Good location. Right on park ave . Close to a lot of office buildings . You would t spot this Starbucks as it is hidden inside :). Always love Starbucks coffee but this time I tried a caramel frappe. It was ok . Was tooooo icy ! I think half of the cup was ice and only half was coffee .. service was good . Was quick . The interiors was good . But they had very few tables and few of them occupied it with their laptops working from there . Overall a good experience … 4 stars .

I had written a pretty disappointing review a while ago. I must say that this store has changed a lot. Vickie (sorry if spelling is incorrect) is so on top of things when the store is at its busiest. The atmosphere is completely different. My egg bites are always hot now. My coffee, iced or hot, is perfection. And I have not been misgendered or sheed since those few incidents a while back. I am aware that another very close shop closed (34th and Park), and their client base has since increased exponentially... but they are killing it! Shout out to Samantha Pasinkoff, the store manager, as well.Lookie! I made customer of the week!!Editing to add: These folx really know how to elevate ones spirit when things are tough. They put inspirational stickers about kindness on my cup, and they really do make a difference. There are days when my commute sucks in the worst way, and little details like stickers about kindness do really make a difference.

Great Starbucks in Murray Hill! Had to leave a review because the woman at the counter was so nice - she was extremely polite and friendly which was refreshing. She was working on Saturday around noon, give her a raise!

I like this place but lately the Honey Almond Flat White has been giving me stomach issues. I think whole milk is being used instead of almond because I know myself. I raised the issue with the lady taking my order and she assured me it was Almond because it’s in the name. Mistakes happen and the customer isn’t always right but listen to the customer when they politely say someone messed up my drink and my stomach was on the fritz because of it. I think I was punished today and given whole milk just for bringing it up….I like the regular team that greets you in the morning. Then the drinks are made properly. The team on 4/7/2023 in the morning….could be better.

Best morning vibes amidst all the city’s craziness. I only go in every now and then but everyone working here is so lovely. Had a cutie little sticker on my sandwich this morning which is very on brand for the wonderful people here!!! Super busy because of the location but the folks here have somehow managed to keep things positive regardless :)

The baristas/employees were really friendly and helpful. I didnt know standard Starbucks terminology and the barista helped me with my limited normal terminology for a medium roast coffee with a shot of vanilla!As far as friendly service, cleanliness, and professional courtesy, the employees here are top notch. The back area for lounging was closing, and they gave us a 10 minute heads up and allowed my companion and I to sit and have a quick conversation before heading back out and on out way. I would recommend this location to anyone looking to grab a coffee, or sit for a minute and enjoy one.

Okay I rarely take the time to leave a Starbucks review (I dont know why this is, maybe I should do it more often), but I had to come here and write a POSITIVE review for the service here. I interacted with FOUR different employees here and they were all so warm, kind and made me feel welcome. Okay, as someone who hasnt lived in NYC very long but has had to adapt to the impersonal ways of this city...it surprised me. I came here in the afternoon on 2/12 around 1 pm on a Monday if you can give these employees some praise!The only feed back Id give is there are three high top tables and only 3 chairs. If yall could add some more chairs, that would be awesome!

I love it because it has a quiet environment. Just a soft music at the background. The staff is good and friendly. I gave it 4-stars because it was not distributed very well the space. I mean they could offer tables a bit bigger and comfortable chairs like in others Starbucks. Theres only 3 small, personal tables. I could make a better distribution of the space even if it is smaller this place. Overall, its a good place to drink a cup of coffee.

I really appreciate how Starbucks is providing inexpensive reusable cup options to consumers. They are really getting on board with the ecological movement. I would love to see them start to use paper straws, and maybe do a bigger campaign to get people to buy their cups. They could also do some reduction in plastic waste.

This Starbucks off park ave south is great. Fast service and great food. Typical starbucks menu at your disposal. Plenty of manpower, they have 3 cashiers 2 barristers, the staff is efficient and pleasant. Plenty of seating . This makes this Starbucks worth a stop.

Not really sure what to say. It was a Starbucks. Staff had bright shinning smiles. Drinks were crafted quickly and correctly. Seeting and bathroom were clean enough. It certainly doesnt stand out as far as some of my other Starbucks experiences go, but its certainly far from the worst.
