This is one of the best Starbucks locations I’ve ever been to. As I was entering I was greeted with a warm smile by Maine. It was very easy to approach the counter for my pickup as Talia helped me grab my order. She was extremely helpful with ensuring that everything in my order was perfect! Genuine kindness from everyone at this location!

I come to this location 12-20 times a year. every time I frequent this location I am super impressed by how the staff communicates amongst each other to provide stellar service. Everyone is constantly moving and someone is always cleaning. I’ve commented several times to my peers that this best run Starbucks I’ve ever solicited. Even though the staff appears to turnover, the level of service never falters. This is a clear reflection of training. Kudos to this location. Keep up the good work.

I recently stopped by Starbucks for a hot latte, as it was freezing outside and I needed something to perk me up. The store was beautifully decorated for the holidays, which gave it a cozy and festive vibe. It was quite busy, with lots of other customers enjoying their drinks and snacks, but the atmosphere felt lively rather than hectic.While waiting for my coffee, I sat on one of the bench seats, which was a comfortable touch. My latte arrived just in time, piping hot and perfect for the chilly weather. The entire experience was delightful, from the welcoming holiday ambiance to the satisfying coffee that lifted my spirits. I’ll definitely be back for more!

This Starbucks is different in color and different in decoration with different furniture. Outside decoration, color, and design, the theme is different from other Starbucks. Coffee and food are the same in taste and the same look. The location is precious. There were some customers even on the morning of my visit.

A great way to start the day! The staff here is so friendly and makes a genuine effort to connect with their customers. Even though this store has its busy periods (as most Starbucks stores do), it never feels like youre waiting too long for your order. The partners here seem to be a well-oiled machine of humanity that are able to keep positive in even the most hectic moments. This, to me, says a LOT about their management team and shows a true passion for craft and service. With a generous amount of seating for the space and easy-access restrooms, this location is a great spot not only for your morning cup, but for catching up with friends and even the most intense of cram study sessions! This is quite honestly one of the best Starbucks experiences Ive had in a long time, and Ill continue to make it my Starbucks of choice as long as Im in the area!

I normally don’t post reviews but this place I had to compliment!! From the friendly staff to the cleanliness of the place. I have never been more pleasantly surprised early in the morning by upbeat workers. Brianna and Renne are so pleasant and productive workers but they still remain kind while the hustle and bustle is going on. If they aren’t managers yet they are well on their way! Thank you for making my morning in the city that much better!!!

Today is my second time visiting NYC and it was not a good day. I couldn’t find anywhere to charge my phone & sit down and I was crying everywhere around the city hauling my luggage around and I saw this starbucks, went in and it was quite possibly the best Starbucks on planet Earth. The staff is super super nice and made my drink super fast. There was plenty of room to sit and it’s warm in here as well :)) It was a very big relief after the not so great day. Please come here and show them all the love :)

I came in Starbucks to do a zoom call for work and asked if they could lower music and they helped me out and besides that someone came around with samples of a Sugar Cookie Chai latte that literally warmed my insides in the best possible way. I have never had an experience like this in any other Starbucks. THE STAFF IS AMAZING AND SO WELCOMING!!! IF I COULD GIVE MORE STARS I WOULD!!!

Ok after about my 15th time here I really need to sit down and share this because oh my goodness….this particular Starbucks is iconic. It really is like nothing else. I have never been treated by such kindness by the employees here on a consistent basis. Always with a smile, they call you by your name, if they see you waiting on a drink they promptly ask what you’re waiting on with such positivity …like everybody working here is just happy to be alive !! I’ve come here on different days of the week at different times, interacted with different employees, it never fails. Idk who is managing this place but you’re doing an incredible job!!! I always walk out of here smiling
