This is the most fun and efficient team I’ve ever seen work. I travel across the country a lot and every morning but I popped in here for my week was trip I was met with smiles hellos and great attitudes. I have made this my favorite Starbucks in the app. It’s also the best I’ve been to in the US!!

Every morning I go get drinks at Starbucks and past few days I had worst experience with them at Starbucks thats on Broadway.I was so craving for cafe americano with hazelnut syrup. I was near Manhattan mall so I decided to go inside that mall and there I saw Starbucks!I always place an order on mobile so yesterday I used the mobile order too. I didnt know what location was it so the guy that worked there told me which one was.The guy was very nice unlike other few Starbucks I know.I ordered what I wanted it! And the coffee was just good! It was just perfect! Yes they greeted! Yes they were respectful and helpful unlike other few Starbucks I know.If I ever be in that area again I will definitely stop by to Manhattan mall to get my Starbucks for cup of coffee!

I visit this Starbucks often for the past 3 months. I havent had the best experience but today, I had a great experience. The staff seems much friendlier, the stand looks a lot cleaner, and the the communication among the staff is vey proficient. Please stay this way! Whatever you guys are doing now, excellent job and keep it up!

This is an incredibly slow Starbucks location. Even if you order online you’re always waiting. Especially in a building that has 10+ floors of 100+ workers, service should be incredibly fast.Update:I talked to a barista at this location and asked why my nitro cold brew wasn’t always ready for me. She said it was a store requirement that they wait for the customer to be there, in store before they pour. -1 Star for Starbucks as a company because that makes no sense to me.

Its a common gripe of Hudson Yard residents that our only Starbucks, past 8th Avenue, is in the Javitz and its extremely limited. I was more than pleasantly surprised to stumble upon this hidden location while walking home via 33rd street. There is no signage on the building indicating a Starbucks and no window. The only way you would even know its there is if you look into the lobby of this building and to the far right. I was told that this location had a window at one point but that the building did not like the foot traffic that it caused and after a temporary closure, due to the remodeling of the building, they reopened but, without a window. Its a very nice Starbucks and not usually crowded because no one really knows it exists. The staff is incredibly friendly and took the time to actually get to know me. They asked me to spread the word about their existence so, Im doing as promised. My only wish is that they were open on weekends but logically, being in an office building, it makes sense. I hope they are able to get enough business to thrive. Starbucks is a precious commodity in the ever expanding Far West.

Ive been coming to this Starbucks for about 2 years. Over the last few months, Ive never felt more at home. When I walk through the door, one or two baristas greet me, usually by name!Most of the times I dont even have to place my order because I get the same thing, they just ask the usual? Some friendly banter ensues and the brief coffee break is more than enjoyable. This is an excellently managed store and Ill be coming for the foreseeable future for my venti shaken expresso!

Awesome staff! They are always friendly and very professional. This morning, I placed a mobile order for a brewed coffee w/ cream and sugar in it. When I was picking it up, I was ready to ask for stirring stick like I always do at other locations, but the cup already had a stirring stick placed between the cup and the sleeve! That extra thoughtfulness totally made my day! Thank you whoever did that for me!

Im not a fan of Starbucks and there are places where to get far better coffee in New York. Not at 6am though. I went there every morning at 6am for the 5 days I was in NYC. By day 2 the lady at the counter knew my name and at day 3 she knew what I was going to order. That friendly attitude at 6am, when you are up because of the jetlag and you just want to have breakfast and get going is a great way to start the day.Hows the coffee? For an Italian, its mediocre but predictable. Croissants? Not great, very industrial. Overall I had anyways a great experience.

I got exactly what I ordered. EXTREMELY NICE ATMOSPHERE. Nicest Starbucks Ive ever been in. A little hard to find- its in the lobby with no outside signs. Shoirt walk to Mega bus, nice seating, relaxing atmosphere. Will defiantly be a return customer!!!

The food and drinks are consistently Starbucks and it has been fairly quiet every time Ive visited. It is hard to find though; there is no signage from the street. You have to enter the building on the 33rd street entrance.
