    Came here 11/15 the store is very clean, drinks were made fast, and the workers were rlly nice especially the cashier who was working that day (tall girl with 2 braids). Me & my friend gad a good experience

    Good sized Starbucks on Water Street. However despite being very spacious, there are not that many tables to sit in. Seemed very popular with dog owners. Service was prompt and good choice of drinks.

    Probably the nicest looking Starbucks location I have ever seen. It is exceptionally elegant. Service was fast and pleasant. The only downside is Starbucks pricing, it has become very expensive for what it is.

    Fast service, great location. If you use your Starbucks account, your drinks are personalized.Funny thing, this Starbucks is located on the corner of Pearl and Maiden but the address on Google map is 180 Pine..but I guess some addresses in NY are wonky because the buildings are so big, right?

    Spacious location with room for my dog and me to comfortably wait for our orders. Puppuccino is always a treat. The iced espresso was served right as requested ie only one pump of syrup so it’s not saccharine.

    The afternoon staff here is always helpful. Always get my orders right. Especially today when my granddaughter was whining and wet. They gave her a cookie and made her feel better. They will have a loyal customer as long as Im in the area! Thanks crew!

    Good place to get work done. Friendly staff. Only problem is that the store doesn’t stick to their operating hours on the weekends. Sometimes they open at random times (like 8:20) and sometimes they don’t open at all. Other than that this is the location I like to come to most.

    Was in town for medical treatment and woke with a nasty cold. Once the Starbucks opened , I asked my husband to walk over and get me “medicine ball” - to which my husband balked about having to order “some complicated whatzzit.” I told him “Trust me.” And ooooooh, that was nice. Especially with a shot of mint. Got another to make the trip back to Connecticut more bearable. ❤️❤️❤️

    Below was my previous review. Ive since then had expected wait times. I guess theyve ironed out the bugs, or maybe new management. So I recant that review, and gave them 4 stars!Its a very nice Starbucks with average wait times, plan accordingly.-old review-Still the slowest Starbucks south of the Brooklyn Bridge. The new location is nice, roomy, with faux-leather padded bars to lean on while you endure a long wait. If you can, mobile order about 20-25 minutes ahead. Or if you can walk down to the other Starbucks on Wall & Front St, its only a 2-5 minute wait there.

    Decent location if you order coffee. Occasionally I’ll have to deal with some nonsense, like them not hearing me say my name right and then refusing to let me turn cups around to see if my name is there. Weird things like that every so often.
