It has a stylish design, it has french windows to allow you watch outside and light the store. it is larger than regular Starbucks, and they offer a lot of seats to sit, and a long table for people to read and using computer. because it locate in such busy area, a lot of people come, it may not be easy to grab a seat sometimes. but it still a good idea stop here to take a break, to read a book after work, or hang out with friends.they offer some special cups here, you can see the pictures, but i have not gone to for a while. i am not sure if the cups only offer here.the last important thing, they have restroom, if you need before boarding the subway. come here. 😂😂😂

The nicest Starbucks in the area. Dont go to this chain often, however when i do, i always choose this location. Each employee is super nice and do their best, despite the location being extremely busy all the time. I do want to give shoutout to Alice, always on top of their game. Definitely have the gift of reading people’s emotions and knows when you need a kind word and gesture. Thanks Alice ❤️.

I met the brightest star this morning in this Starbucks. Had such a vibrant personality and was so friendly. I’m not front the city and was a little stressed to find where I needed to go. After speaking with them, I just felt like my whole day was brightened! Thanks for the happiness and yummy coffee! I think his name started with a B possibly and was working at the register. 😊

A typical Starbucks coffee. Interesting interior design and nice staff who can never spell my name correctly, I think its fun. You can sit and rest a little, but the big minus is that the toilet is only for the staff

Can get crazy at times, but what you expect given the location and the time you place your order. Nevertheless the staff is always friendly given with the amount of people they meet. Place is always clean, and the orders do come quickly. Also, I just come here for regular coffee. But have order a customized drink a few time and waited for about 5 minutes.

Best Starbucks in NYC. I mean it. These guys are always so loyal to their customer. I come in at any time and they are always ready to serve. There are so many other locations that start closing almost 2 hours early and reject my order. This Starbucks is amazing and caring. My Frappuccino always taste great. Ruben is so cool and friendly. Today I came to meet a friend for a quick coffee during lunch and sat in the back at the long table and witnessed one of the male employees working behind the counter go above and beyond to help a blind customer. He left the counter, led the customer to his seat and helped him sit down, brought the customers drink to the table for him, and asked if there was anything else he could do to help before returning to making drinks behind the counter. It was heartwarming to see during the lunch-time hustle in Midtown.

Love going to starbucks! I stop in this store for a very berry hibiscus. It was so hot and humid. This drink is so refreshing. The staff was so helpful they gave us extra ice. Highly recommend for all tourist and residents to visit this store. I am glad I came across this store.

Im slowly becoming a regular, which if you are in college/early career is highly inadvisable! It adds up. All that aside its totally worth it. Ive tried a pineapple matcha iced drink that wasnt overwhelmingly pineapple, many chai lattes, and so far the only thing Id improve is the intensity of the flavor of these drinks. I think most people prefer it as is, but I cant help but feel underwhelmed by the taste sometimes.

I’ve been to a lot of Starbucks, I grew up in Seattle - this is the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to & its solely because of its employees. My job moved offices & it took them less than two weeks to remember me & my drink. The baristas there are always so kind and warm in the morning, it is the one thing I can be sure that will go smoothly in the morning. Both the morning & the afternoon staff have always gone the extra mile for me & I cannot appreciate it enough. The baristas are always so slammed that I’m never able to tell them how thankful I am, but I hope they know that it’s literally the best part of my morning.
