One of the better Starbucks on the Upper East Side. It’s not too crowded and it has seats and tables making it a great place to study and work in. The atmosphere is very chill and the baristas were quick and efficient with their orders. Great vibes with a good location next to the Q station. Definitely recommend as a place to just hang out!

After the amazing experience I had, I had to come here and leave a review. There is a barista, his name was “J” and he was amazing!! He was so polite and sweet and honestly one of the best Starbucks employees I have EVER met in my life! I was so impressed how he was able to take my order and make it immediately afterwards, all by HIMSELF!! And the drink was DELICIOUS! I noticed he was the only one present there so I can’t imagine the stress but he was still giving such an amazing service. If all the other employees were like him, this Starbucks would only get 5 STARS reviews!! Thank you so much “J”!!!!

I just dropped a negative review for the place and specially the barista while I was waiting for my coffee. But I am happily changing the review because of nice demeanor of the same person. I go to this place everyday and Deja is always SO friendly!!! I give her a lot of credit because its a busy store and she always treats everyone so nicely. Not to mention my coffee is always made perfectly by her! My favorite location in the city by far.

Chelsea is so nice. I asked her what a Blonde was and if she enjoyed it. She said she really does and described it to me as warm and smooth. I told her I’ll try it. She said she would make it on the house and hopes I like it. That was the friendliest experience I’ve had at a Starbucks. I couldn’t believe it! The store is also very clean and so is the restroom which is hidden in the back around the corner.

Place has vastly improved since it first opened. Great service, very friendly young staff, if youre a regular there they remember your favorite order, sometimes to quick if youre in the mood for something different. Place is very clean and well maintained, as its literally one door over from the 94th street Q entrance which makes it very convenient for commuting to and back from work.

Not the best, if youre lucky youre gonna get exceptional service from select baristas. But only on the luck of the draw. For example Ive asked to redeem a birthday reward & had stars where used instead. Its as bust as you would expect for its subway station location.

Unlike most other Starbucks locations these days (one reason I visit all outlets with increasingly diminishing frequency), this one has staff that actively engages customers, ready to take orders at the register versus doing just about anything else. Kudos, 94th & Second Ave.

Im a chef, and this was Starbucks food. That being said, the service was quick and swift. The Barista did her thing. 👏 My drink was awesome. I tried the new mocha Frappuccino. Egg sandwich was blah. Not theyre fault. There was nice lively tasteful music.

Started coming in here once a week. Was greeted today by the most fabulous barista! She really made my visit today extra nice. She was kind, attentive & most of all professional. There was a minor, trivial issue with a simple mixup of orders (wasn’t her fault) but she handled it in such a respectful, generous manner (she offered me a gift card) Truly the epitome of great CS!THANK YOU DEJA!

I have been coming to this location for over 3 years and I order the same exact Mocha Frapp Venti. Whenever I go to any Starbucks, I get the same exact drink. I ask the Barista, after pouring my drink from the blender to the cup, if there is any extra, just pour it in another cup please. And for every visit, the Barista graciously pours it in another cup. Im talking 3oz-4oz of extra. It has never been an issue, at any Starbucks, until today! The Barista was told by the PM Manager not to do it. Instead, the Barista was instructed to pour in the sink! What a waste! I subsequently received a lecture as to why Starbucks does not allow pouring the extra. Not sure why this manager felt it was a federal issue when the amount that was wasted was not even measured and accounted!! Smh!! Its really not that serious Mr. SOP Manager! Its ok to think outside the SOP!

This is one of the best Starbucks Ive been to. The staff is really nice and the drinks are very well made. Its not that big but it has some nice comfy seating and its clean. In fact, its one of the cleanest Starbucks Ive been to. The bathroom is clean and smells faintly of cleaning products, in contrast to the smelly bathroom at my local Starbucks. The whole place has a fun vibe, too. Also really convenient, as its located directly outside the subway station.

Ordered a grande Frappuccino today and the man who served it to me was so lovely and smiley. He was very respectful of social distancing and opened the door and handed drink across so no interaction. Even handed it to me In a mug so no touching. Thanks for great service and friendly smile during this time! And my drink was perfect.

I live close to this Starbucks and I come very often. Staff is very friendly, fast service and if they got something wrong they make it up right away. It can get pretty bussy at peak hours since is right next to the subway station. My only complain is that even though the store closes at 10 pm, employees start cleaning and putting chairs up and on the table after 7 pm. I don’t like to have my coffe while breathing the dust in the air. Seeing the chairs up o the table looks like you can not sit there any more.

Brand new starbucks opened right next to the 93rd st entrance to the new 96th st train station on 2nd avenue. Been going here for my regular starbucks fix since it opened and so far so good. Friendly and attentive staff along with shorter lines compared to the other 2 locations nearby. Definitely the best one among the 3 within a 10 min walking radius. I imagine it will probably get more crowder once the subway is operational. Seating is limited as this location is smaller than the other 2 but theyve made good use of the space.
