This Starbucks in Manhattan is better than a lot of other branches. The staff are friendly and quick to serve your coffee.It has a typical Starbucks environment and their coffees are ok, nothing fancy as one might expect.Typically Im not a huge fan of their coffees but they are often the only place open so it works out for me. Overall a decent place for coffee lovers.

I had a tough morning, and it was clear on my face what kind of day I was having. I went into this location, and the staff changed my day. They put a sweet message on my cup, and it completely altered the course of my day. Cant thank them enough for being so kind. Cant wait to go back again soon.

Surprisingly not too crowded, but the staff of this Starbucks is exceptional. Friendly, attentive and app was down and even explained the situation and apologized for the outage that they had nothing to do with. Food and drink are consistent with Starbucks but this team was amazing.

Best Starbucks in Midtown! Staff are friendly and organized. The pickup section is run by en employee who does an excellent job and very quick to hand you your order when its ready. The store is clean and you always receive your drink in a timely manner. I rather walk the 2 extra blocks from my job than to go to the Starbucks on 8th Ave.

This is a nice Starbucks, but really average in terms of its service. The staff are kind, but service is really slow at time, which may be an issue if youre incredibly on a schedule. Nonetheless, they prepare their drinks with care.

The people writing bad reviews are probably from flyover states, I promise you you get good stuff here. The ambiance is dope because they play their own music, not that generic retail store playlist. The people are wild friendly an will get you your stuff quick. Granted, I went when it wasnt peak, but you go to a Buckys anywhere else when its not peak an you gotta sit for minimum 5.

Very pleasant place to either grab something quick for the road or to have a nice relaxing meal while eating. Free WiFi for internet browsing and free public restrooms. However, just be warned usually the restroom has a line so I would try to not rely on it if youre in a hurry. The service here is very pleasant and accommodating! I would highly recommend this spot if its on your way anywhere and you have a few extra minutes.

Do you really need me to tell you about Starbucks? I will say that getting the phone app allows you to order as head of time which is huge convenience. I can order my tea on the train at 42nd street as and have it ready to go when I get off at 34th. That way Im not late to work waiting for them to heat up my morning muffin. Kudos for you starbucks
