    I come here almost every morning on the way to work. This location has some of the best sbux staff in the city! Always super sweet and clearly care about customers. I accidentally spilled my drink and the baristas made me another one, no problem. Drinks and food are excellent every time.

    One of the better Starbucks in the city. Youll want to come here in the mornings, as the lines tend to get long during the day. Baristas are very polite and kind. Store itself is very clean.

    One of my favorite Starbucks. Its very spacious so you can almost always find somewhere to sit. I usually go in the morning and the baristas are very friendly. They also have great google WiFi which is not always the case for Starbucks in NYC.

    I go there at least once a day, not only for the coffee, but because the staff at 80th and 2nd are awesome. I always leave feeling better, even if they run out of caramel syrup.

Management goes the extra mile to deliver a remarkable customer experience for each patron that walks in the door. The energy throughout the entire barista staff is warm, inviting, polite, effervescent, positive and authentic. For a very busy location, they are super efficient and systematic even at peak business hours. Nothing better than starting my day with a cup of coffee made to order exactly how I like it, engaging with this group of delightful people, and walking out with a smile.

    Good Starbucks with a lot of room. If I know that I have to go around rush hour or lunch hour I will choose this Starbucks, because there is simply more standing (and sitting) room available. My drink has always been correct here as well.

    Friendly baristas. Ignore some comments about the occasional bad baristas. These jobs aren’t as permanent as they sound. The lines get long closer to many 9-5’s. So just a fair warning: get up earlier and enjoy your coffee. It’s StarBucks. Can’t and shouldn’t complain that much.
