Busy shop but fast efficient staff.Dear Manager, please pass this on:It is becoming increasingly difficult to buy a Starbucks coffee with all this online ordering and pickup via the app. Those of us with non US iphone IDs cannot use it. Change the app licensing please.

The morning crew is always kind and gives good energy, even while being super busy all the time; very welcoming and accommodating staff. This location is a little small, but seating is still available. Also, its always clean when you go inside.

The 2 women who worked around 11am on 06/26/20 were great. I don’t go to Starbucks often and the large drink menu is really intimidating and I’m often to anxious to go in. So I described what I was in the mood for and they made me a drink I normally would never try but I ended up really loving! It was the nitro cold brew and they put some sweet cold foam on top. It was amazing thanks ladies.

Been coming here for years, everytime I visit new York and its isnt all that bad. Lines move quickly but I would recommend mobile order to avoid the confusing lines. Even though it is always crowded the cream and sugar station is almost never empty. Definitely a convenient coffee stop in the ever busy NYC.

Stephanie Made THE BEST BUTTERSCOTCH LATTE YALL! GO see her! SAT at this location waiting on out of town guests and felt like home! They treated us with care!Richie kept the place looking spic and span.....Im just full of gratitude when it comes to hard workers and people who are positive and love life .....And when the job reflects it, I can not ignore it

Whenever I go into this Starbucks, they ALWAYS have the most amazing energy and customer service. My order is done already and if not, in LITERALLY 2 minutes. I also placed an order at this location by mistake and told Jamal my issue, and he answered the phone so quick and really helped me out when I was in a hurry. Love this Starbucks!! :)

Unlike many of these reviews, a friend and I found this Starbucks to be pretty good. The young Black man behind the counter the afternoon of Wed., Dec. 7 was particularly nice to customers and really made it a pleasant experience. If he isnt already the manager, he should be.

Great coffee, and the protein bowl was delicious, well priced and filling! Some staff not so friendly but others excellent (went there quite a bit during our stay, with our hotel only a short walk away). Very limited seating and can get quite crowded...definitely a buy and go Starbucks!

It’s April 25th 2019, and I am so happy! I was desperate for a little pick me up/treat after an incredibly long day. I popped in at 11:15 (which I already felt bad about because 15 minutes to close) and ordered my drink. Let me tell you. IDK who the two working were (I didn’t get their names) but they were AMAZING! A woman and a man. So I need this location to know... The closers on April 25th, 2019 deserve a raise, or promotion or SOMETHING because they truly made my hard day feel a little lighter. Thank you. ❤️

Its good here. There are few people, even in the morning. There are long queues at the two neighboring Starbucks. There are places to sit. They prepared everything quickly and made no mistakes. The room is clean, the music is not loud.
