Awesome staff. The store has a good amount of seating possibilities (many high-chairs, little tables) and is in relation to the customer amount pretty fast serving. It has a toilet which normally has a wait and is not the cleanest. WiFi is great, there could be more power outlets! Generally it’s clean!They have some Merchandise, also the NYC themed ones, this is great for tourists to maybe get a souvenir. The cups cost 13$ and they are beautiful.Like in every Starbucks: Coffee is great. Prices are high. The efforts taken to minimise the use of plastic is disappointing and they could do so much more!

This place is probably the fastest Starbucks I probably ever been to, they’re human if they mess up an order I’m pretty sure it’s not intentional and they will be happy to fix it. The seating could be better but the staff manages very well and they know what they’re doing. This is one of the best well run places in the city

Really great experience. Staff ran me through the Frappuccino drinks so that I could get the right one. This spot is always busy but the staff is always in good flow. You get your drink in no time. One of my fav spots!

1st, for those that didnt know this fact, there was another Starbuck on the the other side of Union Square.2nd, i was surprised that it wasnt as crowded as i was expected it to be. i was also surprised how spacious & comfortable the interior looked. even though i stood up the entire time waiting for my beverage to be ready before heading to cinema near by.

Its nice when people share their space on a large table for 2 or more. The staff are fun and cool. I like the electronic board monitor letting you know when your coffee or snacks are ready; they also call your name out loud. No homeless dwellers taking over the chairs, benches and tables.

As a partner at another location in the city, I wanted to review. Ive been here so many times while hanging across the street at union square. The staff has never been rude but never quite feels like anything over the top. The energy levels have been consistent every visit which is content but no upbeat energy or lasting impressions being made. I come from 2 stores with upbeat outgoing, make each interaction personal stores and my advice to this store is to liven up. Feels just kind of blah in here.On a different note drinks are as they should and time of drinks is good.Ill be back.

For the past couple months most SBs Ive gone to the staff have been rude, racist, tried to make me feel lesser than for no reason, made drinks badly. Based on reviews I can tell Im not alone. I will not be going to Starbucks anymore but this one was at least normal like pre-Covid days and I really appreciate that.

I don’t do reviews, but I’m really hoping someone reads this because an employee at this store by the name Savannah (i’m hoping i spelled that right, their nametag said Sav though) was the biggest help and made my whole day. After a tiring day of things going wrong in the city, me and my friend needed to go back uptown. We were planning to take the bus uptown, and walked several stops as we aren’t from the city. My friend had to use the bathroom and we saw the good ole reliable Starbucks so we went there in search of some sort of help. Out of desperation, I decided to ask the employee Sav. They offered to help with bus routes, and after helping up the last of the customers, we got on it. Sav figured out that with the way I’m going, I’d need to take a lot of bus transfers, so at last, they offered a free Lyft ride for us. All our problems were solved from this mere act of kindness. We need more people like Savannah in this world cause you best believe I was not going to walk all the way back up after the amount me and my friend had walked previously. Sav, if you’re reading this, you made my day, my week, my month. Hell, my graduation was yesterday and this free Lyft ride was way better than that. The world would be so much better if we had more people like you. Thank you so much 🙏🙏

As Starbucks go this is a really busy one so there was a bit of a wait, nearly 10 mins i think at most. But i had a Strawberries and Cream Drink and it was the best one Ive had in ages. Was well worth the wait and the AC works great! Staff were good. Nice and tidy and well stocked.

Great location for a Starbucks, right at the base of Union Square. Plenty of seating for studying or lounging. Quite crowded during peak times. While entering, they have created a nice queue that organizes the entire store and keeps it feeling less cramped. Unique layout for a Starbucks.

Centrally located right next to Union Square park. Large area with plenty of seating. Staff were friendly and attentive and all were wearing face coverings. Starbucks Sumatra is my go-to coffee, delicious as always. Bathroom is clean, but has an off putting smell, but I’m sure it’s probably due to the constant use. Beware of the faucet!! When you turn it on, it comes on and will get ya every time!! Front of my shirt and pants are soaked and now I’m walking around like I peed myself (I promise I didn’t!!). Overall a good Starbucks.

This location has the best staff. Always so friendly and helpful. I mobile order a few times a week and while it can be crowded during busy hours, I always feel well taken care of. Obviously a product of the location so some weird stuff will sometimes go down, but overall a great Starbucks.

I love Starbucks and I love this union square location coz they just reopened this location and did a great job with the dining area coz now it’s more bigger and more spacious; but still sometimes it’s so packed in the evening that it’s really hard to get a table; that’s the only disappointing part.
