    This Starbucks has consistently impressed me with its exceptional customer service. As a regular, Ive never had a bad experience. The store is always clean and well-organized. The drinks are fresh and the staff is incredibly friendly. Its the best Starbucks Ive been to.

    Amazing barista really was manning the floor. There is this short girl who was warmer with curly hair on Oct 22.2021 who touched a ham and Swiss with her hands. Don’t know if this state really does this or it was just her. Pretty sure her hands weren’t washed. But this guy is amazing, really pushed the order out. And will say that friendliness isn’t a thing

    These guys are super efficient and most importantly friendly. Witnessed another customer giving an employee a hard time about her on-line order today and why it wasnt ready meanwhile it was sitting there waiting for her to grab it she just didnt see it! The female employee kept her cool and nice demeanor the WHOLE time even when the customer changed her tone and attitude! Kudos to you guys! and patrons PLEASE dont be d-bags! Namaste.

    Great location in a convenient spot. The drink was good as always but what I really liked were the free sample of drinks lol. I got a 2 for one deal that was amazing def recommend. Only con bathrooms are a little filthy but nothing that cant be fixed.

    This is one of my favorite Starbucks locations in Manhattan. Reading the other reviews from individuals stating the service is slow makes me feel like none of these people actually live in Manhattan. Yes there are lines everywhere, this is NYC, you need to be patient. The employees at this store are very friendly and efficient, give them a break, it’s not easy to work under so much pressure. ❤️

    The absolute Best Starbucks Secret in Manhattan! I have been to almost everyone during my 25yrs plus and this Starbucks and their amazing Team Shine above the rest! Faithfully and kind during the Pandemic and resilent and generous in the opening of New York they continue to be thpughtful,, engaging and treat everyone with kindness and respect even when given the most base shade and impatience!! Top Notch and plenty of room for respite before you go enjoy a river walk, the intrepid, or just doing your daily Starbucks run!

    They got me my pitcher within decent amount of time. Cash register personnel were personable. As with any Starbucks we want them to move faster but whats great about this one is its never over packed (at least since Ive been going).

    This place is occasional closed for no reason. I’ve been here several times. They service is always friendly but they are slow. We usually have to wait a bit for drinks/food. I would recommend ordering in advance and picking up.

    I used to go there every morning before work during quarantine. It can get really crowded! I like the convenience of ordering through the App once I woke up and then I have some time for the morning routine before picking it up. Because of that I get a chance of a small walk & fresh air daily.I have to admit that I’m stuck with them by the reward stars🤣 well at least their coffee is my taste 🤓
