Lots of seating, a spacious upstairs seating area and excellent customer service. Every customer gets greeted as they walk in, and my coffee was delivered pronto!Theres a spacious (and fairly clean) restroom with a baby changing table.

Went here for coffee and line wasn’t too bad. The baristas do work slowly. Guess they r used to the rush and the don’t care too much to move quick. Got the egg sandwich on English muffin which was good as well. The sandwiches are cold in the middle so always run it thru 2 warm cycles.It’s Starbucks so u ought to come back. 🤪 ☕️ 🥪 🍳

Love coming here been day 4 , working and also enjoying the great music. Staff is amazing. I do wish customers would clean up after themselves and be more patient. I did not eat here so can’t rate that.

Conveniently located a few steps from Club Quarters Hotel. Opens at 5am and closes at 9pm. If you like Starbucks coffee, this is a good option.

Ok a Starbucks is a Starbucks is a Starbucks, I know! But this one is my go to in New York, in the centre of the Times Square area but as soon as you walk through those doors instant calm to enjoy a latte and treat myself with a slice of cheesecake. Attentive and friendly staff a great place to chill for a while before going back out into the chaos of the city.

Had a problem with the app in the store. Kindell and Maryann were over-the-top exemplary in getting everything fixed and getting everything settled for me. I’ve never seen employees so diligent in making sure that I was satisfied and treated me so well along the way while getting everything straightened out. This is a great Starbucks!

The space is huge with high ceilings an bright lights. One couldn’t ask for more, especially with spacious seating. Unfortunately, the downside is the cleanliness. There were a lot of dirty tables and spills on the floor and the upstairs is locked off. Once ordered I noticed a lot of people received their drinks prior to mine which is a little strange but other than that It got the job done.

Great experience as always with this Starbucks location. Ladies welcomes you really good. They provided you the best advise when become to hot coffee. Thats why I love starbucks because they keep their places extremely clean, employees treat you as a part of their family. Location is great a few feet away from timesquare. I highly recommend coming here, I feel well treated it and with respect. Sky was amazing with me and my family.

I consider this to be the flagship Starbucks Times Square store. It can be very crowded at any time. Staff are skilled and have made an effort in 2023 to be very friendly. If you arrive before 8am, service is super fast. After 8am, you will have to carve out some space among the tourist groups to wait for your order.

Very grateful to this Starbucks for offering us warm food and drinks and a safe and comfortable atmosphere minutes before 6am, after a rough night in the city. Specifically, one of the baristas, Yaz, was very kind to us, going as far as refilling our large water bottles with ice water, as well as serving our food and drinks exceptionally fast.We hope Yaz gets recognized for her great service, and thanks for everything!

Had to wait for a table to open up, but that is to be expected. Long lines, but the employees stay friendly and helpful. Only having one bathroom is certainly a failing on their part. Takes forever for even a paying customer to use the restroom. They do have wireless chargers built into several tables, however, I was stuck sitting at a table where the charger didnt work. Overall a good experience.

Abby was on the bar by herself and she knocked out all the drinks alone , when it was busy. She confirmed my order and my fiancee and didnt make any mistakes. As if she could do this with her eyes close. Definitely will be visiting again.

Hands down one of the best Starbucks locations! Everytime i order over the app or in-store everything comes fast and the staff is always kind and fast! I feel like all the other locations have to see example from this specific location! I would definitively recommend to get the Mango-dragonfruit Acai! Its so good and refreshing!

Nice place to order coffee and avoid the longer lines found at coffee stores adjacent to Bryant Park a couple blocks south. Iced Toasted Vanilla Oatmilk was mostly you know what but besides that a bit more sugary than I expected. Sugar level was probably standard run of the mill as youd expect from Starbucks competing with the donut shop formerly known as Dunkin Donuts.

It was conveniently just around the corner from Times Square, and was very easy to find. The facility was not very crowded but it could have been a little bit cleaner. The staff was very friendly and professional. The young man messed up my order and fixed a cold coffee, when I had ordered a hot coffee. Once I pointed out the mix up, the young man quickly corrected the issue.

My son & I decided to use this place as our end of evening meeting place on Broadway as he had gone off to a show and I went to the cinema nearby. I got there ahead of our agreed meeting time but not that long before they closed this place – a surprising time of 22:00...Anyway, I elected for my favourite Starbucks special, their Chocolate Java Mint Frapuccino and made it last as I did the essential people watching from a stool at the window looking out onto the street. Oh, and the restrooms are OK if you find the code to get in. And my son made it here just before they closed.
