One of the more spacious Starbucks in the city. This layout reminds me of the ones I came across in Japan. I cant say the consistency of drinks are the same in NY but at least its a nice space to chill for a bit.

This Starbucks is in a great location because of so many shopping stores around and them being in walking distance. But they do not have a public bathroom. They are very packed which is a good thing for business but it makes seating very limited.

Joi (her apron said joi, but incase that’s not her- she has red hair) is so pleasant and patient. she helped me figure out exactly what i wanted because i wasn’t sure the difference with cold brew and americano. she’s very knowledgeable and i saw her ask another customer similar questions to be sure they got what they wanted. (caramel syrup or caramel sauce? matcha latte or matcha frapp? etc) i thought this was very thoughtful of her. this place is generally really nice and i always come here before and during my work breaks so thank you all!

Newly opened Starbucks near the intersection of Broadway and Canal Streets. Although no indoor seating is allowed, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The decor is warm and inviting, but the bathrooms are closed due to covid. Drinks and food items are up to the usual quality, and there were no lines or crowds during our visit on a warm fall Friday afternoon.

I am absolutely in love with this Starbucks. During the pandemic, I made a switch from a competitor named DD. DD was not following any safety precautions and I decided to make the switch. Honestly, finding this Starbucks was one of the best things to happen to me this year. Alex (the manager) is AMAZING and extremely genuine, Steven is very friendly and has a cool and chill demeanor, Jerry is hilarious, and I have yet to get to know the rest of the crew but look forward to it. I cannot rave enough about this location and I am so happy I stumbled into the store. Thanks so much Alex, Steven, Jerry, and others at 444 Broadway!

Matcha Frappuccino Venti Size for $6.8. I forgot to take out the whipped cream, but it was okay because I was happy to see the amount. Since there are many employees, drinks are served quickly and seats are well prepared, so its great to take a rest while shopping. There is no interference from the staff and the store is clean.

This is by far the best Starbucks I’ve been to. Each member of the staff is super friendly and professional making sure to greet everyone in a genuine manner. I want to give a special shout-out to Hadiya for making my Saturday morning. Nothing worse than having to work super early on a Saturday. I overheard Hadiya explaining the rules regarding the Starbucks points and how they expire. I had a total of 400 points and wanted to purchase a cup. I wanted a black cup, and Hadiya went to the back to check if they had any black since there were none displayed outside. Hadiya apologized for not having a black cup but showed me an olive green one which worked also. I was able to redeem my points before expiring and she went out of her way to rinse it for me so I can use the cup right away. It’s the little effort that goes a long way. Thank you Hadiya !

They knew my name after a few days of going there and are always super friendly and upbeat - even when I’m just getting going at 730am! Truly doesn’t feel like a chain, but a real local coffee shop.
