Wendy the barista was so friendly, and knowledgeable about the products. Put me on blonde toast in my chai and I’m hooked!!! Give her a promotion!!! Actually the whole place was chill (and it’s 930am on a Monday in NYC!) quick service and everyone else was super friendly too.

This is a standard Starbucks store that serves a good variety of drinks, foods, and gift products. My main observation for this store, at 2:45pm, is that there were no customers in the store. So I didnt have to wait. I am sure this is the exception rather than the norm where a ton of people are waiting for coffee. Overall, a good experience here also, this location is close to one of the best shot of the Empire State Building.

This is one of the best Starbucks I’ve been too in a while, I really liked walking in and getting a warm greeting from Jodi, she really made my experience even more pleasant than usual. I would recommend this Starbucks to anyone in the area, best service ever!!!

All good, service fast, location great, place clean and quite stylish. It was a quick stop to buy a coffee to go and continue sightseeing. There was absolutely nobody except from us (Thursday late afternoon, October) so we did not even have to wait in any line.

Great Staff so I am not going to be critical when they dont get my online order details right or when they forget to complete my same online order items, which it I can simply tell them what is missing/pending. When veteran staff are in place, they are precise and efficient Team communicating, mostly for verification and to eliminate any faults before they happen. Great Staff. My Starbucks.

Quick service, friendly team, excellent location minutes from Even Hotel where I stayed during my trip to NYC. It is small shop so always crowded and you should expect to stay in long line to order. Tasty bakeries and Café latte are served with love. No seating space and no restrooms.
