I sometimes ask for a glass of water at Starbucks especially today that the temperature is so high: 87°F. This location is at Manhattan West. We got there to enjoy the public space and a delicious breeze made the moment pleasant. However, I had to send my water back for ice. They were open and gave me very cold water. The bubble tea was bubbly delicious 😋

Whoever was on aux October 8th 2024 has the best music taste. I was dancing while in line and it made my day.

The atmosphere was high energy and so friendly! The place was clean and organized for as busy a place as I’m sure it is! A guy named John waited on me and suggested a very delicious cappuccino! I will definitely be there again! Everyone was so warm and welcoming!

The workers here are very kind. My friend and I arrived after they closed but asked for a cup of water because my friend felt very faint. They quickly helped us out. I am very grateful to them! I plan to return in the future out of loyalty.

The place is a pleasantly clean and convenient location for Amtrak, LIRR, etc. I only gave 4 stars because they ran out of my favorite lemon pound cake. I did try the banana nut cake for the first time, and it was enjoyable.

Wow! This was the friendliest and most upbeat Starbucks crew I have ever encountered! Anywhere. And it was 7:25 am on a Saturday! The place was fully stocked and fully staffed with smiling, helpful folks. What a treat!

A very busy location given its proximity to all of the Amtrak and LIRR lines but its new and clean. The staff is friendly. Just be prepared to wait longer than usual for orders, especially during the morning rush.

I wanted to shout out the whole team for their quickness and attention to detail— this location gets truly hectic, and everyone was working incredibly hard to get orders out efficiently! Shout out to someone whose name tag said “Ann” in particular who was calling out and organizing mobile orders with really impressive speed and patience. Thank you Moynihan Starbucks workers, you are appreciated!!

Excellent and proficient service. So understanding and polite. The bag was faulty and my sandwich fell out of the bag, the staff quickly (without question or problem)mad me another delicious sandwich. Thank you Moynihan Starbucks store. This morning crew is well oiled and cranking out orders as they keep the customer line moving.

Loved my first experience ❤️When we entered the store, we instantly felt comfortable and welcomed. Everyone was smiling, polite and very helpful. I ordered the everything bagel I was pleasantly surprised at how fresh it was. The environment was extremely welcoming! Ill definitely be back to see yall. My new go-to for sure. Thank you for making it a great experience

This is a newish Starbucks location, within the equally fresh Moynihan Train Hall. So far so great - efficient service, very friendly, fast-moving line, etc. Its location is also good, I think - near both one of the outdoor entrances to Moynihan as well as the passage connecting the Train Hall to Penn Station.

Im writing specifically to compliment the barista working this morning (Precious according to the name tag).She was really hustling: moving as quickly and efficiently as humanly possible, and with a great attitude. She also announced each drink in a voice loud enough to be very easily heard over the music (imo often played too loud to easily hear your name at this Starbucks.)As she served up drinks, she enthusiastically wished everyone a great day, and seemed to mean it. Its nice to see someone doing their absolute best.Just make sure: This is store 62869

I always come here in the mornings and again in the afternoon b4 the gym and Ari is such a sweetie pie she makes my drink perfect every time a d is such a bright energy I love coming here for her white mocha

Extremely efficient team on tonight with great customer service - fast payment processing, a heads up that the coffee was in line to get made and made deliciously. (Re-routed from Magnolia because they were super slow and so glad for it)
