 4 ladies were absolutely wonderful, they greeted every customer that walked in, even though they were busy. I watched them talk to customers and asked them about their day, and had a short conversation with any customer that wanted to chat. My drink was made exactly how I asked. Great location!

Who doesnt love Starbucks, I do love it. However, I always find the price its TOO EXPENSIVE. Even though coffee, lattes, macchiato, etc are amazing. Place was clean, music is always on point, place its too small though for the heavy number in customers. Staff seems serious which I dont like but. I like to be greeted with a smile even if they tired, oh well, Im tired too, make my day better.

Madness reigns come 3:15.Ive never realized how many school kids mob into Starbucks at the end of their day until recently . Pumped full of sugar caffeine and angst they collaborate here to enjoy their gen z privilege and vape in the bathroom like the coke fueled nights of yesteryear reminiscent of the limelight but way lamer. Wack. I witnessed a apprehensive but undaunted employee shoo them away (with much opposition) and a 13 year old girl dump her whole backpack with the frustration of a geeked out upstatey festival girl or perhaps some b&t Becky a mere 6 inches Infront of me as I humbley attempt to caffinate myself while filling out timesheets . Be forwarned the vibes are off between 3-4 pm . Staff was very friendly before the chaos I will say.

I like how the center of the café has a big wooden table for guests, nice space for drinks and laptops and paperwork et cetera.The coffee and lattes I have had here are tastey, hot and made pretty fast compared to other Starbucks.Negative:- The restroom was out of service- The staff did not clean or manage the left behind items on the tables or floors within the hour that I was at this location. I had too clean the table to sit and to take photos to make the place look nice. It was not just me. I noticed a handful of people whipe off crumbs and grow away left behind drinks so they could sit.Postitive:-The staff is fast, friendly, makes great hot sweet drinks and have no attitude.- Good amount of seating areas- Big windows with a nice view of 2nd Ave, great for people watching.So, I plan to return because I like the vibe and the seating areas and the food and drinks available.
