This was my first time at this Starbucks and it was at the peak of the morning rush and, oh my goodness, did this location run like a well-oiled machine! It was incredible to watch how they filled orders with an unparalleled efficiency! It was like watching a masterclass in how a business should function. Plus, I just got the sense that all the employees were loving the process. It was like they all love working there and making customers mornings better. I consider myself a morning person, but these were true morning people who deserve serious kudos! I ordered a Venti Flat White with an extra shot and it was great. Overall, a fantastic experience that did indeed start my day right!

Every starbucks in Manhattan gets slammed in the mornings. SO much so that the one I normally pass I cant order from if I get a TUESDAY IS DOUBLE STAR day. With the 45th street one I have had to wait 20-35 minutes after the online order was placed for a drink and another 5-15 then for food.The employees and mgmt here are amazing. I ordered here walking to a new site and had no idea how bad the wait would be--so I expected to wait too long. They have tables lined up near the door with a dedicated greeter. The tables were labelled with A to Z with 30-40 drinks already laid out waiting for pickup. Ive never seen a starbucks that busy. STARBUCKS ARE YOU PAYING ANY ATTENTION??? The greeter was sweet and friendly. There were 7-10 customers on line inside. Every station behind the counter had a dedicated employee (I saw 2 just making teas), plus a runner bringing items out to customers and the greeter. Seeing how they were cranking things out--I didnt mind the wait and dropped a cash tip just for the show.

Everyone calls you by name, they’re quick and polite and welcome you when you come in. Definitely not the norm but appreciated!Edit: I went to the store as usual and Christine noticed how long I was waiting. She personally hand wrote my order and made it herself. It was my fault it didn’t go through!!

I walked in and the greeting I received put an enormous smile on my face. Everyone seemed to be glowing with positive energy. On this rainy gloomy day this Starbucks was truly a ray of sunshine. Even while they were having technical difficulties with the mobile app. I especially enjoyed what was written for people to read while they waited. They meet their store purpose 100%.GREAT WORK ETHICSGREAT TEAM

I dont know why this is rated 4 stars when this is the starbucks where customers can get the best vibe!! Staff is super and genuinely friendly and I love the concept of the sticky notes for customers to write selfnotes and stick it to the wall. Going to a place like this in the morning where you are treated very nice can really fix your day!!

It was the closest to Kitano Hotel, so I used it often during my stay. They are used to dealing with foreigners and were polite. The store isnt that big, but they also have NY-only tumblers. It was relatively empty so it was easy to order.
