    Some understandable growing pains early on, but it’s nice, clean, and comfortable. The staff is always really friendly and my usual Starbucks order tasted the way it usually does from any other Starbucks (which is how I like it). Music is a little loud — which seems to be an issue at all locations — but not as bad as some other locations I’ve been to. So nice to finally have a Starbucks in my neighborhood, especially one in a nice spot like Manhattan West development.

    One of the better Starbucks in Manhattan - clean and without loud music, homeless people or strange fellows stopping by to only charge their devices. Been here a few times and always had a lot of work done and encountered pleasant service.Good vibes, good vibes!

    This place has a great location. I wish it was more clean! The tables are always dirty and full of crumbs. Wish they took care also for a floor as if you look at down a 100 pigeons could be fed and still have enough. And they are soooo slow here/:

    Abbey is so kind and sweet! This is by far the best Starbucks location in Manhattan. Abbey made mocha latte perfectly! She is a true professional and what excellent customer service! I am now only going to this location over the rest!!

    The staff here are always friendly and on top of their orders. The music is on point if you want to have a chat with whomever you come with. It feels like a lounge more than a mellow coffee shop. Love it!

    I just had to share my wonderful experience! Huge shoutout to the absolutely amazing staff at Starbucks. Yesterday, my son, whos a massive Spider-Man enthusiast, was strolling down the streets of New York dressed up as his favorite hero, Spider-Man. Naturally, we couldnt pass by Starbucks without popping in, and the magic really happened there. Even though my apps nickname was probably showing, these incredibly creative baristas decided to label the cup with Spider-Man. Let me tell you, when my little one caught sight of that Spider-Man nickname on the cup, his joy was through the roof! Its these small, heartwarming gestures that truly make a difference. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making his day so special. You guys are the best!

    Clean and cozy. Employees were polite and efficient, my coffee tasted nice. Every time Ive come in this location, its been dead, so probably a nice location for a friend date, or bringing a book/your computer and lingering. The music level didnt seem loud to me.

    The Baristas are quick with a smile and a genuine presentation of how may I help make your day better with one of our fab beverages? If something is not to your liking they will redo your drink without hesitation. **Note: please tell them what you do not like about said drink. Inform them what you are expecting in taste, sweetness, bitterness, hotter, colder, balance,etc. They need direction in order to satisfy your sophisticated beverages palates.The only negative thing I would say about this Starbucks, which is true of most of the Starbucks, (not including Starbucks Reserve Roasters) I have visited in NYC, NJ and Ct is that the tables are not bussed nearly enough. Many times tables are strewn with the detritus of former drinkers and eaters with cups, paper from the straws and crumbs. I have been here for 2.5 hours and not one table has been wiped down. It a lack of standards from corporate on down. Nor only is it not attractive, it becomes a health hazard. There are 5 or 6 employees behind the counter. Certainly, 1 person could be sent out once every 20 minutes with some paper towels and some cleansing/disinfecting spray for the tabletops, less frequently for the Seating. Customer pick-up needs to be wiped clean every 5 minutes. Spent stirrers. Napkins, spilled sugar grains, etc is truly unattractive. Other than those items, they run a tight ship. If it were not for their winning personalities and genuine care, they would have probably failed.

    Let me start saying that every time I come to this location I really enjoy my time here.. I love meeting new people when I’m out the office and this workers really go above and beyond to get to know me… as soon as I walk through the doors I hear everyone saying sophia is here and they start making my drink without me even paying so by the time I finish the line to pay my order is ready to pick up.

    This may be the only Starbucks near downtown that has “comfy seating” which is great for those who are true coffee shop fanatics and enjoy slowly sipping coffee over the course of 4 hours while pretending to do important work on their Mac book pros but the what really peeves me is that they blast nightclub music from open to close. I find it hard to believe that Starbucks would allow a song that says “let me see that thong” on one of their signature playlists. If this location could kindly turn the music down and go back to the original classical/jazz cliche cafe music I’d be -along with others- more than satisfied.And yes I asked the managers to turn it down and change the category and it was overlooked.
