Update:Very nice new staff very comprehensive and polite thank you XAVIER and all your team thank you again.This my everyday Starbucks store, I work cross street from this store the staff are amazing, the only reason I rate one star for this store because of one person work there I think his name Larry, he’s very road and not professional I didn’t see him before there I think he is new.The Last time I want there I asked for caramel Frappuccino I paid for it I forgot to tell them I want almond milk instead of regular milk, when this guy start preparing my order I told him please I want a almond milk, he said I have to go back to the register and pay I think 90 cent for that, so I did what he asked but at the register the nice lady knows I’m every day there she said it’s fine she will charge me next visit for that, I want back to get my order this guy yelled on her to charge me for the almond milk, and he asked me to go back again to the register to pay for it!! So I want again to pay for it and finally I got my order.So after that I decide I’m not gonna buy from this store if this guy “Larry” is there, so I enter to this store only if he’s not there.
