There is an amazing barista working over there - Jasmine (at least that’s what her necklace said 😁).My daughter wanted some kind of fancy TikTok drink, so our order took time & the next customer was already rude behind us, but the barista was very calm & helpful. Amazing customer service in this Starbucks! 🙏

There are actually many extremely friendly Starbucks, aside from lots of cozy & warm spirited other cafesFolks welcome to NYC.This aint KansasI guess most of these reviewers, just really need to get out more.From downtown to uptown, and all across the country, and yep even Europe and now China too. Theres a Starbucks just like this one. Surprise.

Came there yesterday and the worker Naz was so sweet to me not sure if she’s new since I’ve never seen her there before but if she is she’s definitely properly trained. Customer service is getting better seems like they’re investing in better communication with the guest. Awesome job!

I appreciate that this location frequently has nice, pretty flowers near the mobile order area. They also have plenty of hand sanitizer around for clients. Theyre allowing visitors to work indoors at their tables which are one of the smaller work areas compared to some other locations. The employees are ALWAYS on their A game here.

I was greeted very nicely, what a great Sunday morning of coffee and smiley faces! There was a togetherness, the workers seemed to enjoy each other, and I was glad to see they knew their return customers and exchanged small talk, etc. Very nice start of the day!

09FEB2021. Staff was AMAZING. Spoke to Mike for about 10 minutes and he truly loved working there. I ordered a traveler box and they didnt have the proper cover for it. Nothing to fret about, but still coffee is your business. You should have that there all the time. I also ordered 1 cut of half and half and 1 cup of whole milk. Requested small cups and sugar stirres and caps and splenda. They totally forgot to give me the half and half. I bring coffee for the hospital staff EVERYDAY but today the 77 & Lex Starbucks was down because the building was going thru water maintenance and I had to come to 66 & 3rd. They used a milk container top to put it on my traveler box and half way to the hospital it started to leak. I am not a happy camper today. Godbless. Have a wonderful safe day.

Very long lines in the morning, rushed orders and small sitting space. I usually get my coffee and breakfast to go. My experiences here are pretty average. The staff however, always seems to be running around frantic and some of them are rude. They appear disorganized and never really know what is going on. Thank goodness the coffee tastes just as it should.

Starbucks is Starbucks everywhere, you know what to expect.Nevertheless this is one of the nice franchises. It is cosy, the smell coffee is refreshing and the staff is friendly and you may recharge your batteries well, before you continue your walk in the city.I recommend this place.

This Starbucks man, let me warn you that these employees pack a great sense of humor anytime of the day to cheer you up/get you back to your senses. Its pretty much the closest local Starbucks around Hunter College that I know of, and its the best that Ive tried so far. Will come back.

I am at this Starbucks, frankly, an embarrassing amount. I have a favorite table and everything. The bathroom is clean (unless someone came and messed it up), the WiFi actually works, the staff is kind and courteous and theyve never messed up my drink once. My only complaint is that they take a long time to make whatever youve ordered because of their sheer popularity. Theres also outlets!
