I wanted to thank the staff of this Starbucks location. This morning I was late to work and rushing. I placed my order on the train but instead of the one right in Penn Station I ordered the one by Amtrak so they said from the Penn Station that location is outside the Penn. off course I couldn’t find it and I walked into this location to ask themThey were so nice and they realized I was upset about it but nothing to do I had to run to workThe barista offered me to make my coffeeIt was very nice of her 🥰

Pleasant atmosphere, good location when you are traveling at Penn station, where you can sit down and enjoy your drink. Nice interior design and very spacious. The downside to consider: no bathroom (you can use the bathroom inside Moynihan train station), the service is very slow, I had the impression they are sleeping, waited about 10 minutes to get my order, only a few people work. However the next closest Starbucks is underground in the Penn Station and Moynihan , and you can NOT sit there to eat your meal.

I don’t usually go to Starbucks, but I make it a point to stop here. The manager and her team are incredibly positive, the music is always a vibe and they make great recommendations on tweaks to my usual. One of the employees remembered my name after I’d only been there once and it felt really nice. I always tip to show my appreciation. I hope the employees are treated fairly by the company. They bust their tails for so many busy patrons daily on a pretty hectic block. I can see how much pride the manager takes in her store. Always clean and truly welcoming. Thank you for going the extra mile every day!

Nice place with quick and accurate service, especially for being on 7th Avenue. Theres an upstairs and a downstairs which helps with some privacy and social distancing. Unfortunately, no rest room I noticed, so I went back to the parking garage we were parked in. Very polite and friendly staff, they even brought around samples of the chestnut praline latte thats on special.

This Starbucks was my go-to location almost ever morning while staying in this neighborhood.The staff is always super energetic and welcoming, helpful and very friendly overall. They make sure to serve you in the quickest and best way possible, no matter your order or the time of the day.The location is also great: a beautiful mural by the artist Ola Volo features prominently as you enter. There’s enough space to sit down and make plans for the day in an upstairs area.5/5

This is for sure one of the cleanest and most organized Starbucks in the island of Manhattan Ive been to. Big shoutout to this super friendly and efficient team. Even during rush hours I dont think Ive waited more than 10 minutes to order and get my coffee and food.Ive never ordered to stay, neither had to use the restrooms at this location so I cannot speak about these. This staff makes me feel like I want to keep coming back. Their WiFi is also very reliable.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Two floors seating up top very clean. Very organized behind the counter they knew what they were doing and it didnt seem like they were crowded back there. What I mean is that the staff have room to move around to get stuff done. That makes it more pleasant for them and you. When I was here, I saw that this location had won Top Store in Customer Experience, and I can see why!! The staff was so friendly and polite, and when they were out of an ingredient for my drink, they made a good suggestion for a replacement and didn’t charge me for it! You can tell that they work well together as a team - they’re very efficient! I also love the upstairs seating area. Shoutout to Renna (I think that was her name) who took my order! The sweetest gal.

While this specific area of Manhattan is saturated with Starbucks shops, I choose to go to this location every day. Despite how early I go in, the employees are always high energy and cheerful. They greet everyone who comes in and work really well with one another. Whether the place is packed (as it is most mornings I go in) or slow, the employees are always professional and efficient. They also play great music! So while there are other locations that are equally as close to my office I will always go out of my way to stop by this specific shop. Love the energy!

This Starbucks is so lovely its unreal! My London Fog with oat milk was perfect, but that wasnt all that was perfect. This Starbucks is so clean, the baristas so friendly. Its like stepping into an alternative universe, Toto, I have a feeling were not in New York City anymore... But what really put this place over the top was the fact that, near the napkin dispensers, the Store Manager, Zasha, wrote a very personal welcome to customers, on display in an acrylic sign holder. Not only did she warmly welcome customers, but she also told us a little about herself. She shared her current go-to Starbucks drink, her favorite color, the types of books she likes to read, and what she likes to do in her spare time. So cute! Obviously, Starbucks is a mega, international franchise, but clearly this Store Manager is doing her best to give this location a more personal feel and it shows.

It makes me feel like support Starbucks more because of his good mood and the fact that I could attend a class and go to work right after. First time at a Starbucks in the US. It is expensive, yes, still the best place to chill out and have an iced tea. Extra bonus points for a very powerful AC - a welcoming break from the NYC summer heat.

There is always a rush there, but the staff is fast so wait time is about 5 minutes. The place is really spacious, and there is a second floor for people to sit at and/or do work.

Staff is great despite being in a not-so-great area. Starbucks as a whole does not ensure locations are properly stocked (across the U.S.), but employees here do try their best.
