I’ve been in NYC for over 10 years and by far this is the best customer service. I’m a new mom, and I’ve had challenges in a select Starbucks locations where I was not given permission to use the bathroom while pregnant. At this starbucks, I felt like I was at a friend’s home. I asked the barista working if there was a diaper changing table I could use, and they went above and beyond to also bring me paper towels and additional things to help me change my baby. I’d like to recognize this starbucks for their inclusive customer service approach to mothers and children, and I hope this can be encouraged across all locations. The barista that gave me this impression and experience is named Christian. I look forward to frequently visiting, making this location my regular.

I waited for my 2 good friends visiting from abroad here on a weekday day early morning. Thankfully, it wasnt crowded. When my friends arrived, we had more coffee and some breakfast food, and proceeded to have a long chat. It was all good. Good and friendly service.

Quaint, neighborhood coffee shop. 4 stars because they allow dogs inside. :-/ Patrons are friendly - ask if you can share a table when all the seating is filled. A little noisy, but almost all the seating by the outlets are underneath the speakers. Otherwise, good place to get out of the house and get some work done. Bring a good set of noise-cancelling headphones. ;)

Ive been coming here for the last three years, it does get very busy in the morning during rush hour, however that is usual. I love the staff here, they can get things done and they are incredibly respectful towards costumers, they are efficient and have amazing manner.

This Starbucks is right downstairs from me so I tend to go here VERY OFTEN. I love it as it is clean and has plenty of seating. They tend to have ample staff so orders come out fast and correct. If you are a regular the staff will learn your name and greet you by name when you come in. If it is on the slower side they are very friendly and are happy to chat for a minute.

The employees are incredibly and genuinely friendly. Most important of all the drinks are amazing, especially the Cold brew with salted cream cold foam! So far no other Starbucks in the city has been able to make it this delicious. You are amazing!

This Starbucks is great, mostly local traffic, excellent social distancing, and a wonderful friendly staff who is always smiling.About a month ago they raised the price for cold brew and refused to fill mine up all the way to make up for my request of no ice. I dont want to break the rules or ask for anything extra that Im not entitled too so well now Im making my coffee at home. And I saved myself over $100.00 in the last month!Thanks guys 👍

I popped in for a Latte and turkey/eggwhite breakfast sandwich. There was a respectable line to order the items, and I regretted that I had not ordered in advance via the app. However, the line moved quickly. After leaving my order I moved to the other end of the counter to wait for my order. There was a staff member manning the pick -up station, and only the pick-up station. It was the fastest, cleanest and the most organized pick-up I ever seen in Starbucks.The drinks were swiftly created by several baristas and then handed to the pick-up station. The pick-up station staff member immediately called the names of the customers and handed out the drinks. The items that were not picked up, she organized on the shelf to be picked up by a mobile order customer, who was not in the store yet.None of the drinks nor food items seemed to get cold or lost, and different items to a customer seemed to arrive in speedy and organized way. None of the customers complained about their order while I stood there.Extra positive note to the fact that the coffee drinks seemed to have beem filled as they used to be. I.e. almost full. In so many Starbucks nowadays the baristas fill the cup only half way.I was also able to find seating outside to enjoy the morning.Only negative point that I noticed was that I saw no-one wiping off the tables not picking up trash while I sat outside.

A coffee shop is a coffee shop right? You serve coffee, probably some pastries a hot or cold sandwich or salad or two. Pretty run of the mill, standard operations. What makes you stand out then from all of your other coffee brethren? I entered this Starbucks on York and 78th in Manhattan and it didnt take long for me to realize that this was a truly neighborhood coffee shop. A steady stream of patrons were coming in and each were called by their name by the barista or server and the patron replied to the person calling out their name with the name of the person who called them. It was amazing. I almost felt like I was intruding on a private meeting place in Boston on NBC 9 PM Eastern 8 Central on a Thursday night. My order was fine even though I didnt get my #chocolate oatmilkdoubleshotnofoamtwicestirredpouredslowlylatte. Hence the 4 stars. In my book, food tastes better when customer service is good.
