Since my report about how the previous workers of this Starbucks treated me. I have noticed that action was taken care of. Different employees more efficient and understanding what the customers want to feel like they belong.This is why Im changing my review to a positive one.Now I can say Starbucks is friendly once again at west 181st st and Fort Washington Ave.

I come here all the time. I just think they need more employees there. Sometimes the wait it too long. Also I had issues with my mobile order and they were great with handling that which is good. I had the proof I ordered but some reason it didnt get to them. But they were on it once I said something politely to them

Good Spot!! I have a Gold Status, I only order via my Starbucks App to go as I drive there. Its always ready for pick up when I get there. 4 stars because they have messed up my order a few times. If you order a sandwich, just make sure its what you ordered before you walk out.

Tough to say but this place is always pack. Wish there was more space to sit or even a bathroom to use. They dont rush anyone to finish their drinks which is a good thing and bad when no one likes to leave the place.

This location opens about 5:30am. Friendly staff, good service, small selection of gifts, coffee beans, snacks. If they get something wrong they gladly fix it. Wheelchair accessible.

Some of the people that have written these reviews have never actually worked at a busy Starbucks and it shows! The workers are kind and helpful. They make and queue drinks correctly. I have never had a bad experience. Yes, I have had to wait for my coffees/food but that is to be expected of a busy coffee shop! Whenever my order has been incorrectly made, they always remake it in a timely matter and are very apologetic. The environment is exactly what you would expect walking into a Starbucks. Thank you to all of the hardworking baristas and shift leads who make my mornings better! Keep it up! Your hard work is very appreciated.

Another lady associate there said my gold card didnt work so I was charged the 50 cents for my refill which I dont understand why ,because the next day it worked but okay.

I love this Starbucks location so much! The team members working here are literally the kindest people and the items I order are always made so well & are ready in a timely manner. The location is great too, it is right off Fort Washington Avenue. There is easy accessibility to the subway station across the street + 181st street. I cannot recommend this location enough, its always such a joy to come here in the mornings to grab a coffee before starting my day!

This is the Starbucks closest to the 181st street subway station. Its just across the street from the station. It serves the regular Starbucks line of coffee drinks , tea and some light snacks.Service is normally ok but can be slow if it gets crowded. There are usually some seats but not always, so you take a chance if you plan on sitting there for a few hours and doing some work. I think its more for people who come in to pick up a drink and leave rather than people drinking in the store.

I love Starbucks, and I especially love this Starbucks. Its not just an impersonal midtown coffee place, its a neighborhood hangout where the baristas know you by name. I always go here for my morning hot coffee. I know most of the staff they all seem nice. Today I decided to try the Cocoa Protein cold blend and trust me..it does not taste good. I told them and the Barista said she didnt like it either but she did offer to make me something else but I had my regular black coffee sonI said no. They should take that bland tasteless drink out of their menu.

As with most Starbucks, they are always very accommodating when asked for a cup of water which is a small thing but amazing how many places would make you pay for the cup.
