I had tried a breakfast burrito and it was 5 stars! Service is 4 stars. One guy was working all the drinks and the two girls were just standing around talking to each-other. There was a whole line of people waiting. I had to wait 15 minutes for my drink and I think that is ridiculous. There are hundreds of other Starbucks locations that will not have this long of a wait time and still taste as good. Besides the trash outside the place with no container, the place inside is clean. It is also very cold all of the time. 🥶

Clean and well kept but the staff isnt very friendly. Service can get slow , I think maybe the staff shouldnt be constantly on their ear pods especially the women.

I thought this Starbucks was really fast and my order was ready quickly. They are really good at making sure you got what you ordered. I am allergic to milk and online I ordered whip cream. When I went to pick up my drink, they asked if I wanted whip cream because I ordered soy milk. My drink was delicious! ☕

LONG HEARTFELT REVIEW WARNING: So I was supposed to write this review on September 8th when I came in. But I was having a really long week and it slipped my mind until now. I went into this location and I swear I was having a very bad day and my son had lost my purse the day before with my wallet inside.. (everyone knows how annoying it is to replace IDs and turning off all your cards) whatever long story short I was unlocking one of my cards with chase on the phone at the front counter while I was getting my order taken simultaneously so I can admit I kind of held up the line. But Kera .. PLEASE REMEMBER HER NAME WHEN YOU GO THERE.. When I say this girl was sooo patient with me! Not only was she patient she began taking the other guest while assuring me things will be fine. I mean this girl was so professional about everything and still made everyone in the store comfortable while moving the line acknowledging everyone there. She didn’t make me feel extra awkward waiting for my card to unlock etc. It was just everything for me , she works super hard every time I go there as well, always so radiant , happy , alert, beautiful smile , hair always laid… for real lol (I now go to this location every time I’m in the area as often as possible) I am super big on customer service & I personally want to thank her for how she handled me because you never know what someone is going through, and I really needed my coffee lol you know when you feel like everything is just going wrong and all you want is one thing.. that day it was my coffee and she was just the highlight of my day I forgot all about the coffee that was supposed to brighten my mood. It definitely was a plus though. Thank you so much Kera . You are definitely a blessing

This location of Starbucks, which can be found off of Columbus Avenue on the Upper West Side, is pretty good!! My coffee is always made correctly and the space is always clean + well - kept. My only complaint is that sometimes there is a bit of a wait and the way the store is designed, it can get kind of packed. The people who are waiting for their orders to be ready can easily be entangled with the people who are waiting in line to order (when its busy). Otherwise, I have no complaints - this is a great spot!

Stopped in today while shopping. This place was completely slammed and by the looks of things understaffed. Michelle was great. She was making drinks by herself, remain composed, kept communicating and letting every one know when their drinks were coming up and even asked us how our day was going all while multitasking. Even after handing us our drinks, we were waiting for our food for a while and she went and got it for us to avoid delaying us any further. Kudos to her for being able to remain so calm under clear pressure I don’t know how she managed.

I love Chick Fil A. Mostly, I get the Cobb salad but love the chicken strip, chicken sandwich and their shakes. Wonderful customer service, I mean they go over the top with being friendly. Quick and efficient ordering and no excessive waiting for your food. I highly recommend for higher tier fast food dining.

I order via mobile almost everyday. Overall the staffs are very good. For me, I like a staff called Cassie the most because she can manage the hundreds orders well at the counter table and also she can remember customers’ names.However, there were a few days that my orders were delayed. I understand that it was because there were short of staffs or the new staff was not so familiar with the operation yet. but it is fine. I still go everyday.

Starbucks is Starbucks, for the most part. Coffee that some find enjoyable, and more power to them. I find it over roasted. In terms of this particular Starbucks, its fine. Not as much seating area as others but still plenty. The staff was friendly and helpful, even on Christmas, so that pushed my review up a star.
