I love this location off the 86th street 456 train stop across from wholefoods. The most important thing in these stores is to not be treated harshly just because u ask to downgrade the sugar in your drink as if thats a crime!!! These associate are inviting welcoming and have never gotten my order wrong.

Best Starbucks in all of NYC . The staff is hands down the most hard working .The music is always on and ambience is so amazing.They connect with you on one on one level.The staff will greet you in with an amazing cheer whenever you walk in so you know you will most defently be taken care of you no matter what.The experience of visiting this starbucks is like having your friends you visit at home or at places of normal meet ups not just for coffee but just to even stop by just to say hey friend how are you?

Very good preparation of the drinks, but they do add very little cream when you ask for more. I didnt like the atmosphere of the place, especially outside, there is no eating inside. Now in the winter you have to freeze and eat outside, which I didnt like at all. The Service is quite fast, nothing to say with that.

I dont have good memories of this chain in Europe, however here in NYC I was surprised by the friendliness of the staff dedicated to satisfying the customer, modest prices for an American coffee, clean and welcoming environment.In addition to having free access to sugar, milk and lids, there are also jars of vanilla and cinnamon to add as desired.Amazing😋
