    Typical Starbucks coffee shop a little more fancy though... this place has more space than the other Starbucks places in the area and their variety of snacks and sweets are bigger... always crowded but you can find a table to sit easily so everything went ok... I had a blonde vanilla latte with almond milk and it tasted nice... also their turkey sandwich was good and fresh... their service was good and pretty fast...

    Starbucks on 48th St NYC is a perfect coffee hack if you are visiting Rockefeller Center! Its super close to the Nintendo Store, skating and the LEGO Store. Its brand new and super clean. There are TWO floors and a lot of seating and outlets to charge up your devices. You can also grab some NYC Starbucks themed merch There! Coffee On friends!

    We came here the day after the Christmas day and this place is full of people that need to use the bathroom. we skipped the line by using the mobile order. I had wished they put a sign here to tell you which Starbucks Coffee it is (it’s 48th between 5th & 6th ave). It is located across the Rockefeller center & Nintendo store. The Latte we ordered was good but the re-fill pike was lukewarm. This place has a beautiful golden wall statue in the back and it is astonishing as the one on the Rockefeller Plaza wall. I wish they had installed another restroom upstairs because it had so many tourists and little customers waiting to use their toilets.

    Really nice Starbucks on two levels. The employees were nice and the restroom is accessible to everyone (even non-customers). They could use more space though, there are not enough tables. The music is also too loud.

    Well, its a really calm chill Starbucks that puts of a very secluded environment, which is good for chilling, studying, relaxing, etc. I really liked the lots of space on both the first and second floor. Staff were pretty chill and friendly and they had a good selection of food, amenities (bathrooms), etc. Prices are a little high but I guess thats expected for Starbucks. Really liked this specific Starbucks.

    Good service. it was fairly empty when I came. but from what I saw, they don’t really clean the tables often if something is left on it. after one person sits and leaves something, another will come and sit there too. (on the second floor) some people don’t mind it though and throw it away themselves from what I saw. They usually clean at the end of the day though.

    My experience there was perfect I was having a bad day and I ended up going into StarBucks to get out the rain & I let the man in the register kelvin pick my drink he gave me a lovely pink drink , he ended up making my drink & I love the drink !!!!plus He’s So CUTE I’m going to be a regular for My Tarzan his voice is deep and low & his hair omg Well Done StarBucks !!Thumbs up on this location lml 🥰Good Day now.

    This is one of the worst Starbucks that Ive been they have two bathroom one of them is working the other one they kids merchandise inside its a lot of customer service everyday waiting on line for the bathroom and I only complaining but theyre not doing anything about it

    I placed a mobile order- they were obviously very busy and running a three man floor. 2/3 of my drinks were made incorrectly, but when i brought it up to the barista they were very helpful and completely remade both beverages on the fly. so grateful for those partners doing their best!

    Wanted to give a huge shout out to this location! If it wasnt for you guys none of us would have survived outside in the cold for the BTS event Friday! You guys were kind in allowing all of us to be coming and going multiple times to stay warm while we waited in line for hours in the single digits! You guys rock!!

    Love this location and the staff at this store! The employees are very attentive to all their customers, going above and beyond to fulfill orders, creating a safe and a clean work environment for their customers and its employees.Never had any issues at this store, highly recommend visiting especially considering how convenient it is to Times Square, Rockefeller and the Nintendo NY store.Kudos to their shift manager Katherine and all the employees during the night shift: John, Tyshawn and Kashee!

    Ok Starbucks right across from Rockefeller Center. The music is a bit loud even upstairs, you do find the occasional homeless person passed out on their couches, but the staff is nice. If you want some Starbucks go to the one in Rockefeller center and skip this location.

    Excellent Starbucks, near Rockefeller Center, they serve you very well, they make the drink as you want and they serve quickly, they have good locations and good internet to browse. Totally recommended.
