The staff is great, at least from the limited experience I had, its a very busy store and the physical location doesnt help them. At times it can be very stressful. Its a small sized area and with it being so busy its like.......... Why didnt they think a little better about choosing the location. I ordered a bunch of items and they called my name before everything was ready,so theres that but, overall they are nice and try their best. It was 10am on a Friday morning and I couldnt order anything that was tea related. If it was something I was going to drink Id probably give them a 3 but I ordered everything I needed so they are OK.

Love SB they are the coffee place. I try hard to get my points and I am an avid consumer. They have really good blends and frappes off the chain. Had the chicken sausage biscuit with bacon. Biscuit is absolutely divine. Chicken sausage is so overpowering that you cant taste the bacon and bacon is supposed to make everything better..I didnt care for it but they offer other sandwiches that are delicious: slow smoke carved ham, the double bacon and steak wrap with avocado is a must. Try it today.

This Starbucks staff are always courteous, special mention to the guys because I have only been served by the guys. They seem to be a great team together, with a great sense of community. Every time I go there, I see them treating all the customers with respect, courtesy and kindness. Q and his team have great vibes. I will always come back for my medium roast medium coffee, light on cream, me and my wifes favorite. Thank you.

When I lived in the area, I entered this Starbucks a few times, the drinks taste good and exactly like how I want them to.I miss being here sometimes, it gets busy but it is what it is. I will be back one day, but the service and what I ordered were both good.

My man TJ always goes above and beyond when he makes whatever drink I order.Julia is also a gem, she takes care of me whenever I come there!They deal with a lot of rude customers, but I will def always come here if I need some coffee or just catch a vibe.

Decent Starbucks. I’ve come here a few days in a row and it is always super busy. If you do mobile orders, make sure you order at least 15 minutes in advance to ensure your items are ready when you get there. They have an outside pickup window if you don’t want to go inside!Their standard black coffee is surprisingly really good. Pike’s Roast is not bitter at all and has great yet quiet coffee flavor.The ideal scenario is coming here to get coffee, and then walking it down to Central Park, post up on a bench by the lake, and enjoy the coffee.

The Starbucks is always busy however it does not have a line for the bathroom. You can still find seats and the line goes pretty quick. The baristas are really nice and efficient here. I like observing all the people outside from the high-top chairs next to the windows. Not so many options for outlets and of course the best seats are taken. Not comfortable but best as in next to an outlet

This Starbucks is horrible! No seating, there used to be one on 125th and 7th with seating but they closed it. Don’t people in Harlem deserve seating too? Downtown the Starbucks have all those big comfy chairs and plenty of seating, Harlem? No we don’t deserve seating. if they were gonna close one Starbucks in Harlem, close the one that didn’t have seating, leave open the one on 125th and 7th.

Been coming to this Starbucks for about 5 years now since the start of my career choice in the neighborhood. Its gone through many transitions and just as many staff members. The staff here are to die for and are absolute Diamonds in the rough. They make being around the daily locale that much more tolerable. Quintin, Viv, Tay, K and Rich are just few among them who make my day worth it. Please keep up the great work and do everything in your power to keep your star players here.

I enjoyed this Starbucks.I stopped here for lunch while briefly in the city, and everything went great. The cashier was warm and friendly, and my order came out quickly and correctly. There wasnt an overabundance of seating, but, by NYC standards, the dining room was relatively large. There, I proceeded to have a long, leisurely meal, kept company by a good book and my similarly laid-back fellow customers, at peace with the world as I watched 125th Street flow past the plate glass - a treasured experience, for all its everyday nature. The only thing that wouldve made it better was a bathroom (but, again, this is common in NYC).Big thanks to all the folks at this restaurant, for providing me this memorable meal. Keep up the good work :D
