    The food was good; but the wait was pretty long. We got our drinks right away. I waited awhile for my ham and cheese crossaint. I told my friend to eat ahead of me. I just wish timing here was better. The warm chocolate crissaint was really good.

    Very friendly staff, even though there was a long line and a lot to do. Appreciate that all three of them kept super motivated and happy.This is a newer location with enough space to move around and plenty of light. Right across from Hudson Yards Mall and the Vessel. Great spot to relax for a moment. I can only imagine how well this location will do in the warmer seasons.

    This Starbucks is spacious. Its next to the Equinox. Its pretty chill and quiet for the most part. Theres not too much seating available. It has a nice view of The Vessel from inside. During peak hours it gets extremely busy with all the tourists and shoppers, as expected. Still clean and fast turnaround.

    Absolutely one of the friendliest and upbeat Starbucks in Manhattan! Baristas are always welcoming whether you’re a tourist, local or regular. The small talks make a huge impact on everyone! It’s not only uplifting but brings out the best in you every morning! They treat each and everyone equally no matter who they are! You never know what someone is going through personally or professionally. That’s what differentiates these hardworking Starbucks employees from other businesses.Update: Truly amazing! Starbucks was experiencing a system issue on 7/19. An non-English speaking elderly Asian tourist wanted to place an order. Not one but two baristas treated him well! They took out their phones and used Google translate. They spent about 10mins trying to get his order right. They showed him their phone and then asked him to type out his order. Not perfect translations but it was definitely heartwarming to see such professionalism! And they offered to make it for him for free because their POS registers were suddenly down! Now that’s absolutely commendable 🥳🥳🥳

    This Starbucks is the best place because of the workers! I was super sad and defeated tonight because I missed my bus and the barista working 10/11 made my entire day and put the biggest smile on my face! He cheered me up and made me laugh and gave me a great drink; such great customer service I felt so much better walking into this Starbucks 🩷 10/10 these guys are the best and the sweetest 🩵

    Great atmosphere, a little bit busy during rush hours. Staff works really hard for the amount of customers, they really put an effort to be friendly and cheerful even after a long day of work.

    This is not a review for the company itself but simply for a barista who goes above and beyond for her guests. Melissa is a great barista and an even better individual. Not only does she remember my name but she remembers my orders. She goes out of her way to greet all of her guests and makes everyone feel welcome. Melissa youre amazing! Five stars for Melissa not Starbucks.

    This location of (All) employee and I only know a few names Ms. Lisa, Ms. Gloria, Nikita, Ms. Jennifer, Audrey, Michael, Catherine, Warren, Shaquan, Mr. DJ in Hudson Yards location and everyone else on Hudson Yards and not excluding All Starbucks and Starbucks Reserve stores in New York has such a warm, sincere, genuine personality and go beyond for all individuals orders in the store..Thank you for adding Starbucks in New York such as 50 Hudson Yards (connected to #7 train on West 34th St), Harlem on West 145th St & Broadway, Staten Island near Richmond Road, Delivery Stores throughout NYC, Pick Up Order stores, other affiliated with Amazon.     Amazing how friendly the staff is in here, especially the outstanding service of the store Manager. Thanks for this amazing experience. She wiped our table down when she saw that the previous guests left a mess behind and even asked us to bring a more comfortable chair to sit. Thanks a million, such a rare experience nowadays!

    Had a great experience. Although the line was long the supervisor Darwin was really friendly and kept me updated. I went back a few days later and he still remembered me. Would say if you’re in a rush this may not be the spot but I’ve always had a good experience whenever I go.

    Love starting my day with my white hot chocolate, almond milk, no whip 3 pumps cinnamon dolce that Melissa makes so perfect each time. So convenient having a Starbucks right outside my office. This place gets quite a bit of foot traffic with the offices and tourists 😒 in the area but the team members are always VERY bright and chipper. Even when they are short staffed. It’s the little things that don’t go unnoticed like “Good Morning Kyle, your drink is coming right up!” Or correcting a mistake immediately without hesitation. As a avid Starbucks aficionado lol, I can proudly say this location is one of my favorites in Manhattan! Keep up the great work you guys and don’t let the sour, grumpy, unhappy miserable Xanax deprived people ruin your day. 😎🤗😜

    Starbucks at 34 Hudson Yards turned out to be a real savior during our visit on an extremely cold and windy winter day. After braving the inclement weather outside, walking into Starbucks was an instant relief. We took refuge in its warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the delicious Caramel Macchiato we ordered helped us recharge and warm up. The combination of smooth espresso, hot milk, and sweet caramel was exactly what we needed to combat the cold. The staff was friendly and the service was fast and efficient. However, I would have liked more seating as the place was quite busy. Despite that, Starbucks at 34 Hudson Yards was a comforting refuge amidst the harsh weather, and I would definitely return for another cup of their comforting Caramel Macchiato
