There are around 8 Starbucks locations withing 5-8 mins walking distance from my place, but I love going to this location the most. They people that work here are super friendly and very nice. They are engaging with the customers and seem to care when you are placing an order.I like to try new things on the menu and Im always taken care of kindly, never feel rushed to place an order.My new go to is and iced latte with vanilla cream foam. So yummy!

Got my Chai Latte this morning from the 36th and Madison location in NYC. The staff there were all friendly, pleasant, professional and provided swift and excellent service. They all had beautiful genuine smiles and extreme professionalism. I can only give 5 stars here but my experience was a 10.

One of my favorite Starbucks. It is away from bus and Subway crowds. The music selection is to my taste and they have the screen, so you can see the songs titles.The drinks are well made. Sometimes they run out of my favorites. The goodies for sale are stacked well sometimes.I like the place for the location and the relaxed atmosphere. People are polite and well bred.

A cute little set up. All Starbucks are decorated differently. Wood table and chairs. Distressed panels on the walls. And the customer service is excellent!!! Quick and fast service!

Customer service very well this is my first time at the Starbucks. 35th avenue Madisoncustomer service very well a couple issues a lot of tables and stuff the paint is starting to come off of the tables restrooms and not being clean up when theyre supposed to the far is not clean when it supposed to be theres a higher volume of people and also the music just way too loud after 8:30 in the morning till 3 in the afternoon the music is just way too loudand then the music being too loud from zero 8:30 till 1500 hours as when the musics really really loud its really on first shift when the music is too loud during the rest of the day is fine because in the morning time people will like to enjoy their coffee without the music blasting.another thing theres just way too many people misusing the restroom destroying it and taking too long to you that whoevers on chef needs to change the codes for the restroom that way the vandalism will stop.

There’s a dude working there right now, June 14th at 2pm 2024, that’s absolutely killing it. I’ve never seen anyone at a Starbucks be so efficient. There were 4-5 people in front of me and he was powering out drinks in seconds. I ordered mine and 30 seconds later I had it and it was delicious. Just wanted to shout him out as he’s the ONLY one here right now at a busy area in Manhattan. And he’s just cranking them out. Good

It’s odd that there’s a Starbucks in what seems the middle of nowhere, since there isn’t anything around it worth visiting. I HAVE BEEN SLEEP ON THIS STARBUCKS MOBILE APP MY GOD. Its S-tier levels of efficiency, the UI is absolutely fantastic, and each drink is more customizable than an NBA 2k8 myPlayer before you needed all that dumb VC to swag your boy out smh.I always get shy to ask for light ice in person because, well, Im really shy hehe :) but it just makes sense to me as I want more coffee and less ice. I want a cold brew with ice, not a cup of ice with like 6 oz of cold brew smh.To my surprise, they had an option for light ice on the app which I selected, fully expecting it to be normal ice as what Starbucks employee is actually gonna take the time to give light ice from a mobile order? Well let me tell you, THAT ICE WAS LIGHT!Right when I walked in, my venti cold brew with light ice was waiting for me on that counter. A classic scoop and score... Oh yeah, venti cold brew cuz Im a BEAST!I was in and out the Starbucks in under 30 seconds, and began to spiral a bit. I was beating myself up, thinking of all the time I wasted over the past 7 years or so waiting in line or waiting for my drink to be made. But just as all hope seemed lost, I snapped out of it. One of those trite, unattributed quotes popped in my head: The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago. I love this Starbucks! I was taken care of quickly and got exactly what I wanted. Delilah, one of the employees here, is amazing! She’s so helpful and sweet!!! This Starbucks is by far superior to all other Starbucks in the area. The staff is amazing. They work like a well oiled machine and in the two years I have been going there daily, they have not once given me the wrong order which is something I cannot say for many other places. I order with the mobile app about 4 minutes before I get there and it is always ready when I arrive. Cannot stress enough how elite this Starbucks and its staff is.

The girl behind the counter asked where my accent was from. When I told her I was a local, she told me I had a weird voice. It probably wasnt the best decision to tell a paying customer they have a weird voice, but im still giving five stars because the coffee tasted like any other Starbucks coffee Ive ever had, and thats really all that matters. Also, its not like me writing a baby review will prevent people from going there. People are going to go to Starbucks to get coffee regardless of whether or not a random guy on the internet writes a good or bad review. The only reason Im write g this is because Im mad bored. 5/5 stars
