Recently decided to stop by in the morning. This location is always beautifully kept. Its always cleaned and neat. They often have decor that matches whatever holiday is coming.This time around, they had everything i wanted. I got the cinnamon nitro iced brew drink. I also got the croissant bacon egg and cheese. The drink was surprisingly good and sweet. It didnt have any ice cubes in it which surprised me at first but it makes sense given the iced brew effect.The staff here is always friendly. Your greeted coming in and leaving. Everyone addresses you by name. I see how they interact with regular customers and its nice to see.Will continue to stop by when i can.

I love coffee! I mean I LOVE coffee, but I truly like good people even more! The staff is much more than just friendly, they are genuinely kind, thoughtful and funny as well as ethnically and culturally diverse, which always makes me think of how the East Village used to be and not the rich white bread suburb it has become. Though it is a corporate company this store never feels like it. No matter what time of day I stop in and no matter who is behind the counter it’s always like when I was growing up in New York and we knew every deli counter guy, news stand operator, waitress and door man. We knew all their names and they knew ours like a large extended family called a neighborhood. Oh and the coffee is always just right.

Nice! Like your average Starbucks. This one has a restroom [Some dont] If play to stay long be mindful of where you sit because some seat are right in the suns rays and it can get pretty hot🔥. Choose your seat wisely.

Coffee was yummy, service when I was there was great (friendly, professional, accurate order processing - I cant do dairy and they offered a variety of non dairy milks). It is a small store, no bathroom, but they directed ppl to the nearest one and apologized for the inconvenience. I returned twice while I was in the area and would again.

Im surprised that the ratings here arent higher. My mobile orders are always ready and everything tastes great. I cant tell you how many times I have had to wait for mobile orders when I go to the Starbucks up the street on 286 1st Ave. I get that they are probably slammed from the hospital but this location is just better. The vibe is right.

I come every morning and the staff are all amazing baristas....they all are like my kids. The only drink I order is white mocha with a drizzle of caramel.... I never miss a morning here unless I am under the weather. Sarah, Alex , arielle, shaun , kimberly, clair . I hope i would never here of any of them being transferred to other Store because I think I would stop coming to this store on 1st Ave and 13th st.Store # 17795.
