The best Starbucks in the city! Super friendly staff who are always willing to accomodate any customisation of my favourite beverage. Love the cran merry orange refresher - especially with extra dried cranberries - a real winner. These guys make a super refresher! Love going here every day … the staff put a smile on my face every visit!

Staff were quick to take and prepare my order (a drink, breakfast sandwich and two pastries), and got me in and out relatively quickly. It was late in the afternoon and the store was a little worked over with some clean-up needed in some areas (crumbs, discarded small refuse, etc.), but nothing too dirty or grimy. Mainly the lazy publics fault IMO. As far as Starbucks locations go (I generally have an aversion to them), at this one I had a good experience and felt like a valued customer.

Ordered a custom iced coffee online, pickup was super quick and the barista that handed off my drink was super friendly. They made my iced coffee very good, and that rarely ever happened. This is the first time I’ve ever finished an iced coffee.

For a midtown coffee shop its surprisingly relaxed. The staff are always friendly and you stand a good chance of getting a seat. Its still a Starbucks, though so its hard to get really excited.

From the second you enter the energy resonates from a group of young adults who take pride in their work. Get to know them and you will know your drinks and food goes beyond just Coffee & Cake. When people take Pride in their work, it resonates. When the Staff at this facility makes your food and drink for you its like their making it for themselves, for a new friend and family memeber. It feels like home afterwards and Not Starbucks. Thats what happens when you take Pride in your work, it just Resonates. The Livelihood of making people feel at home. So no matter how much the Coffee cost, it is well invested.

Amazing food. By far the best food truck in the neighborhood. The platters are out of this world and the gyros on pita are authentic. I will never go anywhere else. My go to truck.

This was the most positive experience Ive had at a Starbucks in a long time. I came in this morning and Crystal took my order and made my cappuccino. This is the first time in a long time Ive gotten a proper cappuccino from Starbucks. She even gave me a treat for my dog! Very fast and very polite. Will definitely be back to this location. Theres no tables to sit at though.

What a joy to stop by this Starbucks in midtown Manhattan. The service is with a smile, and the managers always aim to please, even in a crowded busy shop. Great customer relations and I like my Soy Chai Latte with a Turkey Pesto Panini.

Lots of stuck up snobs in these reviews (although, this is Starbucks).Ive never had a problem here, there is no need to over-complicate your order of coffee and, well, sometimes you have to wait a bit longer than you want, thats life unfortunately.Staff has always been friendly, accommodating, and prompt. It can get a bit busy but never to the point where the line is out the door.

Went to this Starbucks for dinner one night because I hadnt known that the student dining hall closed early on Saturdays. Half way through my order I realized I had forgotten my wallet. The barista hadnt even started making my drink but he gave me my entire order for free. I was so thankful, after a stressful day of studying, trying to re-arrange my schedule, missing dinner and with still more to do that night I was so happy. Obviously the staff wont usually give away free food but anyway they have won me over and I will definitely chose this location over the others in the area!
