Great small Starbucks with seating. The staff is friendly at this location and well trained. They laugh and have a good time while working and working efficiently. They were happy to do my pour over and did it promptly which is helpful and nice to have really fresh coffee. Customer service was superb! The store was also clean and the line moved quickly. There’s several in the area within a block or two and this is would be the one to go to!

Honestly, Im not a Starbucks fan. Unless it includes macchiato. I went in to order for family. I messed up the order and Destiny was so accommodating and friendly about it. She fixed it and saved the day. My view of Starbucks has improved because of her. Store 13539.

We stopped in to buy my Ukrainian refugee 12-year-old cousin some sort of pink drink she wanted and had a picture of on her phone. The woman behind the counter spoke very quickly (and a little derogatorily), but probably didnt understand that the young girl had a hard time understanding what was being said to her. Finally, my cousin said Dragon Fruit.I would just ask the staff to be a little more patient because you just dont know what people on the other side of the counter have been through and what they currently are going through.

One of the best Starbucks in the city. Team is super welcoming. Tamia is one of the highlights in every visit. Knowing customers by name goes a long way in service.

Im rating it high because my boyfriend works at another Starbucks location in New Jersey so Ive seen firsthand what they go through and how many people it takes for it to get backed up.On that note, seriously speaking, I was late for work after waiting for almost 30 minutes. I had ordered in advance. There were people there waiting for well longer than me (I asked lol). I live in NJ but work in NY. From this point on, if I want starbucks, I will be ordering prior to boarding the train.Theyre doing their best. Its just that its New York and theyre insanely busy. Please be kind to them.

Friendly staff member helped explain the drinks to us, and also personally prepared our coffees. Seating is slim, but we were able to get a spot quickly. I appreciated the option for coconut milk! Theres not much to write home about, but Starbucks here maintains its quality and consistency, in my opinion.

I come to this Starbucks once or twice a week on my way to work. Staff has always been nice. Usually a very busy location so they often run out of items. I recommend ordering ahead of time!

This is the Starbucks nearest my office and its always a great experience. The line moves swiftly and any confusion with orders are kept to a minimum despite the high volume of customers in the morning. And most importantly, the staff are very friendly.

Newly renovated, just re-opened couple of weeks ago. Still doesn’t look as extravagant as some the more nicer Starbucks. The counter is all the way in the back, feels very cramped. But there’s huge open space in front, including mobile order pickup. There are few small tables to sit and eat.Not so busy during the day. I put in a mobile order after walking into the store, as 4 other ppl were in front of me. I got my drink before all of them. Service was pretty good and my chocolate chip frappe was perfectly made. Going to visit this store more often as it is right opposite to my work.

There was a employee who identified himself as Jermaine and said that he worked at this exact Starbucks location near where the Chelsea Manhattan explosion happened and after the explosion he gave coffee and pastries to FDNY firefighters/emts and NYPD officers which was extremely nice of him/a great way of thanking them for their service. I hope this Jermaine person still works there, because he seems like such a kind person after what he did for New Yorks firefighters/emts and police officers.

I ordered from this Starbucks for the first time today on my way to my office. It was as busy as expected for 8:45 on a Thursday. I gave my order to an incredibly nice cashier and when they asked for my name, I just said it. I usually spell it out loud or use the Starbucks app in store but I didnt this time. Its usually spelled and pronounced wrong anyway. Except today! My name was spelled right and another barista, Marlon, pronounced it correctly. Its a small gesture and I am normally not one to review a business regardless of my experience but it was really lovely to hear my name being pronounced correctly and then to see it spelled right too. Its the little things that matter sometimes. Thank you Store #13539!!!!

Good location, standard service for a Starbucks, but I was very disappointed in their lack of plugs. There is only one plug for the whole place. Don’t come here if you plan to work on your laptop. The one plug is near the entrance and the door is constantly being opened, so it is very cold if you try to work from that area in the winter.

Ive been getting my morning and daily coffe shots here for more than a year.Friendly and succeptible service, clean, fast service.Special plus: it was open on a Thanksgiving - I happened to stumble upon the 23rd Str this year on a Turkey day, and while EVERYTHING was closed in the entire NYC at that time, this shop offered me warm coffee and something to snack on my way home.Definitely 5 stars
