    A dynamic place! what I like most about this branch that there is a platform for pickup order made on App! so you can see your name and the status of your order. On the other hand, there is no restroom here which is a very weak point for Starbucks!!!

    Good location, good service. Location wise. Pretty good coffee taste. Very good service was quick. The only problem I found is they dont have a restroom. I did ask them for a key or a number of the bathroom but they said they dont have a restaurant. Otherwise the location and the coffee is pretty good. So Im giving it four star adding some pictures for all you to see and review. Thank you very much

    One cant expect much of a service in the Midtown of our great City. Thats why it was so nice to encounter Kiki, one of the baristas at this Starbucks. She was helpful and pleasant, and noticing that I had to spend some time in the café (working on a difficult project which was not budging), she came by my table and offered water and a refill. I dont typically need refills, trying to cut down on caffeine, but this time it was a gift from heaven. Also, consider the attentiveness - in todays age! Thank you, Kiki, I have fond memories of this Starbucks because of you.

    I drove 400 miles with lots of energy because of the coffee I got here. It was really good and I actually felt awake. Everyone was nice and since I wasnt familiar with ordering here, the person working there helped me and was really understanding when I didnt know the sizes. Amazing. =)

    I love this store in particular. Not all Starbucks offer the same experience. Each one is unique. In this case the workers are great. Always nice and happy which gives off good energy. Lines are always handled efficiently so it never feels like a long wait. Coffee is great and the store is always kept clean which is way more important than you could think. 5 stars all the way

    Love this location! The staff is always friendly and they never give me trouble when I ask for my blended ice coffee. Most of the staff knows my name and drink and they take the time to talk to me. The line is usually long which is expected near Penn Station but they always keep it moving efficiently. The shop is very clean and allows public use of their bathroom.

    This is my go-to Starbucks during the work week. They make my day every day. Theyre my favorite team that works super hard and very efficiently. Theyre calm under the crazy morning pressure and never stops to make sure their customers know that theyre being taken care of.Also shout out to my girl, Sam! I love her to death and admire her so so much!Thanks guys for being amazing!!

    Ever since I began working in 2021, this Starbucks has been my Go-To Safe Haven for such a welcoming Ambience and presence that definitely gets my Day Started on the right track, especially working in Accounting... My Cold Brew is ALWAYS done to perfection by the great staff...who knows me by name and cheers me Up 😉 Nelly was the first Barista I met and he made sure to let the rest of his Starbucks team like Dom and Allen and Krys and so on accomodate me to their best abilities. TRULY TRULY TRULY is a pleasure and look forward to more Baristas with the same ENERGY and attitude ‼️ #ForeverStarbucksLover☕💚

    Sometimes I find their coffee much too strong. In fact I always find their coffee to be too strong so instead I have a caramel frappuccino.Sometimes I go into this Starbucks store/ restaurants and I become a mercenary so to speak. I asked the staff for several packets of agave a natural sweetener and then I buy a kind bar or something else.Even I dont buy a kind bar the staff at this Starbucks is very nice about giving Agave to people.

    Super busy Starbucks. Of course, this is New York. Very organized staff. Got through a long quickly and was served well. Nice communal table too.

    This was one of the larger Starbucks in Manhattan. However, when I visited, they were out of whole milk and 2% milk as well as cloud foam for their new drink. Despite this, the place was very well maintained and was being actively cleaned by an employee.

    What can I say other than, I am obsessed with Starbucks. This location, 25th and Lexington, has to be the most convenient for me since it is across the street from my college. The baristas are used to me and pretty much know my routine of ordering in advance on the mobile app, walk in, flash a smile and receive 5 back, and head straight to pick up for my beverage that is usually ready only moments before I arrive. They really do a great job!

    I had a problem with the Macys location on the 1st floor. Sam takes care of both locations. She came in like a TRUE CHAMP and handle it with such professionalism. Thanks champ! (Sam) your the best!

    They only had 2 people working when I went there during Afternoon Rush. The 2 employees were super nice and told me They will be with me shortly. Was not too bad considering its location right next to Penn station. My go too us usually a caramel Frappe but I been addicted to the Pink drink lately which is basically just a strawberry smoothie....but its so GOOD. Definitely try it if you like strawberries 😉

    Smiles, Don and Alan are polite, friendly and welcoming. Its great to start your day by stopping here early in the morning before heading to work.     This Starbucks is a well oiled machine during the frantic midtown morning commute. There is a person who works the mobile line incredibly (or used to, and has fixed it so well that they’ve now moved on to fix a different poor performing morning mobile line!!! They’re that good). Order on your way out of the subway and it’s ready 3 minutes later to walk in walk out— and they’ve never gotten my order wrong!

    These guys are great! It’s the most convenient Starbucks for me to get to on my way to work— after about a week of going they recognized me/my drink so I usually get it right as I walk in (mobile order). It gets busy especially in the morning, but it’s also in a busy part of Manhattan so it is expected.
